The entrees were excellent and the service was great. However, sitting on the enclosed patio with big screen TV's did not have the ambiance we were looking for. Next time we will ask for a table inside that is more upscale. Depends on what your looking for.

I have eaten at KONA many times in past, this was a definite disappointment on Mother’s Day
Meals were too long coming and quality of 3 out o 4 dishes was bad

If you want Sushi, Kona is not the please. It was mushy, tasteless and just the overall presentation sucked. Looked like they just plopped it on the plate and called it a day. Sadly we will not be returning.

We met family members for lunch to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This was the first time any of us had been to Kona Grill & we all agreed that the food was great. I expected it to be mostly Asian-influenced food, so I was surprised to see other options on the menu, which is good to know for future visits.
Our server was spectacular! His timing was perfect on serving our drinks, appetizers, and main courses. He kept checking on us throughout the meal & providing refills & clearing the table. He had a great sense of humor & I wish I could remember his name!

I overheard a cook telling the manager that we were complaining when all we did was simple asked if the heater can be turn on for us. It was cold and we approach the cook and asked him “hey is there anyway you can turn the heater on.” He walked away nodding his head and then proceeded to talk to the manager at the time. Without realizing we could hear everything. He express himself by saying that table is complaining and bothering me.
We left an amazing tip for the waitress on top of spending $200 that night. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t go back.

Food is always fresh. Had the salad and sushi..love the dressing on the salad and sushi top quality. Very safe. Distanced and open air. Over all great experience.
