We had edamame appetizer with the spice on the side, thank to our server for suggesting that. Both of us had poke bowls (1/2 rice and 1/2 salad). We love them every time we order.
Eliot was a great server.
Every request was promptly filled.

It might have been due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but the experience was much less than we hoped for. The kitchen was already asking for no substitutions on sides, which was not advised to us immediately upon sitting - only after we ordered drinks and appetizers.

Our waiter seemed to be semi-present, though not as attentive as we would have liked.

The food, for the cost, was not prepared in any outstanding way. It was less than adequate for the price of the entrees.

It was Thanksgiving so I expected them to be very busy. However, our food did not all come out at the Ana e time. Kids finished theirs before I got mine and then my husband got his after I finished mine.

We went to Kona Grill on Thanksgiving. That may be why our server forgot our drink order twice, with our draft beer finally arriving half way through our meal. However it was so loud, both the general establishment, as well as the music, that we couldn’t have a conversation at our table. It felt like a sports pub and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. We’ll look elsewhere next time.

Thanksgiving day and dinner at 5 pm. The hosts were really busy with pick up orders and people without reservations and handled everything very well! Menu had traditional Turkey dinner and a macadamia crusted Turkey as well as their normal options. Try the meatball appetizer. They were awesome!!

Food tasted great and came in large portions. We only ate about 50% of the food on our table but let me tell you, taste was not the issue. Service was great and the atmosphere did the job.

Kona Grill is one of my favorite places to go, because from top to bottom they are great. They have a great menu and everything just tastes so good. Their dessert is so good. The people who serve you are always great.

The restaurant was out of at least a dozen items. I had to have 3 choice just so I can get 1. Was out of decaf coffee as well. It was terrible the food was average. Service was enh. My waiter disappeared for a fair amount of time and I had to wait to get a refill on my dr. Pepper. So was not worth the money I spent.

Mediocre food. Service wasn't great. Atmosphere was so noisy, we couldn't hold a conversation at the table. They were very busy, but our food was cold (when it shouldn't have been) or forgotten and served out of order (appetizer served after entree) with no explanation or apology. Waters were never refilled. Nobody came by to clear empty plates until we were getting up from the table. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Not impressed. We won't be back.

We had a 7pm reservation and we were seated in a reasonable time as the place was packed. The table was sticky and lot of food all over the floor that you had to step in just to be seated. The online menu was poorly organized and hard to find what you wanted. My beer glass has a large chip in it that nearly cut my lip. The food was slow and cold by the time it arrived. The sushi dishes were excellent and arrived quickly. The crowd was loud and when added to the loud background music it made conversation nearly impossible. The only good thing about the experience was our server. Pablo was attentive and very apologetic about the slow food, friendly and overall great. The ribeye steak was pretty good, the macadamia nut chicken was cold and dry, the calamari appetizer was pretty good and the sauce was great one dish had to be made a 2nd time as it was incorrect. Again the sushi dishes were fast, fresh and very tasty. We should have simply made a meal out of sushi. Overall 3 star service at 4 star prices. The server gets 5 star alone. The cooks were probably overwhelmed and probably shorthanded like everyone else so some things are understandable. I would recommend going for the drinks and the sushi for a good time.

We had a party of 10 (children and adults). We made reservations which were accommodated in a timely manner. A few of us arrived early at which time we grabbed a drink at the bar. Bar staff was friendly and prompt. We were seated in the back of the restaurant where we had room to move and didn't feel cramped. Our waiter Eric was very friendly and attentive to our needs. He was patient with us as we mulled over the menu and had recommendations. We appreciate the good service and friendly atmosphere. Keep up the good job!

If you like great food and great service, this is the place to go. Unfortunately a lot of people know this so be sure to make reservations or prepare for a potential wait for seating.

Always good food at Kona. Server was great. Kitchen wasn’t organized. One person in our party waited 15 minutes after everyone else was served, to get his food. But it was really good! Portions a lot smaller than previous.

Half our table ordered sushi and it took longer than they expected, but they totally made up for it with free desserts. We were there for two birthdays so I think we would have got some anyway but our server, Taylor, was super great

We got seated quickly, had a very nice server who was excellent, food was good. The music was very loud and we asked our server about turning it down because it was so loud we couldn’t talk without yelling. She asked a manager about it then said for some reason they turn up the music on Saturday nights. One of the managers advised they are having a new sound system put in which should fix the problem but it seemed like they turned it up so they could have turned it back down. It was a great experience otherwise but would not go back on a Friday or Saturday night!
