Never had a chance to eat as the staff must have been entirely overwhelmed. We stood at the reception table for about 15 minutes before anyone would make eye contact with us, let alone speak. Once we were seated, we left after 20 minutes and never being approached. The place looked very nice and we will give it another shot once they are able to get back to normal operations.

We went for the reservation and the restaurant was closed.

We got our food 1.5 hour later from ordering but it was delicious. Only 5 people were working so we understood. Our waitress was so sweet! My chicken was cold but still very good flavor. Great place to hang!

Great place for Shabu Shabu. We had the Kobe Rib Eye and it was tender and melts in your mouth. The included vegetables were also numerous and very fresh.

We took a couple of big plates with a variety of food. They tasted good overall but we noticed that most of the dishes were pre-made it and just re-heated before serving.
The service was excellent, the place is pretty quiet especially if you seat in the booths (extra charge).
For what we spent, we are not totally satisfied.

The Kobe an in

While the food was good, there was a lot of alarming COVID violations such as the reuse of pencils that weren’t sanitized since the waiter picked ours up from the table and used it as his own the gave it back to us, touching our IDs to check date of birth for alcohol and hardcore menus.

Love this place. Very quiet though. Could use some music. But food and service was awesome. I will come back.

Amazing sushi !!!! By far some of the best I have had in Denver.

Everything was good except of duration of food delivery. We have waited around 40 minutes after order.

Everything was great until a group of very loud family and kids just ruined the evening. They were very inconsiderate and loud that I couldn’t hear the person sitting right in front of me. Food was great though and service was phenomenal.

Kobe An has a very cozy atmosphere and wonderful ambiance. The food is par, though a bit expensive. I enjoyed my experience.

Really enjoyed Robert’s service as well as the restaurant vibes! Food was very savory and they had a wonderful selection!

Food was decent, nothing note worthy. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We were seated in a booth that shared a back with other people so not really keeping up with social distancing.

It's always a pleasure to eat at Kobe An. The food is amazing and authentic, which is refreshing for a Japanese restaurant in America. Definitely some of the best Japanese food in Denver.

Totally cute traditional Japanese restaurant. Cute for date night. Totally recommend the traditional seating. Worth the additional $5 service charge.

Outstanding in every way!

Great mix of sushi favorites and new experiences (Shabu shabu). My kids (10 & 12) loved it, and sitting in a private tea room was the best!

The carpeting on the floor was all torn up. Service was ehh. Gyoza was definitely a pass

Always a wonderful experience. The food is delicious. Highly recommend the surf and turf roll. The owner is wonderful and is very attentive to her customers. Best sushi in Cherry Creek!

Wonderful experience i will be back! The food quality is amazing and the friendliness of the staff is outstanding. After trying a lot of the Japanese restaurants in the area, this has been the best of them all.

Staff was friendly, attentive and very accommodating . The food however, was not very fresh pretty over priced for the flavor and quality.

As a person who was born and raised in Japan, I would say this place is very fake, over priced, rip off place. Service is horrible and super slow. We were a big group, so they charged 18 percent service fee for zero star service and they try to sneak in extra 30usd charge on credit card.
Do check your bill carefully.

There are lots of fake or copied Japanese restaurants in the US, this is one of the worst.
