   Mo made sure we were taken care of and we had an amazing experience! Kona Grill offers a vibrant dining experience with fresh sushi, flavorful entrées, and stylish ambiance. Exceptional service, creative cocktails, and diverse menu options made my visit very memorable and satisfying.

   I had the best time. The staff was so kind and the food was actually great. The beans that came with the steak was so sweet and tasty, the seafood options are great as well with a moscato to top it all off.

   Girls’ night at Kona Grill was a blast! Great drinks (bubbly + shots included!), tasty bites like the jalapeño yellowtail sashimi, sliders, shrimp tacos, and lemon garlic penne. The vibe was fun, the food hit every note, and the carrot cake was the perfect sweet ending. We’ll definitely be back!

   The sushi was truly awful here tonight. Cold, as in below room temperature, “grilled” unagi. A $26 “Rainbow Roll” that had some sort of crab-like mix in it that tasted a few days old. My wife’s spicy roll was salty beyond belief. Add that to the 15 minutes to get each round of beers and it was a rough visit. Never again.

   Regular customer. We dined at the bar, big mistake! All the bartenders focused on filling server drink orders at the end of the bar. Not one bartender looked up and us. We sat for 20 mins before I started to yell at them, “we would like a couple of martinis and two steaks” they provided no bar setup no forks or knives no salt pepper nothing, just a plastic plate with a steak. Horrible presentation. Plastic plate really? I do not recall that when we dined the last 4 times at a table. I had to yell to get more drinks and they just ignored us. I finally told them I know folks at corporate and that finally got their attention ! Bottom line the bar is not for dining at all! Bartenders are all focused on filling server drinks. We have seen improvements at the tables but the bar is a disaster if you plan on spending $150 on steaks and cocktail’s. Bartenders need to all be retrained on how to put eyes up and scan the bar to see if anyone needs service, they all had heads down across the board.

   I don’t know what it is, but every time I walk into this place, it has a smell. And you wouldn’t think it would with the doors being open. I don’t know if it’s the sushi, the kitchen or the ventilation. Took forever to get our food. They had several large parties so that could be part of the hold up. I don’t know if the waitress had too many tables but it she would be gone for like 15 minutes at a time. The food was good except for my son‘s steak. He said it tasted like they had unfreeze it quick and had no flavor.

    Exceeded my expectations due to high crowd volume in surrounding area on a very busy Friday night. Quick seating and service. Food was perfect.
