Food and drinks were wonderful! It was very busy so we didn’t get our table right at our reservation time and everything came out a little slow, but other than that, it was great!

The waiter was horrible . Very forgetful charged my card the wrong amount but had the receipt. A whole list of their things . The manager did come out an apologize and took care of us and that was very nice of her.

Avery was our server and she is a real pro at giving 5 star service. She welcomed us, asked if we had any qestions as the menu and choices were more unique and paced the service correctly. Clean sileware was provided after each course and was prsented on cloth napkins. She checked on us and kept water glasses full. Her poise, confidence and diction elevated the dining experience. We had the date night menu and enjoyed the selections especially the ribeye meatballs, salmon and the bread pudding with the shot of Baiey's. We had a bottle of wonderful Prosecco, The evening was a great night out. Check the menu of Kona and you can find many choices plus specials and Happy Hours. Management did an excellent job with all the guests during our visit.

As always the food was good. But as with past visits, the service was very lacking. We were not asked if we wanted additional drinks once our first ones were done, none of our used dishes were bussed so by the time we had dessert, our appetizer dishes were still on the table and we were very rushed. About five minutes after our entrees had been delivered, we were asked if we were ready for our check. I really wish the service level matched the food quality.

reservation - not needed at all. Sat at a table in dining room and saw no one until what appeared to be a manager came to apologize get a drink order and she had a calamari served complimentary. App sat on pick up counter for over 10 min as wife staired at everyone walking right past them in kitchen. Then waitress showed with water and app still sitting. She next brought calamari that were now old and took order. I order 5 spiced ribs $28. I received two small bone sections and a grossly flap for $28? Paid and ate and went home to eat again, Done with Kona sorry to say. This is two strikes in a row....

Food was terrible. The sushi roll was good but the steak was nearly half fat. Rice and chicken and the rice shrimp very bland. Service was lacking from standpoint of refills with the only being a few people in the serving area. I would say it was extremely overpriced for what we got.

The upper floor was closed on NYE. I don’t remember the prices being so expensive for the quality of food. Especially the cocktails, $15 for a small cocktail is a bit too much. Please improve your beer selection. We ended up just getting 1 beer and leaving.

Great food and service! No wait for my reservation and all entrees and appetizers were delicious and prompt! Thanks for a great dinner! The goat cheese and date salad along with the Las Vegas roll were the best!

We had a 7 pm seating upstairs for the first time found it noisy not enjoyable we had a hard time talking and hearing the steaks were good mashed potatoes were sad day old potatoes I think service was ok

NYE celebration 🎉. Meals were ordered for medium rare… steak was under done and prime rib was over done. Spoke with manager so they would know the cooks need help.

We go here often, so no worries… We’ll be back again! 😊

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Kona Grill! The food was delicious and the service was good, although it did seem as if the kitchen was a bit behind due to the amount of time it took to get our food. But everything we had was good and we enjoyed watching college football on the TVs. That was unexpected!

We should’ve continued sitting at the bar as the bartender was fabulous. We waited 20 minutes to be asked for drinks, twenty more before we got them. My order was completely wrong and when asked the server said he’d go back to check on it. Never once apologized for the mistake and never returned with the sushi I had ordered. He never followed up or said sorry. Then was up charged from what the menu said.

Short staffed - shove people out on patio with no heater on - was like eating outside - food was okay at best - and ordered the turkey only for them to tell me they had no cranberry after it came to the table - I would have ordered something else - sushi appetizer made me sick. Better places to go !
