Our server Lela was excellent. Tough table for her with 3 children and she pulled it off effortlessly. Thanks Leia. Our only concern was that the excellent food seemed a bit slow to arrive at the table.

Our server was attentive and helpful. We ordered Happy Hour items and I thought the shrimp was Ok. Chicken satie (?) was great. Please, however, get the booth seats repaired. We've been coming to Kona Grill for years and the leather like seats are cracked or torn in many of the booths. The ambience is nice except for that.

I haven't eaten here in awhile, however I remember that the salad with blue cheese dressing was excellent. I wasn't disappointed. I added grilled shrimp which was delicious. I will definitely go there again soon and order the same salad. We had two waiters, and both of them were very friendly and attentive. Thank you both.

I had a fantastic dining experience here last night. I walked in and saw quite the crowd of people, I was worried even though I had a reservation it might take a minute to get a table with how many people were in there. However me and my partner were seated right away and greeted by our server just the same. She was warm, friendly, and gave us some great recommendations!!! I noticed 2 different managers running around cleaning tables and running food. the entire night The entire staff was friendly and kind!! I will definitely be back!!!! I will say the booth seats and front entrance need some repairs but everything else was 10/10

I had requested a booth with a high chair for my son and they were able to fulfill all of our needs! The food came out fast and the general manager Miranda did an excellent job of making sure we had everything that we needed for eating out with a baby.

It was a disappointing experience. Spent $220 after tip on 3 kids meals, 1 main, 3 sushi rolls and 1 appetizer. I booked the reservation under the expectation Mother’s Day brunch would be available. It wasn’t because they ran out of certain items by 12:45P. Our server was nice enough to bring the menu, but after hearing that many items may not be available we were nervous that out party of 6 would not get the full experience. We ended up ordering off their main menu. The food took over an hour and 15 minutes to receive and it was cold. The plates, cups, and utensils were spotty if not dirty. Drink refills were non existent. The worst part of it all was the service. The check-in was a mess and I think we all spent more time paying attention to how miserable all the servers looked serving there tables. Hardly a single smile on that Mother’s Day crew. We could see people eating in the kitchen while we waited for our food. Sushi chef was enjoying his redbull and watermelon, servers chewing down their food as they exit the kitchen. I’ve had solo meals at Kona and thought it was ok. I took a big chance on this one and won’t be doing it ever again. P.S all the brunch pancakes were Krusteaz. Probably much more of their food was nothing more than microwave items. I just think for what they were charging, there are several scratch kitchens for the same price

No kids menu, prices were absurd, took an hour to get our food. Would’ve liked to order breakfast but not the brunch. We were told we could not order off the online menu including the kids choices. Manager was not dressed appropriately for a Sunday brunch crowd. Waitress was afraid to ask manager questions about kids menus and a la carte breakfast items. Doubt we will be back.
