We have given this place multiple tries to get it right and this time was the last fail. Service is always poor. Water glasses left empty and not refilled. Meals coming out slowly and at different times. Asking for things multiple times before getting it - dressing for the salad that should have come with it, sauce for the sushi, water refills. Prices are very high considering the quality of other restaurants in this price range. The food can be quite good but the experience leaves a lot to be desired. This time we had to return the steak salad because the steak was either freezer burned or past its freshness, not good - not to mention the long hair found under the salad on the plate.

Our entire experience was great! We came for a girls’ dinner on a quiet Monday night and were so impressed from start to finish. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and our server Connor was absolutely the best — attentive, friendly, and fun. The ambiance is really nice, with a great location and free parking just steps away. I had the chopped salad (AMAZING), NY strip with fingerling potatoes (so good!), and the brownie with ice cream for dessert. We also tried the California and bama rolls (delish). For drinks we had a variation of passion fruit margaritas, wine, an espresso martini, and some lemon drops (why not!?) — everything was fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this location for a relaxed night out or a special dinner with friends.

I've been there enough to know that there are some training issues going on with the serving staff, food runners and management. REALLY poor service and order accuracy. I'm hoping this is an outlier but so many things went wrong that I think there's more systemic issues. Sad to see. The store would do well to review their training and get a manager on the floor or as a back waiter.

My experience at Kona Grill was phenomenal i was served by Angel and she made my first time experience amazing . The starters were a great way to start the meal especially the ribeye meatball like chefs KISSS!! If you like a good cocktail this place did not disappoint when it came to their long list of cocktails .From the incredible ambience , the stellar customer service , and the tasty food i would easily consider Kona Grill to be a 10/10 . And if your ever in the area i would definitely stop by because i will for sure be returning !!

Jamillah was an excellent server. She was very informative and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was also delicious and came out super fast! It was a great guest experience!

I enjoyed celebrating my early birthday lunch at Kona. The chicken stir fry was delicious. The carrot cake was the best. Nice atmosphere and friendly servers.

We waited almost an hour for our food. The quality of the food is subpar - definitely not worth the price. Our server apologized twice for delay, as did a manager. But then the manager never came back to check on us again.
