A little over priced. I've been coming since you opened years ago. I will not be able to come as much.
Took my wife out here for her birthday. We’d both been wanting to try out a good wagyu steak. The atmosphere was really nice to start. We got the emperor steak, and the miso soup was really excellent. Got the gyozas and tempura which were also very good. For some reason our drinks came out super late, and we had to ask multiple times for them. Right as we got the appetizers the main course came out, which was a bit weird to me. Everything looked good, but when I cut into the steak it was cold. My wife had the same issue. When I asked the waitress about it, she told me it’s usually room temperature. I couldn’t believe it. She went to talk to the manager I guess, and she gave me the option to reheat my steak or to remake it. I felt weird at that point about either option so I declined and just mustered through it. Ate maybe half of it. The steak overall super disappointing. So if you go for other stuff you’ll probably have a good meal, but avoid the steak. You could get a better one for a fraction of the price anywhere else.

Everything was great! Our hostess was very sweet and our server and server in training we very attentive. The best part was our chef! He was amazing and our food was delicious. Oh and the sushi was yummy!

Food and service is very good. Rather expensive for a Teppanyaki. $32 seems like a lot for a strip steak meal. Usually around $22-25 other places. Sushi was a little pricey as well, but very tasty / fresh.
Staff was helpful and service was good, but we didn't get a teppanaki table seating as requested and it was a special occasion for my son's 16th birthday. Food was cold and had very little flavor. Was very disappointed that we chose this spot for a special occasion.

Service was not good. Took a long time just for water to come out the appetizers came before water had egg shell in my fried rice and not once did the manager come to my table to check on us as I watched her go to every other table . I was very disappointed in the whole experience
Most restaurants offer brown rice, even for an added fee. This restaurant only offers white rice because it’s Japanese. Yet, Japanese, as well as Chinese restaurants offer brown rice...as a healthier choice.
Also, Kobe is upscale, so why do they serve iceberg lettuce when less expensive restaurants offer lettuce with nutritional value?

The food is a little expensive. The waiter was a ghost! After we got our drinks and appetizers, we never saw him again. When I saw who I thought was the waiter (because everyone is wearing a mask) turned out to be the greater and I asked for a refill, he gave me attitude and said that I’d have to ask my waiter. Food was ok, price was pretty crazy!
The food was ok. The steak was a little over cooked as I asked for medium rare. And if didn’t really have much flavor even though it was in a butter sauce. But over all it was great. I would go back and try something else
Very disappointed and will NEVER return. Made a reservation almost a week ahead of time for a date night without kids. Arrived 30min early to check in for an inside teppan table seat. Was told that we should be seated shortly with only 3 parties ahead of us. The Manager was running in and out sitting people and being very acute with people as she did so. After watching her sit 5 tables ahead of us I questioned when we would be seated and was told next. I then watched a lady come up whom had arrived after me originally and tell the manager her whole party was now there and was seated ahead of me again. Then when I approached the manager about to leave they took us in to seat us we thought. At this point the manager proceeds to lead us to the kitchen and standing at the door. Once she realizes a few minutes later she directs us w a finger and says oh just sit there. The service continued to get worse as we had to ask for refills of drinks and waive people down for service (not exactly what you expect for a $200 dinner). When finished we asked to speak w the manager and we expressed our dissatisfaction with the service there and we were paying the bill but wouldn’t be back as she offered to comp the meal due to all of this. I declined as I didn’t want to take advantage of a situation but she then offered a comparable amount in a gift certificate to have us return and give them another try. I accepted and she goes off to try and make it right. She then completely disrespected me by coming back w 2 $20 cards. Mind you I tipped more than that for my meal. Wouldn’t even cover an entree there. I feel sorry for the owner if this is how the business is being run.

Every one of the staff members were very helpful, and attentive. The cooks at the grill, were top notch. The food was better than any Benihana I’ve been to. I can’t wait to go back

Restaurant was very busy for Valentines Day. There was a young lady with a red jacket. Holding the Fort down. She was going from checking people in to seating people I don’t think we waited more than 10 minutes from the time we checked in for a reservation till before we were seated. Thank you to her and her crew the food was delicious and we had a great time.

Our first time dining at Kobe steak house. And it was perfect! Had reservations arrived 10 min late and they were still accommodating 10 min wait. Service was superb food was on point and very inexpensive! Yes WE will be back.
This is ridiculous, I had lunch reservations here for valentines day at 12:30 pm. I even got a text to confirm reservations the day before and when I got there it wasn't open. I called and a recording said that the host doesn't get there till 2:30 pm. It's valentines day and I wanted to surprise my boyfriend. I am soo mad.......I couldn't find any other good place for valentines. All the good restaurants didn't have a table available.
Wish the teppanyaki chefs would’ve made more of a show
Loved it. The staff was friendly & attentive with the exception of one waiter who seemed like he just wanted the day to be over. But overall the experience was great it was my sons birthday & he enjoyed the experience & loved the food.
We usually go once a week here. Food is delicious and service is also great! The jalapeño bombs are my favorite along with lobster and steak on the grill! Must have!
Excellent service, and food was very delicious, even though we ate in a pandemic, I didn’t feel like the gave sub-par food or service like many restaurants have. Always can count on Kobe!

We just had dinner here now that the state allows it. It was AMAZING! The food and staff were all great. The drinks were kinda strong, but mist people favor thats. :D We’ve just become regulars!
