   arrived was seated in the bar area at what felt like a card table and folding chairs super low and awkward, but it is what it is server came took our drink order a couple of our drinks came out in 15-20 minutes goes by and we were still waiting on others so by the time the ones that had drinks finish, there's the other drink arrived after asking the server about it, and she said it wasn't ready. However, my friend saw it sitting on the bar and walked up and got it, but by then it was super watered down the waitress never really came back to check on us,she also got snippy over the vodka soda that set at the bar forever . Food arrived, and it was all just horrible tasted like cafeteria airport food totally not worth the money we did ask the manager to talk us and he comped a couple of our drinks, but we never go again just total letdown.

   poor service. we didn’t have a choice as needed a late reservation and that is one positive that they are open late. overall value would be poor due to very poor service; food took forever to come out and overpriced for what you get as overall service/food.

   Our server went above and beyond to accommodate my Uncle who has a hearing disability. Moved us inside from the patio, a nice big table in a quiet corner of the restaurant. 10/10

   I’m hoping I caught them on a bad day. Being generous, the food was mediocre. Our server all but ghosted us, and honesty the place felt dirty. The pricing was appropriate for a place with much better food and service. The attempts to upsell all the way around the table as we ordered made it uncomfortable. Our water glasses sat empty, there was crud hardened on my silver ware. There were pickles on my burger despite the server assuring me it didn’t come with them on it, but he’d make sure anyway. I thought about sending it back, but never had the option because he never came back around until we were almost done. That was my first and last time at Kona Grill.

   Short on servers but our waiter did the best he could. Our Appetizers took forever due to a an apparent issue in tickets not printing. The apps arrived about the same time as our meal which was not ideal. We ordered sushi as a meal and it was good.

   Unfortunately, the restaurant we originally booked for mother's day faced a power outage, and we ended up getting a reservation for 2 at Kona last minute. Definitely expected it to be busy- but I would hope taking reservations means you can handle what is needed. We had a 7:45pm reservation, and we're seated maybe 5-10 min late- no issue. It was 15 minutes before a waiter visited our table. We placed our order fine, and food finally came out at 9pm. I received the wrong steak, my mom's steak was well done vs. medium rare as she asked for. Her meal was also incomplete without one of the sides. The waiter came to check on things 10 min later and noticed the steak was not cooked properly. He did take back to the kitchen and got a new plate ordered- however it was another 30 minutes before that came (by then I had finished my dinner). Although I appreciated getting the correct meal out (over 1 hour and 15 minutes from when we ordered), I was disappointed nothing else was offered. Not a free glass of wine for my mom. Not a free dessert. Nothing. Totally get mistakes get made and that the mistake was eventually corrected, just disappointed this caliber of a restaurant wouldn't provide a higher level of service.

   Long wait for table, drinks, food. Way overpriced for portion size. Menu is very limited.

   We visited this restaurant on Mother’s Day with a special Mother’s Day Menu. The menu items were limited, the prices were extremely high and the value was low. The food was mediocre service was extremely slow and because of this I most likely would not return.

    Limited menu, kitchen took an hour for food to come out, server was polite and honest, but food was poor quality.
