Everything was perfect. We were 10 min late (our fault) and they were able to seat us within a few minute. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable. The food worth every penny. We had salted edamame, tuna tartar, Hot Mess roll, and 10oz NY Strip. Best Japanese food and steak I’ve had in a long time. P
Very good. Highly recommend.
Food was delicious and service was excellent.
Service from the hostess' wait staff & help top notch! Drink & menu selections offer great, tempting choices. Everything from appetizers to entrees is delicious. Sushi & sashimi fresh & high quality.
Received a comp dessert wife's birthday.
Kumi is our favorite Japanese restaurant in Vegas!
I usually go to zuma, catch or nobu decided to try this place out for my friends birthday.. the ambiance service and drinks were amazing. Sushi was good no complaints just not as good as my usual go tos
Husband had: Wagu wontons, wagu ribeye, and sweet potato slices. Mochi ice cream for dessert. I had: sea bass and the grilled eggplant. This was the best meal we have had. EVER!
Justin was an amazing server that went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome experience. The food was magnificent, literally some of the best sushi I have ever eaten!! The fried bass and the fried rice with waygu beef were delicious!!! We will be back for sure!!
Service was slow, out of both kinds of wine I ordered, food was good!
Comida aceptable sin nada que destacar, en un ambiente agradable
Great table, excellent service, and delicious entrees and sides. Ambiance was very warm.
Great food, great wine, overall great experience!
It’s pricey but the food was actually good. Service was very good as well.
Food was amazing and the service was perfect!
During our stay at Mandalay Bay, we picked this restaurant to take our daughter to a nice dinner. From the moment we arrived, the hostess to our waiter, our experience at Kumi was outstanding. The attention to detail and the food was amazing. The pricing was reasonable. Over all this was probably the most pleasant and enjoyable experience when dining out. We highly recommend this restaurant.
I have been to Japan many times. The Sushi at Kumi was phenomenal, and the best I have had outside of Japan.
Food was delicious!
The food was exceptional and the service on point.
Enjoyed the Kumi experience, the food was great as well the service. Wait staff did a nice job of explaining the menu. Ambiance great for a date.
Overall experience was great and the room we sat in was beautiful! The wait times between waiter visits, orders, and items delivered were a bit much, but the ambiance of the dining area was very pleasant so it wasn't hard to wait. The sushi roll was good, however, it seemed a little too warm for my taste but the yakisoba noodles and chicken was amazing. It's also Las Vegas so with that in mind, I feel that it was decently priced but still expensive. We got a shared yakisoba and chicken bowl, one sushi roll, and two mixed drinks and spent around $120.
The food was insanely overpriced. A 12 Oz carafe of sake was $32!!!!
Excellent food, service and ambiance! The crispy rice spicy tuna was outstanding.
The food was delicious & the perfect location to celebrate a birthday!
The food is outstanding!
We have eaten at ALOT of Japanese restaurants in Vegas and those that serve sushi. Kumi is by far our favorite. In fact, we made a second reservation for this same trip to enjoy it again!
Everything was great! Servers and food runners were really nice, and the food was delicious. We left every plate empty!!!
Best Japanese Cuisine i have had in some time , great place !
We had dinner at Kumi during the last night of our stay at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas and were really pleased with our food and the service
Great Food, Great Service! Highly recommend.
Was great service and Atmosphere
Best meal we had in Vegas! Can't wait to go back again!
Waitress was amazing!! Fried fish and Japanese dishes were great. Sushi was very sub par. Drinks were very good but expensive in comparison to other restaurants we have gone to in Vegas.
Amazing service and food! Very comfortable seating, even the tables had comfy cushioned seats. Nice lighting and ambience, just cozy! I believe Andrew was our waiter - thee best! We got the yakisoba noodles and the flavor was amazing! All the yummy bits! Also the Kumi rock roll and tempura asparagus. It was fried light and to perfection. Best food we had the whole trip.
Birthday. A bit expensive but a good dinner with friends
Food was excellent will definitely recommend to my friends and family
Food was delicious! Great service.
As locals it was our first time there and we were impressed with the food and service. Highly recommend.
Mediocre Food and Terrible Service
We are never going there again.
Rich’s demeanor (our waiter) was polite but edgy and didn’t come to our table very often to check on us. He was too busy going to the bar to watch the basketball game (our table had a direct view to the bar so we could see him). The food was okay not great. We ordered Toro Sashimi and it was not fresh. It was not worth the price of $34.00/plate. The manager was zipping around the restaurant glancing from side to side “checking tables” but didn’t really do anything. Example: We were out of water, he passed by several times but didn’t really look your way. He just moved his head side to side.
Rich brought us our check and we presented our card. He finally brought it back for us to sign, after he went to the bar again, and it was wrong. There were $42.00 in extra charges. It is our fault for not checking in the first place and he already swiped the card. When we told Rich he added extra items, he reaction seemed insincerely confused. He said he would fix it and went off to the bar again to watch what was on the screen. He finally came back to our table and said, “Sorry, don’t know how that got on there.” It just did t feel right.
Open table reservation works great all the time. Kumi was great - from the friendly hostess, a great table, great service, great cocktails and terrific food. I've dined at Kumi about 6 times in the past & Kumi never disappoints!
Great food, atmosphere and overall experience. We will be back!
One of the best meals we have had all year! Every dish was made with the finest ingredients and was innovative. Everyone agreed that each dish was as good as it gets. The tuna was particularly outstanding in several dishes. There are so many sushi restaurants in Las Vegas but this one is a great choice because the menu also offers items for the friend in the group who prefers Asian food that is cooked. Highly recommend the shishito peppers, Waygu gyoza, spicy tuna crispy rice, tuna taco, the garlic tuna roll, the “Hot Mess” roll and the waygu ribeye.
Great food just checkin ladies were little rude.
