    We took advantage of Savor UTC. 3 course lunch for $24pp. The food portions were generous and the sushi, poke bowls and salads were very fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant. Our server rushed us a bit and the wines were on the expensive side. We will visit again.

    Host was rude. Restaurant had no milk for kids meal. No kids cup. Had to put apple juice kids drink in glass cup for a 3 year old. Servers just standing around gossiping about everything. Terrible experience. Won’t be going back!

    We we're very excited to try Kona Grill with our friend, we made reservations and arrived. Was kinda shocked on Saturday it was pretty empty, got our table. Waiter Alex was great and knowledgeable and friendly. The food on other hand over priced and was extremely disappointed. We order the slider burger appetizer, the fries we're crazy greasy. I ordered the 41.00 Ribeye medium rare and it came out well done, now they offered to fix it but working in service industry I know that's best option for you. The green beans had chili peppers but were bland. Wife got a strip steak and it was also bland and fries greasy. Friend got the macadamia nut chicken and complained as literally 2 small small breasts and topped over school lunch scooped mashed potatoes

    Probably one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. The Poké bowl that I had tasted like I was eating a salt shaker. I asked the waiter and he said it was the sauce I tried eating just the rice with no sauce, and again it tasted just like eating salt. My food was not edible and I will never go back

    Place was empty on a Friday night. Service was decent but everything was expensive. $20 for 5 potstickers that were doughy lol. Sushi fell apart too.

    Food was very low quality. Sushi rolls just fell apart. Really crazy as the other restaurant in the group is top quality, Kona even brings down my opinion of their sister restaurants.

    We really do not like the electronic tablets at the table. First our tablet had the wrong bill, it was another tables bill, we could tell by the amount. Then our bill would not allow us to apply a rewards free appetizer, you could only sign up as a new account. Then, it charged us $2.99 for Games, we didn't even play any games on the tablet device. Finally, there was an issue with our bill where I ordered the Pad Thai entree and they charged me the full price for a salad, even though a side salad was supposed to be $5. I tried to have it corrected, and it took about 30 minutes for them to come out and fix it. At that point, I didn't even want to mention the "Games" charge of $2.99. If this place removes those electronic tablets, I think it would probably have enjoyed the whole experience a lot more.

    Server was trying her best but clearly had too many larger tables sat at once. My toddlers food came out 10 minutes AFTER the adults food. Not exactly an ideal experience for a family with a young child. But we love the food.

    The food was cold and quality was lacking. For the prices you don’t get what you pay for. It’s like corporate should’ve closed this location a long time ago. Worst meal award for sure. This is my first bad review of a place in the many years I’ve used open table but feel people should be told. The 1,000 bonus points on every reservation should’ve been a red flag.

    One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. My food was so dry I couldn't eat it. The others in my party said theirs was edible (not a ringing endorsement). I had a gift card that I was using to pay a portion of the bill. They tried running it 5 times, to the point it just became embarassing, so we just used our Visa. For an added kick in the pants, I called the number on the gift card and was told that it was charged at Kona Grill. I don't know if they're incompetent or thieves. This restaurant used to be nice. Not anymore. We were there on a Friday night at 6:30pm and it was next to empty. I can see why. We'll never go back. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

    Overall a good experience, but we had issues with getting food out in a timely manner. Some appetizers/salad were forgotten. Also when the food was delivered to the table, the waiters always asked where the plates were supposed to go. It was a long and awkward task since we were a large (and talkative) table. If it's possible going forward, jotting down each plate's seat # will help.

    All of our food was brought out at the same time! Appetizers, dinner, everything. Needless to say dinner was cold by the time we finished the appetizers. Ribeye meatballs were so dry you couldn’t them. Only good thing was the fried rice.

    Appetizer meatballs were so overdone that when trying to cut them with a knife (a fork couldn't do it), they literally broke into several pieces. 2 of our 4 meals that included steak had to be returned. One was supposed to be medium and it was literally purple on the inside. The other was supposed to be a rare prime rib and it was so overdone and dry that it flaked and crumbled while trying to cut it. We returned them and while one was now cooked more, the new prime rib was every bit as overdone and dry. When we call the manager over to speak to him about it, his excuse was that they cook one in the morning and another in the afternoon and just reheat them when they are ordered. That meat should have been thrown away. No kitchen manager or chef should have allowed that out of the kitchen, much less twice.

    This was our first visit and we were very impressed with the Happy Hour menu! The $6 sliders were delicious and you can't beat the $3 beer and $6 wine. We will be back!

    It was Mother's Day so they get a pass on some things. The server was great. But the restaurant was overbooked. It took over an hour to get our food. The order was wrong and the lady of the day had to wait for her food while the rest of us ate. The food quality and presentation was mediocre at best. Thus, the value wasn't evident.

    Food was really good. Service was not good. One meal was not put in the system and therefore did not arrive with the rest of the orders. These things happen and it was not a problem originally. However, about 15 minutes passed by and no meal. The meal was 4 eggs and sausage and potatoes. By the time the waiter stated that he was still waiting on it, my Dad had already picked off on everyone else’s food at the table and was not hungry. I would have thought the food would have been rushed and not ok put in at the back of the line. I will give them another shot because mistakes happen.

    This was one of the worst dining experiences we have had in a long time. I ordered the surf and turf, and when it was delivered to our table, there was plastic still on the food. When I asked what it was, my plate was taken away the plastic removed and the plate brought back to me. I am not interested in eating plastic. When I asked for a new dish, the food was prepared horribly, with no care. also, the furniture is worn broken and the restaurant is dirty. What an embarrassment! This location either needs new management or a new restaurant all together should take its place.

    This restaurant is struggling to come back after Covid. They have most things in place, except their cocktails!! They charge the going rate, but they lack alcohol. I mean seriously lack alcohol!! Best to get wine or beer here until they figure out that a great cocktail brings people in.

    Great atmosphere and tasty food. I was blown away by surf and turf happy hour special. Highly recommend going during happy hour. Can easily get full on the happy hour bites without breaking the bank.

    Our waitress never smiled once. It took forever to get our beverages. When they brought our appetizers, dinner was served one minute later. We had previously requested that this would not happen. However, my food was delicious.

    Had a great dinner. Spict Crab roll was very good and everyone enjoyed their dinners. Asian salad was good. Chicken and shrimp lettuce wraps were also excellent.
