   Ordered three filets at our table. All were supposed to be medium and all three came out well done. It was Mother’s Day and things were very slow. After hour and a half we received them well done. Waiter ordered us three more and two came out well done again and one was very rare. Disappointing with the price you pay.

   Had reservations at :. Didn't have food in front of us until 7:15. My burger was overcooked and barely warm. Same with my fries. My son's filet was supposed to be medium rare, it was medium well at best. The sushi rolls were terrible. Not at all impressed, especially for the price.

   Mother’s Day. Had a 3:30 reservation left the restaurant at 6. It took 1 hour for appetizers to come out . And another hour to get food. The service was good. Wait time was horrible.

   This was not a good experience at all. We were seated at 3 reservation was at 2:45- not a big deal. However we sat til 4:20 with only drinks. I watched the tables around us- at least 3, turnover customers at least once each table. Our waitress was slow and forgetful. She didn’t bring our correct drink orders the first time and forgot 1 out of four drinks. Walked by twice still no drink. Had to catch her to take our orders and remind her of the drink and that two of them were incorrect. Took our food orders but I don’t believe she got them entered at all. I talked to the front desk twice, they were courteous and pleasant and tried to be polite regarding the delays. The only good review was the front desk’s customer service and being able to comp our beverages 3 fountain and 2 mimosas, because of the inconvenience.

   With reservation wait was 1 hr,after multiple trips to desk. Went for Mother’s Day Brunch, but not offered brunch menu. Food ordered was not all ingredients on menu. It was all of our first time there and was very disappointed. Out of seven people only child did not complain about meal. Presentation of food was good, but disappointed with taste. Will not be returning, heard food was good from others, may have just been due to day, but for us at almost $300 with tip, and the manager comped $120, the poor experience was not worth it.

   We will NEVER go back! I had reservations at 1:30, and they were running an hour behind on Mother’s Day! After seated, we didn’t get our food for 2 hours, and most of it was not edible! Our bill was still over $300 after taking off 2 meals and a discount. We were there for 3 hours, and had to come home and eat. The Mother’s Day brunch pancakes were so cold and hard that we couldn’t even cut them. I could go on and on. I felt horrible for the servers. It wasn’t their fault. Not one time did a manager come by to apologize. Very bad management!!!!

   We went for Mother’s Day and having reservations for this day was more like a put your name in and wait but we will get to you as soon as we can. We had a 1:30 reservation and had 20 tables ahead of us and got seated an hour later. I think corporate or management took way too many reservations for the staff that this location had and cooks. The brunch that we had intended to come for and made reservations for was non existent when we were finally seated. I feel like people that came for the brunch over sat their projected times and the kitchen got backed up not expecting the amount of reservations that were accepted. Whoever was responsible for the reservation part put the staff under a lot of unnecessary pressure which they handled to the best of their abilities considering the situation. I would hope that a normal dining experience at Kona doesn’t look like the mess that we experienced. I do not think we would ever come back to risk it though. We live an hour away and there are so many other choices in the area.

   Went for Mother’s Day brunch. Had a 1:15 reservation but was not seated until 2:30. Food did not come until 3:30 and was mediocre and overpriced. Highly disappointed.

   Don't go for any special occasion or holiday. We had a reservation for mother's day. Wanted 30 min past our reservation time, when we sat they told us not to expect food for an hour and a half. We ended up leaving and finding another restaurant.

    Don't expect your reservations to be honored. Made a reservation a month before mother's day and had to wait 45 minutes for a table. When we finally get seated we are informed that the kitchen is two hours behind. The hostess just kept telling everyone with reservations that there were a couple tables in front of them. At least be honest about the wait.
