Delicious, blue island ribeye + 3 layer brownie.
Food seemed average tonight. Server was nice but service was not. Husband ate his meal and 20 minutes later mine comes out. If we hadn't had a little funky service in the past, I would have just let it go. Last time, server appeared completely lost but told us "I'm new". Waited long time for food then, too, but at least it came out at the same time. Kitchen and FOH have no communication.
Waitress was rude, and extremely short with us. Poor English as well. The food was okay, but definitely not great. Menu is quite boring. Will not be coming back.
Loved everything about this restaurant and my server Adriana was amazing. I will be back soon.

Service was okay could have been better it was Saturday and they were busy I will say that I genuinely appreciate that they were able to get us a table earlier than our reservation time the down side to the table they set us at had a misting fan that was not on but it was blowing later over water all over the table so we had to move it so we didn't get wet. Every time our food was supposed to come to our table it went to a different table before it came to us. It also upsets me that I had to mention that I had a mushroom allergy and that our server was not aware of it if we had not mentioned it even though it is on the chit for them to know.And for some reason the check that is supposed to be associated with my table is not on my Open table account it is a different tables check that is on my account. I tried to call the restaurant to fix it but no one answers

I was was seated within 10 minutes of arriving. Overall the experience was nice. The only complaint is they need to update their online Happy Hour Menu. I was expecting to get a glass of Pinot Noir but it is no longer being served.
As always we truly enjoyed the food and drinks as well as our server. However, I'm truly disappointed about your reservation system.
We specifically wanted to sit on the patio on this day. We chose to go to Kona Grill not only because of the food, but because of the great patio you have, AND the fact that one is able to make a reservation for the patio. When I made the reservation, I was able to choose indoor or patio seating, I chose patio seating and it said there is a table available for 2 at 4pm. Great! If there had NOT been patio seating available at that time, I would either have chosen a different time, or a different restaurant.
we arrived at 3.55pm. we were told there is a 30 minute wait for a patio table, even though I had a reservation. I was told the reservation is only for a seat, but patio is not guaranteed. This should be CLEARLY explained in the reservation process. I don't understand why you are not able to distinguish between indoor and outdoor tables in the reservation process. you know how many tables you have on the patio, and how many reservations you have. Due to COVID we will under NO circumstances sit indoors at a restaurant. I think it is very poor service when we are being pro-active and make a reservation 4 days in advance and still when we arrive we have to wait 30 minutes. my friend is almost 80 years old and it is hard for her to stand and wait for 30 minutes. Hence why we make a reservation! Plus, the host was unfriendly and had no interest in trying to accommodate. Additionally, guests arriving after we did, got seated on the patio before we did.
I will choose a different restaurant next time, unless you change your reservation system. This is unfortunate, because I truly enjoy your restaurant.
Overall, the restaurant is a favorite of mine. My only criticism is the music level is just a little too loud inside of the restaurant. I don't like to feel like I have to shout to be heard by my meal guests or feel that I can't hear what my meal guests are saying because of the loud music.

Always great food and great service. Brook was so nice and accommodating and took great care of us during a very, very busy happy hour. So great to see LV coming back full swing!
Good service, but poor service and cleanliness was less than desirable.
Extremely loud music from the DJ. Oriental salad with macadamia nut chicken was excellent. Nathan was a great server. Just a little noisy for our taste

We had a reservation for 5 people and were seated in the middle of all the tables, so easy to see us. We waited for 15 minutes and watched other people get served all around us. Another family got sat after us and had their drinks and order taken before anyone even came to greet us. Then, I asked someone that walked by that we had been waiting for a long time and no one came by yet. He went to go check and another 5 minutes passed. After 20 minutes, we finally just left. We are moving to the area and after this experience, will not come back. It’s hard to believe that after seeing several different employees walk on and off the patio area over a 20 minute period, not one person notice a family of 5 hadn’t been helped yet.
We apologies for the experience that was received. We definitely strive to give the best service to every guest every time. We feel terrible that we didn't deliver. I know if you give us another try we will make it a 5 star experience. Please ask for the MOD to discuss your previous experience, as we would love to better our team and communication from all ends. Thank you and we would really hope to see you again to make up for it.

