Everything taste good, sevice was good, but location of table was horrible.
I had a group of kids and was expecting to be around kids. Instead we were lead from the fun restuarant to the family tables on the other side.
I made reservations online but was not aware there was a difference.
The scene is like night and day and my busy body toddler was not amused.

The girl that was assigned to be our waiter was awful. She kept disappearing, forgot what we asked her for, didn't come often enough to see if we needed something. I have never experienced such bad service at la Bellas very dissatisfied.

What a cute find in downtown Chula Vista. Fun 50's music still playing takes you back to when it opened. I probably wouldn't have walked in passing by, so thank you Open Table for suggesting it. Lovely meal. Great service. This is a true hidden gem!

It was an ok experience .we pretty much bussed our own tables. I wish staff would have came by a little more. The menu online didnt match the restaurant , it was cheaper online and when i asked they said they just changed the menu. That was disappointing felt mislead so i bought less to not go over budget. ... Been there before with awesome experiences ...hopefully if we go back it will be better.

My husband ordered a calzone and the waitress put in the order as a pizza. He ate it even though it wasn't what he ordered. I ordered the fish and shrimp plate. They brought it out on a wilted bed of lettuce. I had to ask for tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, and ketchup. By the time they brought it everything was cold, especially the French fries. It turns out they didn't have cocktail sauce so I was forced to either eat it plain or not eat it at all. I chose the latter. I am hard pressed go believe that any of that meal was fresh or handmade. All three components tasted like they came out of a bag from the freezer section. I will never order that again. The antipasto salad my friend ordered and the Fettucini my boys ordered were good as usual.

Place is great as always! Pizza is great. Crust has a slight sweetness to it that is wonderful. Of course kids love the amusements and craft brew selection is on point. Great spot with the family!

We always come here for family and friend get-togethers. The food is always fresh. Our waitress was friendly and diligent. We loved the spinach and cheese calzone and antipasto salad. The kids (little and big) enjoyed playing games after dinner.

First, I made a reservation online 2 days in advance. I then called the day of to just confirm that they had my reservation, they informed me that they did have it. When we arrived at the restaurant, they proceeded to tell me that next time I shouldn't make an online reservation, I should call because when it's busy, your reservation can be given away. I showed him my email confirmation, and let him know I called to confirm also. His response was "Well I'm just saying, so you can do that next time". (Okay???) then they said they'll try and get us our table. So we waited and waited. Then after a while, another employee said "Oh your table has been ready for a while, I don't know why no one has seated you yet". Ok, We've been understanding so far, it's busy, right? Thennnnn we're seated and it's takes an hour before we're asked for out order! Not to mention, a few people had asked for drinks and never received them. Then the waiter said oh yeah huh, your drink. Then he offered to credit it, (but that wasn't much of a favor seeing as how it's included in our meal deal). Our food was delicious, so we'll be back. BUT that service was horrible. We were embarrassed to have the people we invited to eat have to endure all of that. Next time, PICKUP!

Pizza was delicious.. Everything else was ok (garlic bread, wings ) Except the spaghetti ! The spaghetti is so nasty! Doesn't taste like anything. The service was bad. They need better customer service. I guess it gets too crowded on weekends. I will definitely go again during on a weekday.

I surprised my daughter Angelina with a small cake with family and friends. She was super happy, and our waitress Brenda Mendez was amazing. She was super friendly and attentive to anything we needed. I will go back and would do another small party there for the customer service of her. People like her made our dinning or lunch super smooth and brought smiles to my daughter. Thank you guys

Reserving a table online was pointless. They said they don't use reserve online, even though they did look me up in the computer and did acknowledge my name listed with reservation time??? They said other people that walked in had been waiting 45-1hr and I would have to do the same. I waited 45 min and then started realizing people that came in after me where being seated with the same number of guests. I inquired about my wait time and that I had already been waiting well over the time I reserved online with parties being seated before me. This is when they realized my name had not been added to the hostess list and then added me which required me to wait for 3 more people to be seated before me. Go figure?! Needless to say I waited, I'm a patient person just don't like being looked over. When we were finally seated Waitress service was excellent, fast and exceptionally friendly. The food arrived quickly and was very delicious as expected. Just don't use reserve online option. Doesn't really work if they are busy.

I was visiting friends and they suggested this place. We had an online reservation but it was for the wrong dining area. The hostess quickly switched us to the correct dining area and moved us up so the wait was minimal. It was loud, hectic and crowded at first but our dining area was away from all that and much more calm. Service was fast and friendly, although a lot of mistakes, forgotten things, wrong order, plates dropped off quickly with no explainations. It was busy and our server seemed happy but rushed and not sure of what was going on. Food was large portions and very good. I doubt I would go again but would consider take out. The place seemed old and run down, but clean.

Its like time stood still inside the game building. That was the last time anyone has cleaned the restaurant. Look up and all the netting above the dining areas were all full of debris. The food was bland lacking of Italian flavors. I would not send anyone here for food!!
