kitchen Notes was the perfect combo of fresh, classic and tasty - not just the food, but the atmosphere! love the larger booths for big parties but cozy setting. the large windows for people watching is ideal! our party of 3 found something for everyone on the brunch buffet and made it fun to discover the dessert bar over and over!
love the coffee pot service instead of having to wait for my cup to be filled - we had our own pot to self serve because when i drink coffee - i drink a lot of coffee!
Good food, ok service
My 2nd visit and my husband’s. This is my new favorite Nashville spot! The menu is well edited with amazing execution. The food is awesome and the service is phenomenal. And of course, the biscuits are the best I have ever had!
The food was amazing and our server was great too! The only hitch was that there were MANY empty tables. The hostess informed us that without a reservation we couldn't be seated. As we walked away, i booked a reservation online with no problem for 10 minutes later. The restaurant never filled up the duration of our meal. I'm not sure why she wouldn't seat us when we arrived.
Great as always but somehow out 31.00 a piece brunch was 82.00. Not sure how that happened but my date mentioned it and I was embarrassed.
It was awesome
Outstanding once again! Great service, great food, great place. Looking forward to going back!
Service was outstanding. Food was brought out in a timely manner and was very good.
Excellent Southern Comfort food - starting with breakfast and biscuits. Options for slightly more health conscious. Have enjoyed cocktails in the evenings as well
Biscuits were delicious and plentiful. Loved that they offered 2 sizes of wine glasses. Kale salad and pot pie were great. The hamburger and fries were just okay. Strange that there were only a few people there on a Saturday night. Great atmosphere and nice private side room too.
I eat here a lot, despite not enjoying most hotel restaurants, but this place delivers. Southern-inspired food with obviously local and very fresh ingredients. The biscuits are a nice touch and well-executed. Soups are always great and the Hoppin' John is spectacular with the Carolina Gold rice. I've never been disappointed.
Awesome food. Friendly staff
excellent food and service - we had a very enjoyable evening
Went for New Years Day Brunch it was highly hyped by several friends but found it to be average at best
Great buffet never dissapp
New Year's Eve set menu was very limited. Food quality was OK not great tasting. Portions was OK. Was on a date with my wife and we didn't think the quality of food was that great for the price we were paying for a fine dining restaurant. We didn't order the set menu instead did order 2 entrees which was very limited in their selections. Wouldn't recommend to go on a holiday eve for dinner at this restaurant.
Ambience was excellent. Bread was good with butter and jelly on the side complimentary.
Awesome Sunday brunch! Good selection of foods and everything was great!
My sister and I ate here while visiting from Chicago for the NYE holiday. We wanted "southern" food, and we were not disappointed!!! I had the fried chicken and she had the meatloaf. Both were amazing. We also loved the fried green tomato appetizer. If we are ever back in town we will be sure to come here again!!
Great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The biscuit bar alone is worth a visit!
The food was wonderful and our waitress Terra was very kind and great at her job. I would definitely come here again!
Kitchen Notes is a must visit restaurant!with simple but elegant decor and comfort food sure to satisfy. The brunch is first-class!
A really big menu with good options. The lone issue we had was it took a long time to get out food
When we werethere, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly and set the tone for an enjoyable dinner. The food was good and the portions were massive. So, a very enjoyable evening.
We had a large party and a baby and this was the perfect downtown spot for our families to catch up! Beet salad was divine
Excellent Food waitress Kaitlyn was awesome and great service
We arrived around 10:15am and got a table right away. The French toast, biscuits and eggs with cheese and spinach were wonderful.
For two years running it has been my go to choice for Christmas brunch. Loved it.
The best fried chicken I have ever eaten. My daughter got the chicken pot pie and said it was amazing. Our 2nd trip there and will definitely be going back.
The food was quite good; the Hotel lobby is very nice, good place to sit, chat and relax before or after dinner; the restaurant itself was a bit plain, but to their credit tables were not close together so you could have a conversation without thinking you were being overheard by the people next to y9ou.
We had heard great things and were not disappointed. Had dinner with my wife prior to Garth Brooks concert Christmas weekend. Service and food were outstanding. Had reservation and were seated early.
Special mention to our bartender who graciously kept my credit card for me since I walked away with it sitting on the bar. (I wish I had her name, but THANK YOU!)
Attending Pred's game in the near future and are planning on coming back.
Great food, great service, great location
Incredible food. Perhaps the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. And my god the biscuits were clouds of heaven.
We had a large party of six and the service was incredible.
We’ll be back.
Great food and service! We were able to talk and hear each other very well. Everyone enjoyed our experience.
We enjoyed our food (salmon, shrimp & grits, beet salad, mushroom soup). Individual who ordered the hamburger was disappointed. Our table of 4 was right in front of where waiters go in and out. Seat with back to the entrance to this area was dark - she couldn't see her food. It took forever to get our basket of biscuits. Service slow but adequate. It did allow us to talk before Garth Brooks concert...but again we don't know why it took sooooooo long to get the basket of biscuits and finally we had to ask after watching other tables get the basket. I will try Kitchen NOtes again before a symphony.
I would give 6 Stars if I could. The food was fantastic! Shenouda, our server, was outstanding! Can’t wait to go back! This has become my favorite restaurant in Nashville!
Seated immediately, greeted and served quickly. Biscuits, cornbread, and Chicken Pot Pie each ROCKED. Salmon added to the wedge salad was cooked perfectly and hot out of the kitchen. Wedge itself was lacking in flavor but huge portion. We think brunch/breakfast would be awesome (followed by a nap my husband says) but wouldn’t hesitate to go back any time of day.
Food was great but server was very scattered. Asked us our drink order three different times before getting it. Not the best experience I’ve had here.
We had an amazing time! The food was AMAZING! It was a great quiet spot to enjoy delicious food!
We are here before a big concert at Bridgestone. Thanks to opentable we were able to be seated immediately. The service was great, good selection of drinks, and the fried chicken was awesome!
This was my first visit. Excellent!! The food and the service were superb!!
