    We had a great evening! Our server Rhianna was amazing and made sure we were taken care of and happy. The food was delicious and well prepared as expected (Calamari, Lettuce Wraps, Ribeye, Asian Salad, Butter Cake). Thank you Rhianna for your service, you are the best!

    Quality of food has gone downhill. My husband got the sea bass and it was the smallest piece of fish I have ever seen. Especially for the price! Only thing positive about the night was that the service was excellent!!!

    I asked my server to it’s my friend birthday today and can you please bring the cheesecake and I’ll pay for it she said okay got it I’ll bring it at the end but she never did. She never comes to check if we are doing okay or we need our drinks refilled nothing

    Our service was really good. Wry attentive and personable, there when we needed her but not when we didn’t. Drinks were especially good (margarita and new old fashion). Food has really good flavor but only one flaw for a couple of dishes. Pretzel rolls and meatballs app were room temp- ish. Definitely not hot. The fish in the fish and chips was really hot and very good Overall, good and would go again. Just a cookie if misses.

    We were seated quickly which was great for our table of 8 people. No one came by for at least 15 min after we sat down. Our food took about 45 min to arrive and half of our dishes seemed as though they were sitting out for a while. We had 4 kids with us and it would’ve been thoughtful to get the kids dishes out first, or at least offered to bring them out if they were done prior to the adult meals. Just overall not a great experience when we were meeting out of state family for dinner and recommended Kona Grill.

    We made a reservation outside for my daughter's 16th birthday. We arrived and the hostess said that outside is first come first served even though we had a reservation. They sat us eventually in the back of the restaurant and didn't acknowledge the birthday. Our food took an hour to come out (and this was just a Tuesday evening) and everything was cold and/or overcooked. Many other unfortunate problems. This is the second time we have had a terrible experience there, which is sad. We will not be returning.

    If I could rate zero stars I would! This place is not worth anyone’s time. Management is a joke. My party has been here over 2 hours and still no food! The management gives zero explaining, zero compensation and multiple tables around us actually left without paying their bill. Our server has been polite, but I highly advise not eating here in the future. Will never return!

    food took to long to come and it was not as ordered. I had fish and chips. The fish came from the frozen box. The chip were potato chip not french fries like what the menu said, with no tartar sauce. The manager said that it was the kitchen's fault. The bill came and the dinner was way over priced for what we got.

    happy hour menu portions small and the options weren't great. Food took too long to come out. Our iced tea and water glasses were taken back to the kitchen to fill up and came back to the wrong person. Yard House Happy Hour is heads and tails better.

    We ordered the fire dragon that is supposed to be lite at the table. When they delivered it he said sorry we are out of ever-clear. Have been for several days. That would have been nice to know when we ordered it, probably would have gotten something else. Took forever 35 min for food to be delivered at 5 in a Thursday evening. Restaurant wasn’t busy. We won’t be back.

    Restaurant ran out of food. We waited over an hour for our food when we were told less than that. Then when we got our food it was horrible. I had to look at my food to see if it had something in it. How can you mess up chicken satay??? I would not recommend during busy times. I feel this restaurant is not equipped overall for when it’s busy

    This is the second time this has happen to us there. The Kitchen is way to slow. They can’t handle a dinner rush. Food takes way to long to get out.

    Absolutely Horrible, I made a reservation for 6:00pm. and didn’t get a table until 6:25. I ordered a steak, At Medium Rare and I got my steak almost well done. The sushi tasted horrible. The service was even worse. This place is Trash. And I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

    First time at this restaurant, wanting sushi and was told to try Kona. Our waitress was not friendly and seemed unhappy to be there. We ordered edemame that took forever. Our soups were good but the chowder was spicy for my son and we needed more water, our waitress took so long to refill. I almost walked over to the bar for more water. I asked for additional water glasses because I knew she wouldn’t be back anytime soon to refill. The dessert took over 15 min to arrive , it was one slice of cake. I actually walked up to ask the hostess for our check because we lost our waitress with the dessert.

    Very loud. Service was slow. Haven’t been here for about a year but used to eat there a few times a month. Ordered some of our favorites. Was surprised at the change in portion size of the spicy shrimp (a lot smaller than it used to be). The Chinese salad ingredients had also changed. No longer get ramen noodles in the salad which was a disappointment. Overall would not go back based on noise level and slow service. Food was just ok.

    We waited an hour for our food. One of us ordered a salad and sushi, which came out a full 20 minutes before the other diner’s steak. The steak was underseasoned and disappointing. The salad was dripping in dressing, despite asking for dressing on the side. The server apologized once for the wait after a half hour, but then avoided us the rest of the night. Overall, the food was mediocre, the service was lacking, and the wait was ridiculous.

    I’m extremely disappointed. It was our first and last time here. We were waiting for our order for one hour, that’s ridiculous! Even cocktail that doesn’t require much time to prepare took them almost 20 minutes and it was bad, I tasted only vodka. The food was so-so, grilled chicken was super dry. The atmosphere wasn’t nice, it was so loud from the beginning that waiter couldn’t hear my order, but at 7 pm dj started to play and it became even more loud that we couldn’t hear each other on table, we just wanted to leave sooner, but we still were waiting for our order🤦🏼‍♀️ toilets are dirty and clogged. Our table and chairs were all in crumbs and sticky. I do not recommend to come here, I can’t understand how this place have so many visitors. I can’t find anything good in our visit there, maybe just friendly waiter, but that’s all.. horrible experience.

    We waited an hour and a half to get our food. When they finally brought it out, they only brought out one mill which was cold so we sent it back to get warmed up and had to wait another 20 minutes to get the rest of it out to us. Even after that the original mail that came out first was late getting out to us by an additional 10 minutes.
