Place was nice. It was very loud & had to ask the waitress if they could turn down the music because we had to yell over it to hear each other. She eventually got that done. Food was excellent, service was ok. After we got our food, we didn’t see her again. We had to ask the Host (that was walking by) to get her so we could get drink refills and that was towards the end of our meal. (We went for Sunday lunch and it was pretty empty). We would go again but get a different server.

the chicken satay was great but the green beans and mac andcheese was cold and the steak was cool. the crunchy tuna sushi was not very crunchy. service staff was very friendly.

Food is not the same quality as it was before. The kids chicken tenders were hard as a rock ( must of over microwave them) and the macadamia chicken was chewy.

Server never came back after food came to table. Had to ask a hostess for the check. Sad that the last 3 times I’ve dined there the service has been very bad. Will not be going back. Too many great restaurants in the area to be frustrated over the lack of trained servers.

Awesome experience!
Kevin was our server and he brought his “A” game!
Knows the menu , gave excellent drink and food recommendations … brought refills without being asked.
Sea bass, sushi and tomato basil soup were favorites.

I was surprised by the price tag of $32 dollar per person for lunch. They had a $19 dollar menu with 3 courses but with. $4 cup of soda plus extra charge for substituting chicken for shrimp it quickly added up.
Not impressed with the brownie. Grocery store quality.
Pad Thai noodles were all stuck together and not enough vegetables.

Excellent food and great service from our server to the manager. The Lemongrass bacon clam chowder had nearly nonexistent clams but the manager made it right with a new bowl chock full of clams. Creamy and spicy- very good. My salmon was delicious as well as my wife's Sea Bass.

Pad Thai dish has to be sent back. Service was very inattentive & poor. Manager was aware sent dish back but no effort to come by table to check in. Won’t go back! Big decline.

We sat at the bar and unfortunately the bartender repeatedly let us know that he thought that you should have not been opened, and told us that he didn’t want to be there. I understand that it was a holiday but it made us very uncomfortable while we sat at the bar.

The food and service were great, however, I noticed that the prices have sharply increased. We have been regulars there but feel as if they are pricing themselves to the point of us looking for other options as a go-to place to eat. It’s a great place, but getting a bit greedy on the pricing.

We had reservations for 2 in the dining room but were sat at a very small table in the bar area. The bar area was a very warm temperature (heat must have been cranked) and uncomfortable. The waitress finally addressed us after 10 minutes of waiting, apologizing that she was the only waitress in that area and that she asked the hosts to stop seating people in her section and walked away. Another 10 minutes passed with no service, we decided to be asked to be seated in the main dining room. From this point on, service was excellent and the food was good. I just wished they had seated us appropriately to start per our reservation. Don’t sit in the bar area unless that is your only option.

Good tool too long. And the bartender was more worried about keep the bar clean and organized than check what the costumer needed . The other blond girl at the bar was slow and ignoring us when we tried to call for her attention.

Sushi came out quickly and was great. Mains took over an hour to receive. One of them was ok, one of them was not customized as ordered. Was offered a free dessert but my date and I had spent two hours there in the cold outer bar section and just wanted to leave. Probably won't be back any time soon.

Our reservation was at 6:15pm and we didn't receive our food until 7:30pm. We ordered pretty soon after sitting down. My husband and I both ordered the fish special (halibut) and our kids did the kids bento box. All the food was COLD. The halibut was inedible. You could barely cut it with a fork it was so hard. It appeared the fish had been overcooked and then sitting out for a very long time. I ate my brussel sprouts and the kids ate their edamame while we waited on the waitress to return so we could provide feedback. The server was very gracious when she returned and got the manager quickly. The manager apologized profusely and said they were having some staffing issues. The restaurant was packed, so I can't imagine the food that all those people were being served that night. The manager comped our entire meal, which was very nice given I had had a glass of wine and my husband had sake (drinks were finished since we waited for food for over an hour). And the manager gave us $10 off coupons for our next visit. I like Kona Grill for lunch when it's not so crowded, so I will use those. We left our uneaten food and went to Five Guys and got a burger for dinner.

I made a reservation for 2 at 6 and we got there early and checked in and was seated promptly. The digital menu was okay but preferred a paper menu which we asked for and was given, much better having an actual menu. The food was great, sushi was amazing but the steak we asked for was medium and we received a medium well steak-not a big deal it was still good. Drinks are a little steep in price but overall very good experience.

We had a reservation but we were seated in the bar. The tall bar chairs are not very comfortable. We also did not appreciate being charged for an additional side item, when we were told that there would be a small up charge for changing the chips to fries on our meal. We received fries, no chips as ordered, but see no reason for such a large up charge. Also, they kept bringing out fries from the kitchen trying to find out who had ordered them after we had received our meals. We have dined there many times over the years. Usually the food & service are much better.

Last time we went we had a wonderful experience. Last night was the opposite. It took a long time and multiple requests to get a coca-cola, all other drinks came fairly quick. Calamari was not very good, greasy. My dish came out about 10minutes before the others with me and yet nothing was said. My husband was disappointed in his dish, when it did finally make it out. It was the fish special. He said it was just ok. Coffee came out luke warm. The server was nice, but not outstanding. They were very busy and a bit overwhelmed so I am sure that played a large part in our experience.
