We had reservation from day before 36 hours at least ahead. They overbooked, no one pickup phone to confirm reservation whole day. Needed to stay inline minimum for 1 hour from reservation time . After an hour waiting with ready reservation we left.

One of the worst experiences!! No structure!! No organization!! Terrible management and they did not care for the guests there! We had a reservation at 7:00 pm however once we arrived at the location there was a long queue that stretched to the sidewalk outside the restaurant and people were waiting there since 6:15 to get a table. The staff, including the management did not care for customers with reservations no apologies were given. We stayed in queue with others till 7:30 but ended up leaving and going to fords garage next door (great burgers). It was a disappointing experience for first time and last time coming to this restaurant. Management at Kona Grill has be better and not overbook because the customers and the staff both suffer and restaurant ends up looking bad. Be better!!!

Where do I even begin? If I could rate them a zero, I would. Sat for over an hour without a drink, then they brought water. No apologies. Wasted our entire special night in a place that just didn’t care. We walked out after spending 2 hours between waiting to be seated and waiting for even just a drink. Safe to say that we’re never coming back.

Had a 6:30 Res and got seated at 7:15. Checking in was mass chaos. It was obvious they overbooked by 50%. Music was too loud. Kitchen was very slow. I paid 200+ for a horrible experience. I left at 9:30 and 50 people were still waiting to get in. I had to park .5 mile away. No parking left at 6 and I thought I was early.

Awful dining experience at this restaurant. We ordered our food and waited for TWO HOURS without ever receiving it. The staff kept telling us it would be out in 10 minutes, but it was a lie. In the end, they offered us a free dessert as an "apology", but it was too little, too late. We left without dinner and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The lack of organization and communication is unacceptable.

It’s Valentine’s Day, and you would think they would be prepared. They had everyone with reservations in line OUTSIDE in the cold and then The food was cold and terrible.

The server we had greeted us, asked what we wanted to drink and eat. He brought the drinks and that was the last time we seen him. Did not check on us or anything. We wanted dessert but he ruined our valentine dinner and we decided to eat somewhere else. It’s sad that I paid 129 dollars and had no service. I could have just stayed home and served myself. I will never eat there again for the money I spend for poor service!!!

The restaurant was not prepared for the reservations. One person checking in. A bunch of people waiting to speak with one check in person. Waited for about 10 minutes. We asked multiple times for salt that never was delivered. Long wait for food. My wife ordered Asian salad with grilled shrimp that came out with chicken. The replacement order was 15+ minutes. I finished my meal before her salad returned. My bill had an extra beer on it that I didn’t not order and didn’t not come to the table. Real fun date night.

We felt really rushed as soon as the food came the bill was delivered shortly thereafter. It was not supper busy. Will probably pass on going back. The food was mediocre at best.
