    Service was terrible, it took forever, although the waiter was very kind. The coffee was ice cold the soup was lukewarm. The food took over an hour to show up, and even then items were forgotten.

    Got right in. Server was new was very avid to learn. Tried her best and did well. Food was good but portions keep getting smaller and prices keep going up,a sign of the times.

    Great experience! We ended up eating Thanksgiving dinner at Kona. I ordered the Strip Steak, and my husband ordered the Ribeye. The Strip Steak was amazing (sooooo good). The ribeye wasn't so great .. but the server made it right by redoing his order, and we left fully satisfied - both with the amazing food and the even more amazing service!

    Waited more than 40 minutes for our reservation. Other parties appeared to walk right in and were seated and done by the time finally ordered food. Our appetizers came out after our food. All of our food and apps were cold. Had to remake 2 of our meals and they still weren’t good. Sea bass was under cooked. We were given free dessert as a consolation. But this is the second bad experience in a row so unfortunately we won’t be back. The loud club-style music playing was odd since most of the tables had little kids.

    Seemed understaffed. Waiter was nice, but kept forgetting food. Asked for a receipt and he brought four receipts. All different. None of them ours. It was odd. But food was fine.

    Our server was fantastic. Really did a great job answering questions, etc. Ambiance is great! It’s a wonderful venue for families or date night. My margarita flight was terrific, too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. My problem is the lack of choices for allergies. If you’re celiac do not even attempt to come here (i am not but i try to avoid gluten). My husband can’t tolerate dairy and choices so few. Nearly everything on the menu has a key allergen. It is a great place but not for those who have to be careful what they consume.

    Very expensive food that does not value the price. A salad with no meat should not be $20. Not much food. We are not coming back.

    We choose to celebrate my birthday here at Kona. My husband and I both ordered the sliders and asked them plz be very well done. Everyone’s food came and our sliders were raw. We told our waitress and she took them back to the kitchen. It took 18 min to get our burgers back and ever one else was already done eating. Initially I came for the fish tacos but there were out of salmon so I thought I’d try the beef sliders. I was very disappointed. Marta was our server and she was wonderful it wasn’t her fault at all.

    Came during Happy Hour by accident but it was perfect! Amazing service from our waitress and the food was amazing! Waitress was very attentive and great service! Highly recommend!

    Food quality has gone down a ton. Their prices have been raised so high. I mean, $13 for Edamame!?? Mashed potatoes were so hard and dry they were inedible. Blended Margarita flight came not blended, no salt or lime or anything. Service was terrible. The place felt dirty. Will never go back again.

    Food was fabulous, rather expensive, but very fine food. We were seated in the taverna area with open windows, and no shades for the western sun. It was rather difficult, could not keep from having the sun in our eyes. We had to wipe the table ourselves at least three times as it was completely covered with a glaze of stickiness. Service was good, not great. The cost of the meal with drinks and desert was nearly $180 for two people. At those prices the ambience and cleanliness should be at a higher level. I would recommend this restaurant. However, avoid the taverna, sit within the body of the restaurant….. and bring your wallet.

    As always, the food was excellent, the service outstanding, and the wait staff was really top notch. This restaurant is my "go to" place for special nights out, and deservedly so.

    Order was wrong and no attempts to fix either - wasn’t even able to tell waiter until end bc there was no check in. Ordered a side of rice, which came at end of meal. Service was so poor - not urgency at all and the restaurant was slow for the night.

    Food was wayyyy overpriced! Went on a family outing and we ALL left hungry. When paying THAT much for food I would expect us all to leave full! The fries were so plain, the coleslaw that came with ribs was so bland.. no zing. And a half rack of ribs for $30 was ridiculous. Sushi was very good, but SO expensive for the little you get. Very disappointed to have spent our money there and then had to go another place to get FULL!

    Service was very good. I can make a better steak with just salt and pepper. The best part of the edemame was the salt, and the potstickers were flimsy, flavorless and seemed to have been just pulled from a pot of boiling water.
