Kyochon isn't fancy, and it isn't hugely comfortable, though they've tried to make it very modern and exceptionally clean. What it does really well, though, is make Korean fried chicken. It's delicious, crispy, and if you ask for it that way, spicy.

This place skirts the line between fast food and a trendy restaurant, but I love it nonetheless. It's really best with a big group because you can't keep track of how many wings you've eaten (not vegetarian-friendly). Their wings are outstanding, the restaurant itself is vibrant and over-the-top. Try their flavored soju or a beer float if you're feeling particularly whimsical. For me, the whole place is a guilty pleasure, like an edible version of a Korean pop music video.

Came for my birthday two years in a row, eat tons of chicken wings, drink soju. Always a good time with friends! Reservations are always a good idea here if you plan to come in advance :)