Love this place, but after last night/Easter. Makes me wonder! Got placed up stairs in the very back which was fine, until our server disappeared... Food was great, had to order drinks back to back because we may not see her for awhile. Was not to busy upstairs several tables empty. Had to ask for other things we didn't get that we ordered! Delivered food/steak, with no silverware, had a knife and husband finally ate with chopsticks, no refill of water, finally got up and went and found someone, then got a little better. then ordered dessert to go, half hour later delivered to table then no waitress, with no bill, When we put in the order for dessert she was bringing it then. Waited another 15 minutes, finally went downstairs to see the waitress standing at the bar with a friend just caring on, asked the manager to get her want are check. I still tipped her, why Im not sure? She could of made a lot more. My husband said, he wont ever go back! When you spend $400.00 for a meal, for 4 you would think they could get it right... Not pleased....
Not at all worth the $$. We went on Easter Sunday! Ordered lobster potstickers which were an Easter special... those were very good in my opinion ! My husband and son ordered side salads husband ordered clam chowder and calamari son ordered New York strip with fries and roasted potatoes! Clam chowder was ok calamari was calamari. Because of COVID there was a limited menu so side salads weren’t an option which they didn’t tell us until 29 minutes after ordering so we instead ordered a Cobb salad and they made it into two side salads and it took 30 minutes to get it to them. So the manager comp’d the salad! I o also ordered New York strip but with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts mashed potatoes were super bland no flavor whatsoever I literally took three bites maybe steak was ok! I honestly could have made better meal at home we ordered carrot cake to go. My son had to be at work at 7 and by 6:10 we still didn’t have the steaks so asked for to go boxes and the bill reservation was at 5 got there 10 till. Manager did comp the salad and the desert otherwise the bill would have been 200$ definitely NOT worth it! But we have never been and wanted to try it so it is what it is I do appreciate the manager trying to make it right and there was no problems with the service just honestly wasn’t worth the $$ won’t be back!
We are regulars and look forward to our favorite dishes, we were caught off guard on Easter Sunday to find a holiday menu that did not have the dishes we were looking forward to. However the menu did provide comparable choices. All & all it worked out just fine.

We have a lovely Easter Brunch an Kona Grill and will be returning after this experience. The are many good restaurants in the area and separates the good from great is the customer service. The staff at Kona Grill embraces this and it is evident by the high quality of professionalism on the staff.

not the first time we've eaten there. good food. we both enjoyed seafood. cocktails were good. sat outside which was spaced out well. one was gluten free and they handled it well. we will return.
Delicious meal as usual. I requested a booth in Bailey’s section and was informed she was working out on patio that evening. But then I was told she would be able to wait on us inside anyway. I was really impressed with that. Kona Grill is one of our favorite restaurants. Consistently great food, service, ambiance and reasonable prices.
Celebrating our vaccine shots ... was great to finally eat out and enjoy being back in the restaurant. Service, food and cleanliness and attention was great. Oh well... maybe the lemon drop could have been stronger but everything was great. 👍🏼👍🏼

HOST WERE RUDE WHICH IS A FIRST BECAUSE EVERYONE IS USUALLY REALLY NICE AND WELCOMING. SERVER HELPED ALL THE BIGGER PARTIES BEFORE US AND WE WERE THERE FIRST. SHE SERVED OUR APPETIZERS WITHOUT PLATES OR UTENSILS. I UNDERATND IT WAS BUSY BUT SERVICE JUST SUCKED.

My husband and I come here often and we enjoy ourselves every time. Our waitress was especially great this time. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. I also appreciated the manager as she checked on our table a few times. I believe her name was Lisa. We will continue to come here. Thank you again.
