We came for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was one of the best meals we have ever had!!!
A very nice evening with very good food! Go for the 3 scoops of ice cream as they will be the smallest you have ever seen- only complaint. Great food, great staff, wonderful atmosphere!
Took my wife for her birthday - incredible atmosphere. The burrata and deviled egg starters were incredible and I highly recommend the Caribe cocktail.
Great meal at The Krebs. Beautiful place and all of the service was outstanding. Our server James is very knowledgeable about the cocktail and food menus and always provides great service!
Food was excellent as always. We did have a minor problem with one of our entrees but it was rectified without us even having to ask. Only downfall was it was a little chilly in the restaurant, which everyone dining around us also agreed with. Will absolutely be going back.
Short ribs a bit burnt ran out of lamb early nice restaurant could have been better
Truly excellent service and food! Our meal was very enjoyable and the atmosphere was charming.
Phenomenal Service, Food, & Atmosphere! Bernardo, at the Bar mixes up some of the most creative and delicious cocktails i’ve ever had.
James, our server was excellent. Very professional and accommodating.
The food is outstanding. We ordered the Pear Flatbread to start which was delicious. Cant wait to go back and get the short rib again! Thank you.
Excellent service from beginning to end, and very pleasantly surprised at the reasonableness of the price!!
My husband and I went to The Krebs with our 4 adult children + 1 fiancé to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. The food and ambiance were wonderful. Our server, Adolfo, was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
I live everything about this restaurant, from the different room types and ambiance, to the service - excellent, and Saul is my guy - to the food, which honestly is fantastic! And a portion of net proceeds go towards local charities for women and children.
My husband and I took my parents to the Krebs to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. It ended up being an amazing night. Our server, Adolfo, was friendly and attentive and didn't rush us or leave us waiting for things. The wine list is excellent and the sommelier was friendly and knowledgeable. Our food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. If I lived locally I would come back again and again. Excellent job.
The setting is very nice, cocktails were excellent. There is a great wine list, although surprisingly few Finger Lakes wines. The service was pleasant and knowledgable, with a little additional training they could have Micheline star level service. The food was excellent but the portions were too large, if you get an appetizer and salad you cannot finish the entree. Each portion is too large and we left food at every course and could not even try to attempt a dessert.
elegant decor, impeccable service and delicious food. For special occasions, we will definitely return!
Always great food and service.
The experience was 110%! Food, service, ambience. Cant wait to return!
The food was delicious. We ordered a salad to share and 2 entrees and dessert and were stuffed and enjoyed every bite! Great service!
It was such a lovely brunch; and we were able to eat on the Porch which was perfect!!! I am looking forward to my return visit!!! Cheers
Lovely historic restaurant in a charming town (Skaneateles). Great food, service, ambience, playlist (blues!), $15 mimosa pitchers... so glad we went! Wish we’d discovered it prior to our daughter’s graduation from SU, but it’s worth making the trip back.
The food and service was amazing. Went for my nieces 30th Birthday and all the staff where so nice coming up to wish her Happy Birthday! Highly recommend!!
Return to Krebs after 30+ years and to celebrate son’s internship even though it was a 6hour drive.
Food was good. Appetizer portions were actually to big. My grilled escarole was good beautiful presentation but difficult to eat. Fried chicken was good but if you’re going to say it’s the best it need to be more traditional it was basically just a fried chicken cutlet. My pork was delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was good
A remarkable experience from start to finish. Beautiful decor, extraordinary service, gracious and friendly but not overwhelming - thoroughly professional. Also a very subtle but distinctly hip vibe to all of it - music, decor, and lighting.
And the food...remarkable! We began with mussels that were perfectly done in a broth that I truly wanted to swim in, with crostini that were clearly made by some god or goddess of bread baking. My pork special was extraordinarily flavorful ( as were all the sides) and my partner's salmon was caught by Neptune. An extraordinary meal that rival the very best of what one could have in NYC. And did mention that make a terrific Sazerac?
Came here to celebrate my SO coming back from the Navy. Service was personalized and excellent, and the food was phenomenal. (And their cocktails were no joke.) Ambience was refined, but not pretentious. The atmosphere lived up to the experience.
My only regret was not getting a dessert. Will absolutely be back for the next special occasion :)
There is never a disappointment at Krebs. Food is excellent and the service is excellent. Love going to this restaurant, they are very kind people.
Gnocchi were fluffy pillows of flavor and the salmon done perfectly. Wild boar salami on the charcuterie board seemed like it was from the supermarket, but very good. My only real complaint was that for a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence recipient and with such an extensive wine list a Somm is a must. My question to the manager was poorly answered and wrong, but that didn’t take away from what was a great bottle of wine and excellent meal.
Food was excellent, service was very good, wine selection was off the charts. Got an older vintage wine (1991), a bit dated for 2021, and it was, as expected past its prime, but it was well preserved and kept perfectly.
The best restaurant in Skaneateles and within 50 miles of Syracuse. Won't disappoint.
Eating at the Krebs is not quick let's go out to dinner experience. It is a wonderful time to be savored - the food, the ambience, the service!
We had an awesome corner table! Our waiter did a great job! And the food was wonderful!
Creative food and great service.
Krebs owner, chef and staff are a well oiled machine ! Food is amazing, service is exceptional and the atmosphere is just what you want when in the village !! New favorite for some very picky eaters that know how it should be done !! Thank you !!
Fantastic, wanted to go there for a while. Everything is well done.
