Beautiful restaurant, great service. Food was amazing . We shared a lot of the plates because we wanted to taste different dishes. Overall a good choice !

Great atmosphere and service. We enjoyed the sushi rolls and spicy albacore starter. The wine selection is nice. If you are going to a show in Planet Hollywood this is an easy place to eat before or after.

A group of us went to Koi for my sisters bachelorette party. Our reservation was at 9 pm on a Friday night and I was surprised at how empty it was. The food was excellent and the prices were comparable with other Vegas restaurants. The one down side was that our server was not very attentive. He didn’t check in that often and it took forever to track him down to get our bill. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.

This is a good restaurant to eat at before a show at planet Hollywood as it is so close by. The food is lighter which is very nice. We tried several sushi dishes and all were good. Service was very good.

We got a deal on Groupon prior to the trip to LV. The portion of the food is decent. The package we got comes with 3 starters, 3 small plates, 3 sushi rolls, and a dessert. We were full for sure after all. The servers were dedicated and fun. They knew the ingredients for each dish and came to refill the water and take away the empty dishes frequently. The taste of the food is average. We suggest other people go because it is probably the only Japanese cuisine in the middle of the LV strip. However, if you are looking for authentic Japanese food, this won't be the best option.

What was supposed to be a fun birthday experience, turned out to be all bad. The service was horrible. I guess if you’re not blonde hair and blue eyed, you aren’t worthy of decent service. Ended up cancelling our entree because we were so annoyed that it took 45 minutes before they even decided to check on the status of our food

From the minute we arrived our server was attentive and kind. Food recommendations were spot on and service was very timely. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent experience. Restaurant looks empty because it is located behind the bar/lounge that is in the front of the space. When you walk around the the lounge you enter an elegant and comfortable dining room. Food exceeded our expectations! They offered a tako/baby octopus 3-way appetizer that was amazing!!!

This was a fantastic experience that we shared with our 14 & 16 year old sons! The place was not crowded, quality of food and presentation was fantastic and our server, Ben, was very attentive! We used a Groupon for the Prix Fixe dinner which I would highly recommend! The items included were amazing and more than enough food! Crispy Rice, oh my! Our boys ordered 3 additional rolls and then the Octopus Ceviche, which included 2 little octopus which the boys both thought were great! Our boys are adventuresome and enjoyed the whole experience.

Good Sushi at Planet Hollywood. This is really a nice well decorated place on the inside. The sushi guys all seemed legitimate and the servers were very good. If you can take advantage of the Groupon that is available for the 3 course meal + desert for two people its a great deal.

Service was very poor. Poor advice about portion size led us to order too much food. The starter arrived before any drinks but then we were told that the sushi was backed up and would be 25 minutes. When it finally arrived 35 minutes later we found that the menu only described about half the dish and the sauces, flavours and ingredients were not clear at all. We didn’t like the food, received no apology at any time for all the delays and found the whole place rude, overrated and our most disappointing meal in Vegas. Avoid.

Service was slow but they did adjust and ended up taking good care of us. Overall the food was great and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Very close to Planet Hollywood venue. Excellent food just small serving size. Party of 5 ladies and we left a bit hungry. Great staff and timely. A bit over priced on the wine list - 4x the bottle store price. Kind of silly. Overall I would recommend this place.

Love coming to Koi. Next time you're there, don't forget to have a Lychee Martini!

We had very high expectations of this restaurant since the LA location was known as a celebrity "hot spot". But from the mediocre food to the fake bamboo plants to the poor service and wait staff that tries to avoid eye contact, this Vegas location is a let down. It ruined our anniversry dinner celebration that we could not wait to get out after paying the enormous bill.. so sad :(

Food was excellent. Too much light in dining area; needed to be more dim for evenings; felt like a spotlight was on us........very hot. Service was outstanding!!!!!!

Used a Groupon for a prix fine dinner for 2. Lots of food, much more than we thought. We started with miso soup, edamame, and roasted shiso peppers. Entrees included hamachi in yuzu sauce, tempura rock shrimp, crispy rice with spicy tuna and 3 other rolls, ending with cheesecake, we took almost half of it back to our condo for lunch the next day. Good dinner, good wait staff.

Was there for my birthday. Service was terrific. Cocktails and food were really good. I had the cod and hubby had short ribs - really good.

Overall it was a nice experience. We ordered the tasting menu and when we did, the server asked if we had any time constraints. We said we had a concert which started in two hours. An hour and 45 minutes later we still had not received several dished. Finally we asked for the bill and that took forever even though the restaurant was not full. We would up being late for the concert.

Sea bass and short ribs were delicious!! We were running late for a comedy show and the staff was very receptive and brought our food out quickly.

We happened to be staying at Planet Hollywood, so it was a convenient opportunity to sample their Sushi and Rolls. The room was unique and inviting, and the service was exceptional; food arrived very fast. I would say the rolls were good but not spectacular, and prices seemed on par for similar dining in 'Vegas.

My friend and I decided to go to Koi for happy hour to celebrate her birthday before we went to the club. We were sat at a table, and ordered drinks that we saw were on the happy hour menu. Once we ordered food, we were informed that happy hour was only in the lounge. The server then proceeded to say that it was no big deal and that he would only charge us the happy hour price. We didn't want to make a big deal or get the server in trouble so we obliged to move to the lounge. As we were ordering food, our old server brought us over a check for our two drinks charging us full price. We were very confused because he offered give us the happy hour price but when we obliged he changed his mind. The worst part was when we informed our new server she talked to us very rudely and treated us like children when we were very nice. The happy hour cocktails are the exact same, and we didn't even get the chance to drink it at our table because we moved. So we got charged full price for a simple mistake. The new server and old server were staring at my friend and me all night and made us very uncomfortable. The manager didn't even bother to come over and speak with us, and the restaurant was so slow. Overall, food was decent but I will not go back because of the service especially since it was my friends birthday. The hostess was very nice, but everyone else was extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

Great food. My husband and I had the tasting menu. At the beginning the first 4 courses were brought to us VERY quickly which seemed rushed as food was piled on the table. After this there was about a 15 minute pause to the next dish. The waitress explained to us that they were backed up in the kitchen. After this long pause we were u able to taste any of the other food.

We had to reorder one dish and one drink because the server forgot. Also, we went to celebrate a friends birthday and told our hostess and server and it was not acknowledged.

Loved the ambiance. Great food. Scallops are to die for! Food came out quickly but not so fast that you felt rushed. Lychee martini is yummy. All in all a great meal!
