The team did a good job given COVID providing a good experience.
This was our first outing to a restaurant since being in quarantine. They were great on the physical distancing - the waitress wore a mask. I didn't see much use of hand sanitizer or disinfecting wipes but the runner who brought our food did have on gloves.
Kona's sushi is great - one of our favorites. They did take the Ahi Tuna Crisps off the appetizer menu - again! I can't figure out why, but I hope they bring them back soon.
Found hair in my wife’s pizza. Also the wrong pizza was delivered. The waitress was quite pleasant and responsive and made the necessary changes. Carrot cake was delicious as always.
Dinner post Covid-19 was great! Food was very fresh and service was excellent. Wait staff was very attentive!
Our waiter was more interested in chatting with other staff than serve us. We had to ask him twice for drinks because he forgot.
The server was great the drinks were made perfect and so were the appetizers. But the main meal had too much spice, after telling the server to out no seasoning on the pasta. The manager came over and gave some suggestions which we tried, but the kitchen still put chilly peppers in the food.
Celebrated birthdays and just being able to once again go out to eat. Food was good, service fantastic!
The food was very soggy and was not as good as it used to be.
We went during Coronavirus so it was a little chaotic to get our table, but once we sat down, it went smooth.

I called to reserve and they said there was an hour wait but when I checked open table they had about 5 open reservations well before an hour
Lunch with a friend
Excellent first post-Covid dine in experience. The waitress was extremely helpful and careful. Sushi and flatbread apps were delicious and the Mojito was just as delicious as I remembered. So happy to be back!
Our server Stacy was very friendly and attentive. She made us feel welcome and safe during our first trip out after quarantine. Additionally, we came here for a birthday dinner and the staff made my daughter feel special by saying happy birthday when she walked in. Finally, the food was excellent and everything came out quickly and correct. Would recommend Kona Grill to everyone.

The restaurant could not serve hot food because their vents were broken. I believe they should have called me beforehand, since they had my info from the reservation to let us know about it.
Food is okey but the lettuce wrap was salty. Spider sushi was good. The lettuce for the lettuce wrap was not fresh and small sizes it was not enough to use for a wrap.

Went for a birthday dinner. We were running a couple minutes late but they sat us immediately. Food and drinks were delicious. A little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for

Went for happy hour. Enjoyed the reduced priced appetizers and drinks. Our waitress, Sol, was fantastic. Very personable and attentive. Appetizers were very tasty.

The food was amazing! I ordered the sweet chili salmon and there was so much flavor in it! The Brussels spouts has an tasty sauce they were cooked in!

My husband and I dined at Kona Grill for the first time on Valentine’s Day and had quite a great experience. Service was wonderful, we loved the ambiance, and the food was delicious! We love the variety they offer on their menu. Our waitress made some great recommendations, which we really appreciated, it being our first time dining here. Overall we had a great experience, will plan to dine here again, and highly recommend!

Not the best experience. Had reservation but did not seem to matter. Had to wait about 40 minutes for a table. Waiter was inattentive. Probably since we didn’t order any drinks. Never refilled waters. Left bill—never asked if we wanted desert or coffee. No where to be found. Food was okay. Probably wouldn’t go back.
We walked in knowing that if happy hour was busy, we’d eat in the main dining room. They told us that it would be a 35-45 minute wait for the dinning room. I then saw on Open Table that every reservation was open, so I booked the one happening in 10 minutes. We waiting 6 minutes past our reservation to walk into the dining room and see all but 8 tables empty. Did not like that service what so ever. Why would you say it’s a 35-45 minute wait if the dining room is nearly empty?
We had a vegan who had other health challenges that made it difficult for here to find something on the menu. It was all hands on Deck.. even the GM and they finally found something they could make for her. I would suggest vegans call ahead to look at menu but at least they tried to accommodate.
Loved this place in the past, may need a refresh. Staff on a Thursday nite was tired.

Good business lunch spot. Service was attentive and quick but not rushed. Menu options hit the mark and tasted great. All around great experience.
This was the worst experience I have had with food allergies at a restaurant. The first item I ordered was at first diary and gluten free. Then the waitress came back to the table and explained there was a little butter in the vegetables. So then I ordered a filet and asked for any vegetables they could make me. The first dish they brought me was covered in butter and had mashed potatoes. The waitress was upset to have to ask the chef again if it had butter. When she came back to the table and said that it did in fact contain butter. The GM came to our table and reassured me that another filet without butter was coming. After much time (everyone at my table was finished eating) I got my meal. It was tasteless vegetables and a filet. When I got my bill, I was shocked to see that nothing was removed for all the food issues. No one apologized and I was sent away. They will be hearing from me again. I really can’t believe multiple people made so many errors with a food allergy.
