We had a party of 16 and they were able to accommodate us. Even though they were understaffed, food came out in a timely manner and was delicious! Christian was the manager who helped us and he was wonderful. We also ate there for breakfast twice and it was delicious. I would highly recommend eating here.

Had Christmas brunch here. The food was mediocre, not wonderful but not bad, though I always appreciate the variety of a buffet, but the cost was exorbitant, in part because the quoted price-- $89 per person-- did not include the 22% "holiday charge" on top of that, PLUS the tip. Will just cook next year as all in all, not worth it.

The facility is nice and has great photo ops but the food was like hospital food, not worth the money, several trays were not even consumed, and this was a busy place. Would recommend trying outside of buffet opportunities to confirm the experience this was only my first time here.

The food was delicious, perfect temperature and presentation. Our waiter, David, took excellent care of us and the dining room manager, Christian, catered to all our needs. We sat in the dining area adjacent to the dinner service area where the sunset sky views over the golf course were stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed the live entertainment by the guitarist Ronald Jean who was playing between the restaurant and bar. The Bourbon glazed salmon was delicious and the steak was tender and tasty. We were gifted with a delicious slice of chocolate cake, fruit and whipped cream for my birthday! Wonderful evening and after dining you can stroll over to the bar next-door and enjoy the comfortable outdoor patio. .

Dinner was good Steak was cooked to request and the Gouda mashed potatoes were a nice twist on the traditional. when I set the reservation, I mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday and there was not a mention of our celebration, which I usually expect when that is noted on a reservation.

My wife and I were corralled into an $85.00/person Mother's Day brunch- I had reservations for 4:00, they changed it to 3:00, then when we arrived, were told the restaurant doesn't open until 5:00. Why accept the 4:00 reservation if you knew it didn't exist, only to be forced into a $85/person meal that wasn't worth it. We drove from our home in central Phoenix to this location so no way we were driving back to turn around and drive back-total ticket with automatic gratuity was $234.64, for 2 people, ridiculous. No way to treat people if you want them to return or refer others.

Mother’s Day brunch The food and service were outstanding! One of the best brunch resorts in the valley. Everything was delicious, service staff was friendly and attentive, the quality and varieties of the dishes was something to behold. My wife and I commented afterwards that this will be “go to” brunch when our friends and families visit here, especially the ones who live overseas, because they will be impressed. Oh, forgot to mention, the resort itself is breathtaking!

I took the kids for Mother’s Day brunch. It was absolutely amazing. My only complaint is that when I made the reservation, it did not state that the restaurant would charge a $49 dollar “Holiday Fee.” Other than that, it was a fantastic experience.

The restaurant was seriously understaffed with one person seating and taking orders including a large group in a private room. Our waiter incorrectly ordered the wrong item and none of the draft beers were available but yet we were charged the higher price for the draft beer versus bottled beer. The food was mediocre. Overall a disappointing experience with food and service due to understaffing issues.

Service was very poor. Server made an insulting comment to my family. The bill for a holiday brunch included a 22% and a 27% service charge, which were not disclosed at booking. Service was so poor that it definitely did not deserve a 22% and 27% gratuity.

Food at Kitchen West was decent, though not spectacular. We had flatiron steak, and salmon. Both were decent portions and came with vegetables. Disappointing that a restaurant with $30-$55 entrees did not provide any rolls / bread. Service was mediocre at best. Our server didn't seem to have his head in the game, as evidenced by our table not having any salt / pepper shakers (nor were we asked if we would like some fresh cracked pepper with our salad) and by not having our water glasses refilled until the end of the meal, after we asked.

Pork chops were a little bit dry. They were still good though. The seasoned vegetables and mashed potatoes were excellent. The shrimp scampi was also very good. The crème brûlée was hands down the best one I’ve had anywhere in my life. Service wasn’t very attentive and didn’t refill water or ask about drinks/checkup on food. 4/5 total

This was our first visit to the Ranch. I'm sorry to say that we will never go back! So many good things, nice hostess and servers. Beautiful surroundings and the food was good. But the noise level is totally unacceptable! We realized it before we were ever seated. The hostess was kind enough to clear a table for us at the far back, as far as we could get away from the bar and music performer. The noise level still ruined the evening. I have spent my working life in the hotel and restaurant industry. I am very willing to accept slow service, trainees, etc. in these times of "hard to get employees" for our industry. But when you can hardly hear the voice of those at your 4-top table, we cannot accept it. Especially when the check exceeds $60+ per guest before tip. I hope this helps! It is such a beautiful place.

The mole meatballs and lobster bisque were delicious! Dinner was completely devoid of seasoning. Truffle Demi tasted like nothing. Super disappointing for a $50 steak.

Our server was very nice and efficient. The ambience -- we ate outside but that patio has seen better days. And the Cobb salads all three of us ordered were feeble -- thinly shredded room temp iceberg lettuce, 4 halves of cherry tomatoes, so little blue cheese that I didn't even notice it, and 4 or 5 BITS (1/4" squares) of thinly sliced bacon. I had suggested the restaurant based on reviews, but was embarrassed by my choice. Not worth the price we paid.

First visit and the resort exceeded my expectations. Staff was professional and kind. Everyone going out of their way to ensure your visit was pleasant. Fire pit area is a wonder place to sit back and relax. Highly recommend to everyone and looking forward to my next visit.
