Staff is amazing and the food incredible.
Service was ok, we had 3 waiters helping us, but still couldn’t get some soy sauce.
The food is very good. It was cold at our table near the windows.
We had a party of six and the bill was $650 after a tip but we had several apps and multiple drinks and entrees with deserts so it was a big meal night. Had a very good mix of sushi and regular menu ordering and there was not a single weak link in the meal. Our service was great and it was a wonderful night out. We like KOME and have been there several times before and we will continue to go. Consistently good.
Disappointing food and service
The scallops were burnt, had to ask for water 3 times until I was served and the noise level is truly irresponsible.
Kome was absolutely delicious. I had a dirty martini (made perfectly), my boyfriend and I shared the teriyaki green beans, edamame, and the Kome and Island sushi rolls. Even thought the food was incredible, our service seemed kind of weird. We must have had 4 different waitresses and the food delivery time was a bit off (our appetizers and drinks seemed to have taken a while, and our meal came about 2 minutes after our appetizers). But overall, I’d come back for sure because the food was absolutely spectacular!
This is one of our favorites- it was crazy busy when we were there and had a loud table next to us which made the noise level much higher than usual otherwise food and service was great as usual
Everyone was cordial, from the hostesses to the waitress to the chef. Hibachi is such a fun atmosphere for a family, both the young and older members. We like to include our grandchildren when we celebrate special occasions and they love hibachi . They are entertained & there are menu options for them as well. It was a very nice touch when the waitress brought out ice cream for my husband’s birthday!! We will be back !
As usual Mei our server was very attentive to our needs as well as providing us with very excellent recommendations that were very delicious and freshly prepared by the chef. Excellent service, excellent food in terms of freshness, taste and presentation.
The sashimi is very high quality. The drinks are great. Treat yourself to the live scallop and the Kobe first courses. Have a selection of raw fish and sake for a main.
High quality food and outstanding service and presentation.
Not a great place to go to. You pay for the scenery/ambiance. Price is expensive for the quality of food your getting. Put it this way, you shouldn't have to wait halfway into your meals for your drinks to be served.. Never again...
Great food, and atmosphere, I requested two specific servers, I didn't get the server and the one we received was not very friendly. The bill was over $200.00 they need more management to be on top especially at a high end restaurant.
awesome, as usual. my server and the food runners were all fantastic. amazing drinks and honestly the teriyaki chicken breast is the best meal i’ve ever had!
This place is so much fun and the food is amazing ! Highly recommended
Good food good atmosphere
The service was lacking. We were often forgot about and waiting to give drink orders as well as meals. We waited even longer for our check. The food and cocktails were amazing!
Restaurant week - a great value meal that moved out of my sushi comfort zone. Our server was fabulous: when I ordered warm sake, she made a different recommendation and took the time to explain why I might enjoy it, and she was right. It’s experiences like that that make it a pleasure to dine out.
Excellent service. Excellent food. The place to go to celebrate a special occasion, to enjoy a delicious meal.
Great company, wonderful sushi, and excellent service!
Service was just okay. The chef did a wonderful job but drink orders were slacking. Did not keep track of the guests too well as far as the needs for drinks.
Just average, sushi combo on the restaurant week menu was very disappointing. It was a California roll served with a side of sashimi.
Enjoyed the meal during restaurant week. We all ordered from the prefix menu but got very different meals which satisfied all of us
Had a five o'clock reservation on a Sunday night. Was not aware it was restaurant week. Our server was incredibly rude and only came to the table four times. Seemed annoyed with us for even being there. Didn't leave until 715 which is ridiculous for a two top. Had over 30 minute wait in between each course and no server present. Good food but terrible service.
Great hibachi dinner
I had an absolutely amazing experience for Valentine's day. The wait was short due to booking a reservation in advanced online! The food itself was the most high quality sushi I've ever - the O Toro and chu toro were to die for.
As well the premium sake was in fact premium.
The decor was modern and a wonderful sight and the best part to it all was that even though the place was full and people were sat near us the sound dampening was superb.
Overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend.
Reservations was for hibachi once there they say that reservations made online automatically will be for dinning only not hibachi. And food on menu not that great for my taste. It was dissapointing since it was for a special occasion.
As always great place for sushi. One of our favorite restaurants
Love this place! Good hibachi and good sushi. We live a bit of a drive away, but it’s worth it! Only problem is you need to plan in advance and make a reservation or you might not get a seat!
Expensive for what you get. I don’t mind paying higher prices for food but $30 for 3 shrimp and 3 scallops.
Amazing food and a wonderful waitress!
Our cook & waitress was very nice and the food was delicious
The shrimp tempura rolls and Kome spicy tuna roll were horrible. Fell apart when you placed chopsticks on them. Also tasteless. Calamari were very tough and over cooked. Will patronize other Japanese restaurants for a while until they correct these errors.
Birthday for 2 turned out to be very enjoyable with other family members. Drinks were tasty and there was a varied list of choices. Food was creative and very well prepared. My ribeye with mushrooms and spinach was well prepares and very tasty. Great selection of sushi rolls was enjoyed by all. and my husbands strip steak was perfectly done, only the fried rice left something to be desired.
Only problem was that the daily specials were different on each of our menus. Someone had not put on the correct information and one had no specials.
We would be remiss if our review didn’t include mention of the great pleasure it was being attended to by our server Mae. So knowledgeable in Asian Quisine, and polite beyond expectation, Mae created what we would score as the best Asian dining experience ever. Ask for Mae. Ask for Mae. Ask for Mae.
We arrived early and sat at the bar to be available for our table. We made a reservation but had to wait another 20 minutes after our reserved time to be seated. We listened to a couple complaining at the bar in regards to waiting an hour for their food. The bartender said he is sorry but this is typical as it is very busy on the weekends.
We had cocktails at the bar and closed out the tabs while waiting for our table. They neglected to ask everyone if we wanted another once seated. At the end of our meal were asked for the bill to be split on to 2 cards and they put 1/2 ($60) on one card and the full amount ($112) on the other overcharging us by $60.00. We had to point it out to get it resolved. We left a cash tip for $25 for the great food. I am reluctant to go to often.
Went to dinner before going to a movie. Food was expertly prepared. Service was great and our server was very knowledgeable about the foods and drinks offered. I would highly recommend this place.
Food was delicious and our server was knowledgeable.
Sushi is quite good. The Kumamoto oysters and the Uni was great. From my historical experience, the quality of the Hibachi food experience can quite variable, depending on the chef preparing the meal. This is in my opinion due to relatively high turnover in the Hibachi chef staff, where most of the cooks come from China and stay for 3-6 months. Most recently we had an excellent chef, Jackie, who did an superb job on the cooking and made the experience very nice. Overall ambience is very good, although in the Hibachi area sounds levels can get quite loud.
Went there for my daughters birthday bc she loves Habichi. The chef was great and made us laugh and put on a great show. The server surprised my daughter with a dessert and we sang happy birthday! Great way to end her birthday dinner!!
