My go to in Vegas every time. Food quality is more then exceptional! The staff are very friendly and professional. The service is wonderful. I simply love to eat here every single time!!
Had a kumikazi roll and husband had the ribeye. Both were perfection
The hot mess roll was amazing!!!!
Drinks were very expensive and for $18 expect at least something of decent size. Sushi and pot stickers were very good. Steak was ok and had to order sides ala cart:(
I ran super late and they could not have been any nicer. Waitress was awesome and food fantastic!!!!
We had a waitress filling in as the ‘head’ waitress was too busy. The gal filling in was awesome. The main waitress who ended up bringing our bill was unfriendly and curt. Went to use up my express comps that are expiring and she was super rude. Ruined a great meal. We also tipped 25% cash so no idea where her attitude came from.
The food is fantastic and affordable!
Highly recommend the tasting menu if you have a party of 4-6! The five course menu is selected by the Chef and it is incredible!!
The food was fresh, the taste was amazing and the servings were good. Will definitely go again
Great food. Cool atmosphere. Loved the hot mess maki roll.
Yummy and quick
Whenever I come to Mandalay Bay, I come to Kumi. I love the Tuna Crisps Sqaures, Gyozas, and Pop Rockin' roll.
The Pop Rock sushi was incredible. The service and food overall was excellent. Really fun date spot.
Food, service and ambiance all amazing. Perfect date night spot.
The service and food was amazing! I wish I could say the same for the casino.
Artistry of the food was beautiful. The price, however, for the small portions and small amount of creativity, did not add up. The restaurant sits relatively open just beyond the casino...so the noise level and the feeling of being in a hotel eatery does not help the experience. We had to go and have another dinner shortly after we ate even after spending over $150!
One of our favorite places to eat in Vegas. The Pop Rockin’ Roll is a MUST TRY!
I’m pretty picky about sushi but I eat at all kinds of sushi restaurant from everyday neighborhood places to Michelin starred restaurants. I found Kumi disappointing overall. Almost every dish missed the mark with sauces and saltiness overpowering the dishes across the board. The best roll was the signature Korean vegetable roll which was unexpected. Ambiance and service were very good.
Great service and outstanding food. Amazing experience on my wife’s birthday.
It was the loudest sushi restaurant I've ever been to. The prices were basically ridiculously high for what you get. The food was good but it's good at many places that have $12 rolls of the same quality instead of paying $30. There were 2 servers constantly coming to the table asking the exact same questions... and some drinks never arrived. The two waiters never coordinated so then we were done the next one kept coming asked if we wanted dessert after we said no to the other and this happened throughout the entire meal. I think this restaurant lives only because it has direct access to the convention center and people on company budgets.
My fiancé and I had a great time. Our server was great and the food was excellent! The portions were a bit small for the price, but the food and drinks were great!
I sat at the sushi bar. When I asked the chef what was on the daily chef’s platter, (a premium item) he could not answer and gave me attitude. This was unfortunate considering I was dining alone and he was not busy (the restaurant was empty.) It was a well marketed restaurant featuring a poor dining experience.
Have been there twice and loved my experience! Went there for the 3rd time on a Saturday and they decided to try a DJ for the music. Very loud! Unable to hear anyone at our table. Felt as if we were at a disco with Donna Summers!
Looking forward to a Zen atmosphere with delicious Japanese foods. Food was EXCELLENT as always but we will not return if they continue with the loud disco music.
Boring and expensive. The food for what it cost is on par.
Expensive, but worth it. Thought the food was excellent. The service was great. And the Decour was beautiful. Would certainly go back again
Just fantastic. We tried everything and it was spectacular. Cheers to the Pop Rock Sushi roll.
Quite pricey, but the food is excellent! Tuna Pizza, roll with pop rocks, Hot Mess, and the seasonal soufflé (strawberry) were all winners!!!!
Excellent food and service! The sushi was extremely fresh and the strawberry soufflé was delicious!!
Best sushi experience my wife and I have had. Allowed the chef to select our options and it was amazing. Highly recommend.
We had drinks served in the bar while they were getting our table. The drinks were well prepared. We decided to order a little at a time. We began with Crispy Rice and Calamari. Both quickly prepared and served. Followed with a roll and cucumber salad. Everything was well prepared and served quickly. Excellent meal.
Excellent Japanese cuisine with creative and flavorful options. The service was fast and friendly and very reasonably priced for Vegas.
Great sushi and sashimi. Great value (especially for Vegas) and service, too.
Kumi was absolutely awesome. The food was delicious and the service was very good as well. Everything we ordered was so yummy I can't wait to go back.
Great spot if you're looking for a lighter dinner to pregame your wild Vegas night out. I've been here twice and never have had to wait; service was timely and very friendly, and we received some excellent recommendations on drinks. Sushi portions are small, so if you're leaning towards ordering a couple extra plates, go for it. My favorite entree was the pork gyoza; I'm more of a fan of tempura/fried rolls so the sushi here wasn't my favorite, but if you prefer the fresher & leaner side of sushi you'll enjoy this restaurant very much.
Food was good and the waiter was very pleasant. It was a nice place to eat and convenient for the business event we were attending in the Mandalay. As most restaurants on the Strip it was over priced for the meal, as to be expected. The sushi was fresh and the atmosphere was nice.
Possibly one of the best dining experiences we had in Vegas. We chose to sit at the bar snd share several appetizers and see if we would move onto entrees. The appetizers were so good, we ordered them again! Looking forward to going back the next time we are in Vegas. Service and food were a step above! Delicious!
Great service, sushi, and sake.
Excellent food and experience! Try the Hot Mess roll and a Japanese Manhattan. You won’t be disappointed!
