excellent food especially the desserts, we plan on coming back for the Sunday brunch twice a month, we are hoping to try out the daily buffet this week. 5 out of 5 stars. reminds us of the Carvery at the Westin hotel during the 80's

Went for brunch. Food was typical brunch menu. Food was good but nothing special though. Service was friendly but a little slow considering was not very busy.

I was taking my son for his 5th birthday. We with my parent and very pregnant sister waited so long for everything. 20min for drinks, 35mins for appetizers, another 30+ for meals. By the time we got out of there it was almost 9 o'clock. We had to ask for a bill three times and we expressed our complete discomfort was sitting so long WAITING. We were the only table there when we got there at six and two other tables were cleared out before we left. We did not order anything out of the norm. So there really was no excuse for how long it took.

I go for lunch every two to three weeks. It is always good, especially the soups and the salad bar. Our server was good with picking up the dirty dishes and refilling coffee cups.
The only negative was that on my reservation through ‘open table’ I requested a table and definitely didn’t want a booth. Obviously someone did not read it properly as they had us in a booth. A booth does not work with six people when it is a buffet! The server and hostess quickly remedied the seating and we were seated at a table.

Have been before and generally good experiences in the past but disappointed in service on Father's Day 2018. I was called early morning (7:15 am on Father's Day Sunday) to be advised that breakfast buffet time at L2 was changed to be only until 10am instead of the usual 11am and advised we could be moved to L1 for the same meal service which would be until 11am. We had tried to call the restaurant several times the day prior to confirm timing of the breakfast buffet with no answer only to be called early morning and awoken to be advised of the change last minute. Once we arrived we decided we would move down to L1 and were promptly seated and food was good. However, our server did not come back often and did not refill coffee when asked later in the meal. Certainly that was unfortunate but somewhat understandable given how busy it was that morning. The worst was that we were asked not once, but twice, to vacate our table when we were not fully done our meal, had not gotten our coffee refill and saw that another party (who had arrived and been seated for longer than ours) was not asked to vacate their spot. We had not been at our table for any longer than perhaps 1 hour when we were asked to vacate due to a "long line outside" the establishment and were asked by the hostess if we were just "hanging out". Having made a reservation for the table in advance and still not done our meal, nor spending excess time taking up the table, I must say I am disappointed in the hostess and manager for their unprofessional behavior to us as customers.
I will add that I also witnessed the manager asking another table to have their children vacate their seats to allow another group into the restaurant which I feel is unprofessional and in poor taste as the adult members of that party were still eating their meal as well.
Unfortunate the establishment acted in such a way and serious reconsideration as to whether we will return in the future.

I was surprised that this place has high chairs and boosters and is actually very accommodating to families with children. We spontaneously decided to celebrate an occasion while at WEM with the kids and this was a perfect place to go - fancy yet kid-friendly. The staff were great, food is very good... Well done!

My boyfriend and I brought my mother in law to L2 Grill for a Mother's Day dinner and we were let down. Our server did her best to rectify the situation, so I will give her credit for that.
Firstly, our appetizers came out after 45 minutes, and we had seen people plated and already eating that came in after us.
Secondly, after asking why our main courses were taking so long (over an hour), the waitress quipped "well, I'm not the one cooking the food". That remark left a bitter taste in our mouths.

We finally received our main dishes, with my mother in law's food (the seafood linguine) being dry and over cooked, and my boyfriend's dish, which was the strip loin steak, was under cooked- he asked for his steak well done, and it was rare.

Out of everyone, I was the only one who had a decent meal. Our waitress knew something was off, so she offered desert on the house and once I had asked to speak to a manager about our poor meals, she said one wasn't in, and so so offered to comp. My boyfriend's meal.

This was enough, I thought. I still left the waitress and staff a fair tip, but none of us will return to this establishment.

We went to there for celebration of mother's day. The location of the seat is near to the entrance which is not very comfortable. For the food, not much choice and do not refill quickly. For this price of buffet. I suggest to choose other.

We made reservations there to celebrate an 18th Birthday. The food and service were top notch. We were treated very special and this meal and how we were treated will be remembered forever. We'll be back again!

The food was amazing and the brunch was nothing less than superb. Our male server was consistent with our drinks and kept our table clean.
Although this was a great brunch, there's also a concern. At the end of our dining experience the group felt rushed, like we were being kicked out. I understand that there are others who reserved to dine in at this restaurant, but please respect people who had came in before and would like to take their time with their meal and their opportunity to relax. We as customers pay to rent that table for ourselves.
I appreciate the welcoming staff and those standing over the grill cooking, Thank you.

We were quite impressed with the dessert presentation as well as the selection. Overall, food was good. The layout of the buffet was a bit confusing as the roast beef and omelet stations were located at the other side of the restaurant.

The hostess was disorganized even though the restaurant was not excessively busy. We made a reservation through Open Table and we had to wait for a table and then were offered a table right beside the buffet, not the reason I reserved a table. Food was ok. Our server was the greatest asset the rest of the staff seemed to suffer from a lack of leadership
