Food is always delicious and perfect every time
Very good place. Definitely a place for date night!
It was my moms 88th birthday celebration. My salmon was awesome; some of the best I have ever tasted. My husband got the NY, which he ordered MW and it came out more like medium. It was good but the should have trimmed the fat. The fat one would w spect on a ribeye but not on a NY. My moms salad not so good. The birthday dessert looked delicious. Ambiance really nice. Service was just average. When the food runner brought our food he left all of the dirty appetizer
Dishes on the table. Not doing this is a basic expectation of service. Also failed to ask us if we needed anything before he departed; just dropped off the food and left. When the front server came by she picked up the dirty dishes. My mom
Commented employees had gloves on but were not changing them between tasks, I.e.. picking up dirty dishes and then pick up drinks, etc. I liked how they had partitions between the tables. It allowed them to seat every table during pandemic.
Food was tasty, but not a great value. Ordered a Brussels sprouts appetizer and there were maybe 5 split in half. Meager portion. Same for the sliders. Very tiny sliders - like one bite. Service was fair. They seemed to be very busy and maybe a little short on staff. The coconut shrimp roll was very tasty.
Wonderful food and the hostess was so kind! It was our first year anniversary and I let the hostess know and she said she’d let the server know. Either she didn’t let the server know or the server forgot but they didn’t do anything special, not even a greeting. That’s ok though- the food was so good!! Will come back for the happy hour.
Went to Kona Grill last night for dinner. Made a reservation in advance but when we got there we were told we would have to wait outside for our table. It was very cold and there were no heaters. Finally, the kind gentleman at the door asked if we would like to sit at the bar rather than wait. We opted for the bar which was a mistake. We were seated by the door that the servers were using to go out to the patio. One of them kept leaving it open (I assume for convenience) so I had a constant stream of cold air coming at me. I got up a couple of times and closed the door and one time a server apologied but that didn't stop them from doing it. The bartender took our order for drinks and food and was very attentive. The food came out quick but the chicken satay was cold. I think someone forgot to put it on the grill before serving it. I told the bartender and she took it back. The same dish was return luke warm this time but the chicken was dry and tough. Not edible. The slider were really good and the lettuce wraps were good too. I go to Kona Grill regularly for lunch and the food has alway been great but this experience was below par. Someone need to supervise the kitchen better. DON'T order the chicken satay. It's obviously been prepared way in advance and refrigerated for days.
One our favorite restaurants. Great food with a good vibe.
Excellent food, best sushi in the Las Vegas area.
Indoor dining area was filled to their 35% capacity. Ended up on the second level patio, and while they had some heaters going, was still a bit chilly. But nothing to discourage us from going back again.
We had Karen or Kathy out door and she made us feel rushed & was very pushy. We asked for things and she would forget. Next time we are asking for someone else. Food was great! Prices for happy hour was great!
Reservation process was easy. Service exceeded expectations. Loved the setting. The food was beyond amazing. What a great place.
Always a wonderful time! Great Happy Hour!
Amazing service and great atmosphere!
Sat upstairs at the open air bar/eating area from the 1st time! Wonderful!!!!
My girlfriend and I ate every drop of food we ordered ! The calamari was outstanding.
Food, Beverage and service were at the level of consistent excellence that brings us and our friends back again and again.
Wonderful happy hour as well as evening menu. Plus they take Open Table reservations, a service that makes dining out even easier.
A friend and I went to Kona Grill for lunch. The hostess was awesome (Nickki?) as well as the server. I have been there several times and have never been disappointed in service or food...very comfortable setting.
Great food and wonderful service
Very average or below average food
Nice ambiance and service
Went to Kona for Valentine's Day and we got sat right away (with a reservation). They had a special menu for the day and handed out roses as we walked in the door. The food was incredible and I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't yet. We had the Picasso sushi roll, sweet chili glazed salmon, and lemongrass clam chowder. Everything was delicious! 😋
Our steaks were over cooked and drinks were overly sweet.
I guess we had a server that did really want to work that day ...
Wasn’t good at all . It was outdoor seating with limited heaters . The one next to my table wasn’t even working .
Service was very slow . Not Bcaz of holiday but nobody cared.
Sorry to say but It was not a good experience at all .
Our food took about an hour, we had Surf & Turf. Everything was warm, except the steak was cold. But, our Waitress was very nice.
The value is extremely low. For the amount you pay, the amount is food is extremely low and the quality is average.
In addition, my reservation had us waiting for about 15 minutes, wasn't to happy about that. And I chose not to be outside or at a high table. This was a specific choice offered by the restaurant when I reserved my table. But we were given a high table right next to the door. This was very unfortunate for my pregnant wife and myself due to the cold air and height of table.
And finally, we went for their "date night" special, offered all over their web page and Facebook, Sunday through Wednesday. I asked about it and showed it (the web link) to our server and of course, she said it was not available.
I don't see us returning here again. Our server and host were the best things about this restaurant, they did a great job.
Jacking the prices up $3 per item because its Valentines day? Bottom line that was absolutely not an $80 meal. 2 salads, 1 calamari, 1 well bloody mary. Not worth it.
Delicious food and amazing service. I will definitely be back.
I’m not a picky person but my stake needs to be done right. I ordered medium rear but it was more like medium.
Not enough food for the price the res velvet dessert was hard as stone and the filet was cooked medium when it was supposed to be medium rare. We were seated in the back by the restrooms
We had a great time! Our server was extremely friendly and attentive.
Everything was fantastic! The server was very attentive and kind. We enjoyed the food very much!
We were not told of the specials. and the waitress wasn't too concerned how long we waited. we saw the wait staff fighting over tables in front of guest
The restaurant was clean and tables were not over crowded, we felt safe to be dining out and the food was delicious!
Went here late (around 11:00 pm) and they were open until midnight. They had a DJ and seats at the bar!
Our food was yummy and the drinks were good. The DJ made the meal/drinks that much more fun.
One of our favorite places in Summerlin.
Never a bad time here. A nice romantic evening with my honey. Thank you again!!
We ordered items never received and the food received was cold. Overall such a disappointing experience.
Good place for low key food and drinks. My wife and I went recently to celebrate my birthday. We kept the fare light and split a handful of appetizers and sushi rolls, I had 3 margaritas and my wife had 2 sangrias - next thing you know the bill is over $150 pre tip. I don’t mind spending money for a great meal and ambiance but this felt egregious considering we kept it fairly light. Overall good experience but not great, I’d still recommend to friends but let them know that nearly all menu items, event the fairly basic ones, are $20 and up. If you like sushi you are better off going to a sushi place, more variety and better prices.
