    All of our food was brought out at the same time! Appetizers, dinner, everything. Needless to say dinner was cold by the time we finished the appetizers. Ribeye meatballs were so dry you couldn’t them. Only good thing was the fried rice.

    Appetizer meatballs were so overdone that when trying to cut them with a knife (a fork couldn't do it), they literally broke into several pieces. 2 of our 4 meals that included steak had to be returned. One was supposed to be medium and it was literally purple on the inside. The other was supposed to be a rare prime rib and it was so overdone and dry that it flaked and crumbled while trying to cut it. We returned them and while one was now cooked more, the new prime rib was every bit as overdone and dry. When we call the manager over to speak to him about it, his excuse was that they cook one in the morning and another in the afternoon and just reheat them when they are ordered. That meat should have been thrown away. No kitchen manager or chef should have allowed that out of the kitchen, much less twice.

    This was our first visit and we were very impressed with the Happy Hour menu! The $6 sliders were delicious and you can't beat the $3 beer and $6 wine. We will be back!

    It was Mother's Day so they get a pass on some things. The server was great. But the restaurant was overbooked. It took over an hour to get our food. The order was wrong and the lady of the day had to wait for her food while the rest of us ate. The food quality and presentation was mediocre at best. Thus, the value wasn't evident.

    Food was really good. Service was not good. One meal was not put in the system and therefore did not arrive with the rest of the orders. These things happen and it was not a problem originally. However, about 15 minutes passed by and no meal. The meal was 4 eggs and sausage and potatoes. By the time the waiter stated that he was still waiting on it, my Dad had already picked off on everyone else’s food at the table and was not hungry. I would have thought the food would have been rushed and not ok put in at the back of the line. I will give them another shot because mistakes happen.

    This was one of the worst dining experiences we have had in a long time. I ordered the surf and turf, and when it was delivered to our table, there was plastic still on the food. When I asked what it was, my plate was taken away the plastic removed and the plate brought back to me. I am not interested in eating plastic. When I asked for a new dish, the food was prepared horribly, with no care. also, the furniture is worn broken and the restaurant is dirty. What an embarrassment! This location either needs new management or a new restaurant all together should take its place.

    This restaurant is struggling to come back after Covid. They have most things in place, except their cocktails!! They charge the going rate, but they lack alcohol. I mean seriously lack alcohol!! Best to get wine or beer here until they figure out that a great cocktail brings people in.

    Great atmosphere and tasty food. I was blown away by surf and turf happy hour special. Highly recommend going during happy hour. Can easily get full on the happy hour bites without breaking the bank.

    Our waitress never smiled once. It took forever to get our beverages. When they brought our appetizers, dinner was served one minute later. We had previously requested that this would not happen. However, my food was delicious.

    Had a great dinner. Spict Crab roll was very good and everyone enjoyed their dinners. Asian salad was good. Chicken and shrimp lettuce wraps were also excellent.

    Ok for a chain. Their sushi menu is decent but not the best by any stretch. The server Jared was awesome but for the money highly overrated. If I spend 500.00 on dinner I should be full when I leave.

    They were understaffed and the waitress was having a hard time remembering orders and to follow up on her guests. We received the wrong side salad with our order and it took a while for them to correct. We didn’t have place settings and had to finally get up to get our own after two requests and our food was getting cold. They didn’t seem to be that busy so the excuse of being understaffed didn’t seem valid to me. We’ve been to the Kona in Alpharetta, GA several times and always had a great meal. We won’t be going back to this one.

    Went for lunch with the family. We sat outside trying to get away from the loud music inside, you can’t talk or enjoy lunch like that. Ordered the seabass and it was raw in the middle. Took a while to get it back and cooked well. The sushi roll and BBQ pizza were both good. They have an iPad looking device for you to pay, but it was disgusting, if you want to get COVID you would touch that. Otherwise undecided if will go back.

    Three of our four steaks came cooked incorrectly. One had to be sent back twice. Considering prices are just below a real steakhouse, the steaks were more consistent with an Applebees and not worth the money. We used to go here often but the last two times have not been good. It appears something has changed internally. In fairness to the management, they did comp us $50 and free desserts.

    We went for lunch but instead ordered from the happy hour menu. We ordered the following appetizers: -sliders that were awesome and even came rare, which was a plus -1/2 BBQ chicken flatbread -lettuce wrapped, which had a small kick to them and plenty of lettuce -spicy shrimp tempura, which where great -avocado eggrolls, which were awesome A chicken pad Thai, which was had was spicy but great flavor and an abundant amount. Brion our server was beyond fantastic. He made sure the food was to our liking. He also checked on our drinks without being pushy. Excellent service.
