Kitchen Notes - Omni Nashville
We checked your lunch menu on your website before, but you do not serve lunch menu on weekend. only brunch. So, we disappointed. We hope you mention that lunch menu is available only weekday on your website. However, your plates, silverware and glassware are very beautiful. We would like to come again.
There were only two main menu options for Thanksgiving. My husband had the beef and my son and I had the turkey. The dessert was a pumpkin cheesecake. It was delicious.
The food was amazing. There service was extremely lackluster. It was my birthday and I was highly disappointed. Server did not ask if we wanted any drinks or anything. He basically just put down the food menu and left the table. I understand it was also a holiday but I would NOT recommend going there.
Excellent Thanksgiving Dinner! We will return! Warm and welcoming for the holidays!
Food delicious. Our server Keith was wonderful, very attentive and every one of our requests were answered.
Loved it! But we missed the Brussels sprouts! We last ate thanksgiving here in 2016 and it seemed like there were more veggie options? Excellent service and good food!
Food was awesome as usual. Thanksgiving brunch with turkey, lamb, and beef tenderloin. Sides were absolutely delicious. The lamb potato ragu was so good.
Our server Amanda was wonderful as usual, we really think she is great. Thank you
My wife and I went for our anniversary because we enjoyed it so much last year. The service was not good at all. The people around us kept looking for our server and we were pretty much finished eating before we got our coffee or any water. I feel like for the price I shouldn't be done before we can get any coffee.
Although they took a while to seat us even with our Open Table reservations, the service, food and overall experience was outstanding. Our waiter was consistently checking on us, filling up our drinks when he saw them a little low and we didn't have to ask for anything because he was very aware of what might be needed from drinks to extra napkins and butter. It was a great experience.
We visited Kitchen Notes on 11/20/2019 and we have a fantastic experience but it wasn't quite the same on 11/21.
Great spot close to Bridgestone and been several times. Would like to see KN expand or experiment with the menu just to keep it fresh & interesting. Same menu for a few years now.
Good selection on brunch buffet. Not all food was hot in the warmers.
the food and service were great.we loved the biscuits especially
The hostess’ are painfully slow.
We had an awesome brunch as always.
The overall experience was nice. Hotel lobby is gorgeous very welcoming. Food selection for brunch was okay. I did not like that the person servicing the omelet did not wear gloves it seemed unsanitary. The brunch cost was overpriced based on food options.
As usual the food on the brunch buffet was outstanding. Our welcome by the hostess was very kind and warm. However, for the first time, the service was very poor. Our server was quite busy at a table full of men and ignored us ladies the majority of the time. Disappointed that the entire experience wasn’t what we had experienced on prior visits.
Friendly staff, great food, convenient location downtown, valet parking. The perfect base for a wonderful evening!!!
The fried chicken was delicious. Try the spicy for a little kick
This was an excellent place to have dinner before the Elton John concert. We enjoyed good service and good food and were out within an hour. We’ll definitely return for pre-concert dining.
We ordered hamburgers and fries. When the food arrives, the hamburger was lukewarm and the french fries were not completely cooked and cold. I ordered an Old Fashioned from the bar and it was terrible. I'm not sure what drink the bartender made, but it definitely was not an Old Fashioned. The service was mediocre. Each time we needed something, we had to flag the server down. Even though there was a concert at Bridgestone, the restaurant was not overly crowded. I had dined here previously and everything was fine. Not sure if it was just an off night, but would be hesitant to return.
We have dined here several times in the last few years and loved the food. This trip we noticed a distinct difference in the menu and the food quality. Staples such as the pot pie have been significantly modified and are quite honestly not as good. If this is a first visit or you are staying at the Omni, give it a try. Otherwise there are many food options in Nashville to explore.
The breakfast buffet was amazing! It's very expensive so be prepared for that because the a la carte menu, the more affordable option, takes a while to make.
Met up here with a friend this past Sunday for brunch. It was game day downtown so it was very busy but the staff was cool, calm, friendly and helpful. The assortment of foods was broad and very fresh (including GF muffins!) and there was something for everyone depending on your mood or needs. I’ll be back again!
We came to celebrate my friend's 30th birthday. Kayla was a wonderful server and treated us very well. Everyone who brought out our food was friendly. The food was wonderful. We loved the delicious biscuits and shared the crab cakes. We were both very happy with all the real crab that was in the crab cake. The birthday girl loved her meatloaf. I didn't love my minute steak. It was a bit chewier for my taste and will order something else next time. Thankfully the salad was so wonderful to balance the steak. The only odd thing was the restaurants wasn't crazy crowded and even though the booths are large, we were seated next two another reservation of two. I would have preferred having our own space.
Excellent! Kayla was great!
Good food, good service. Great for a casual business lunch
Our server immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for and was so engaging with the grandchildren. We had an absolutely wonderful family meal together. My 8 year old granddaughter announced she wants to come back and celebrate her and her gramp’s birthdays there! High praise indeed!
Good, too much time to make food
Our server was excellent. Very respectful, attentive..
Mediocre food. Their fabled fried chicken was small and dry. Sides were tasteless, though biscuits were great. Server was very attentive, but drinks only came half-way through meal, because "bar was busy". And dining area was only one third full. Ambiance was more like a cafeteria than restaurant,
and the noise level was so great we could barely converse across the table. Huge disappointment.
Sometimes we’ll come over to Kitchen Notes before a Preds game. Everything about dinner was fabulous! The meatloaf was delicious, and our waiter was very attentive and gave GREAT service.
Great experience. My go to restaurant downtown. Love the valet parking.
Great atmosphere, fantastic service and waiter. Food was less than to be desired but presented nicely
Great food, fast service!
Definitely a great place for brunch in Nashville!
Excellent evening! Service was outstanding and the food was incredibly delicious. I was there about 3 years ago and returned. It was better than the first time. Pickle juice fried chicken was very moist and tasty. Kayla was an incredible server too. The biscuits are legendary -- plus the jam. Great dinner before the symphony. Thank you.
This was a meal where missteps in the kitchen and bar let down excellent front-of-house service. The pace of the meal was off from start to finish. Cocktails (which were well thought out and tasty) and the starter (pork belly - probably the best thing we ate all night) took forever and then wine and dinner came quickly. Several mains missed the mark on salt and spice. But, the service was quick and attentive without being officious and the restaurant was very quiet for a Friday night in tourist season in Nashville.
Good service and food quantity for the price
