Nice atmosphere. Really good food. Happy-looking staff. Will definitely return. Small negative—Appetizers came at same time as meal, wet mop smell at entrance.
Everything was wonderful. Service was prompt, and the staff very attentive. I will surely return.
Our server was super friendly and down to earth, however, she would be MIA often when we needed assistance or a water refill. The food was fast and delicious and the portions were more than enough. Overall we were very pleased and would return.
I thought the place was fabulous! It was my husband and I's first time there. The service and food were great! It was my birthday and it would of been nice to have a complementary desert for the occasion but other than that I give them a 10! We will be back for sure!
Loud, busy Saturday evening. Online reservations got us the table in the corner by the bathroom. Appetizer was amazing. Went downhill from there. Everything was dried out, overcooked and embarrassing. Salad was wilted. Rice was dry and had a hard crust on it. Green beans looked like they were recycled. Meat was dry (salmon, beef, chicken, didn't matter). Seasonal mixed vegetables were onions and bell peppers. What?! Yuck. Won't bother again.
We had a corner table we had plenty of room for six people, it was quiet so we had good conversation and could hear well. The food and service was great and had a good experience.Thank you, Nick.
This restaurant is consistently good and the location can't be beat.

We went on a Friday night. I had been before but it was hubby’s first time. We ordered a few glasses of wine and the calamari to start. It wasn’t very impressive, but the sauce that came with it was good. Almond pork tenderloin was delicious, along with the bok choy and potatoes underneath it. We were highly disappointed in the Sea Bass. It was cooked well but was the tiniest piece of fish I’ve ever gotten in a $30 entree. Fried rice was was over cooked. Service was prompt and polite, as it almost always is. We would probably go back for the pad Thai, which we took to go.
I enjoyed Kona Grill. The food was great, as always. I was disappointed in the waitstaff. The waitress was training a new person and the trainee was friendly and personable, but the Trainer was not very nice. She was abrupt, disinterested, and not at all friendly or personable. Those of us at the table commented that we hoped that the trainee did not learn from her trainer how to treat customers.
The food (sushi) was wonderful and the service even better. We had reservations and were seated right away, which is amazing on a Friday night. It was happy hour and some people at the bar were very noisy, but other than that we enjoyed our meal and the restaurant very much.
The food was good but they did not mark me as "seated" on Open Table even though I asked them to.
Normal amount of people. We Waited at least 10 minutes before the server took our drink order. Then waited another 10 minutes to get our drinks.(water and sweet tea) server smelled horribly of smoke. Took forever to get refills. Wife ordered a red bull/top shelf and by the time it got to us it was so watered down that I sent it back. Food came out super greasy and luke warm. Very disappointed this time. For the amount of money that we spend at Kona grill I expect a lot better. Server had a curly Mohawk
Unfortunately, the shrimp in the fiery shrimp roll was bad. My bf got really sick and had the worst stomachache all night. Also, I only had sushi, didn't get sick, but had several breakouts on my face the next morning which is super rare.
Nice restaurant, good food. They need to be more attentive to their bathrooms.
