La Brasserie Bistro and Bar Ratings and Reviews
Service was very slow had to ask when our drinks order would arrive, and then the same thing about our food.
However, the food was well prepared and very tasty on arrival.
The menu is pricy.
At the time of our dining the restaurant was was very quiet with few customers.
What a gem of a restaurant! We were on vacation and staying close by. Food was beautifully prepared-- Fresh beet salad and a delicious roast chicken that was out of this world-- and the service was excellent. It's a warm and inviting dining room, comfortable seating and easy to talk and hear. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary birthday dessert too. We will definitely be back next time we're int he Desert.
Food and service was excellent! Had a quiet table outside on the patio... could hold a conversation and the atomsphere was prefect for our anniversary dinner. I have wanted to try this restaurant for years, will not be years before I go back! Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
This is the second dinner I have had here with friends in two weeks. Both experiences food was terrible. First dinner I had was the sole and said I liked it flaky. It was tough and tasted frozen. Second meal was the duck. Vey fatty, tough and sauce had no flavor. How can you charge $40 for an entree so poorly prepared. Shame on the Moon has the best duck and charges a lot less.
I will not be back nor would I recommend the restaurant.
Brasserie has become our favorite restaurant. Why? Because the drinks are delicious, the food is fabulous and the service is spectacular. The menu has a wide variety of items for every taste as well as a great range of price points to meet any budget. It's a perfect spot for lunch, dinner or bar dining. Oh, and did I mention the beautiful patio for outdoor dining? Why go anywhere else when you know you are guaranteed a wonderful experience at La Brasserie?
This is a real neighborhood gem. Always great food and sitting in the patio is wonderful. I often have the muscles which are a 10, but this time I had the filet of sole with risotto in a lemon beurre blanc sauce. Deelish! My wife and daughter had the same and they raved about it for two days. My son-in-law had the filet mignon in the peppercorn sauce and he loved it.
Lunch on the outdoor patio is delightful. Salads are artfully presented and delicious. Tasty combinations of veggies and fruits on some salads, all very crisp, fresh and ripe. Went with a friend who claims this is the best "Brown Derby" Cobb Salad in the desert. She should know, she was brought up with the original "Brown Derby Cobb" and has a refined palate. The truffle fries are irresistible, thin, crispy and truffly tasting. I had the Antioxidant Salad, the name makes it sound like a medical prescription, if you can get past that, read the ingredients. I did and I ordered it and complained about the name and thoroughly enjoyed the salad. A third member of our party ordered the Grilled Cheese & Short Rib Sandwich which looked delicious. I will be trying that on my next visit.
We were a lively group of four friends who enjoyed a delicious dinner while catching up after not seeing each other for awhile. Menu selections always wonderfully fresh, beautifully prepared. I loved my petrale sole. Server was fun, engaging, well-paced and professional.
Outdoor courtyard is lovely. So happy to have them open again this fall!
Once again Brasserie Bistro came through for us. We brought friends who had never dined there before and they loved it. Of course, we had liver and bacon, which they do superbly. Our friends had the sole (she loved it) and he had a pepper steak and frites. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and superb food. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you love French food, or want to try it.
Les Brasserie out in the patio is a wonderful dining experience. Inside it's a little too noisy for us. This time of the year the patio dining is wonderful. The food is outstanding. Everything I have had here in the past as well as this weekend has been great. I especially love their mussels with the truffle fries. The ravioli is great as is the filet of sole. Le Brasserie is one of our go-to places in the East valley.
Brasserie is definitely one of our favorites. We usually order the same thing but this time we tried some different dishes and they were all delicious! Our server Kelly was wonderful and really enhanced our experience. Everyone on the staff is attentive, friendly and considerate. Best dinner we've had there so far - can't wait to go again and try even more new dishes!
This is a great dinning experience with great food with a European style. Wonderful staff that care for you with a personal touch. The food is just love on a plate. It looks good and tastes better.
You can hear everyone at your table!!
Just go and try for yourself. You will love it.
