Great as usual, a great place for a date night or romantic get away
I flew down to Florida from DC especially for the all you can Feast Lobster night.
The place was hopping, exceptional live band and of course the Lobster was amazing. My family and I had a great time but the service was not great. She was ok nothing special.
Some of the lobsters were overcooked so it was slightly rubbery. But overall we had a great experience at Kitchen 305.
Bear in mind that tip in included on all checks.
I had reservations for 8pm, I had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. There were many customers that were very upset with the wait. There was also many instances where customers got upset and left because they ran out of King Crab legs on the night that they feature that special. Overall a very tough night for the manager and his staff. They did make it up to me for running out of the crab legs, very cool gesture. Overall for me, we had a nice meal and the food was very good.
Maine lobster feast comes to Sunny Isles Beach! The unlimited, all-you-can-eat lobster feast is a dream come true! The service was great and the lobsters kept coming! The restaurant is huge and unbelievably busy....which also makes it unbearably noisy! But it's worth it! The lobster is fresh, delicious, and plentiful. GO HUNGRY!

We go for the lobster night on special occasions . The lobsters were not sweet so we were very disappointed with the flavour.
Placed was packed!!! So it seemed like we were late ... but we weren’t. When we got there I went behind a really large group and they told me the line started behind them. Well I was supposed to check in with the hostess first. They were super awesome and got us a table anyways. You walk into a smaller quaint room with live music and it’s a little darker and romantic, then into a larger banquet style dinning room and that’s where we sat. It was pretty pound inside bc the music was loud so everyone was speaking loud. Now my son is super sensitive to loud noises bc he was a preemie, so my mom went to speak to the manager who BTW was super swamped to see if she could switch us to a different table. Well there were no tables available and we stayed out, but I did notice that he lowered the music so the noise level went substantially down 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 So kudos Mr. Manager and FYI I saw you!!! Running around making sure that his staff had the support needed.
So let’s talk service ... Marisol was super busy but it was to be expected 7:00pm restaurant packed to rim, she was awesome. Soup and bread were good, but the lobster was the ⭐️ star of the show. Chef and kitchen staff - 👋 high five you guys rocked out. The lobster was hot and succulent and the tails were pre cut and track removed (yes I notice the small touches) they weren’t to big or too small ... just right and abundant. When we were almost finished with the first one she brought out the second, and she checked after that if we were ready. My 4 year old son was also with us and we had spaghetti with butter and cheese 🧀 and some corn 🌽. He was in heaven !!! He had an ice cream sandwich for dessert 🍮 and we opted out to not eat anymore.
So if you are thinking about eating here, I would not hesitate and I would make a reservation right now, they will not disappoint!!! The value of the meal is definitely, great dining experience.
Kitchen 305 was good for confirmation reminders excellent food service and atmosphere
Wednesday night all you can eat lobster. Lobster meat was a bit over cooked. The side of corn was dried out. Asked for fresher corn and received the same quality. On a positive note the New England clam chowder was delicious. The service was good until we had to wait quite awhile to get out check.
Rush hour and the service is good , come to see often and always with a smile .
The lobster dinner was great , steak overcook .
Loved the place, I tried Wednesday's Lobster and Friday's King Crab.....both experience we're excellent and our waitress very very attentive, friendly, good service, thumbs Up!
Rude hostess, had reservations and hostess literally brought me to a dirty table. Told me to stand at the table and wait for it to be cleaned. I walked away and waited for someone to clean the table. She walks up to me and says you can wait at the table. I said NO. I do not want to wait at a dirty table. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. When table was finally cleaned and we were seated which took them about 10-15 mins, we were greeted by our server. Thank goodness she was nice and good. If service was bad it would’ve been a nightmare of a night.

My boyfriend and I went to Kitchen 305 for a belated Valentine’s dinner . The Friday night special was All You Can Eat King Crab....my favorite!! The portions were generous and our waitress, Gaby, kept bringing more! Our service was exceptional as well! We definitely left extremely satisfied!
Loved the Friday night all -you -can eat Alaskan Crab Legs! We come back for it every time we’re in town!
The best part of the meal was the service. Everyone was very attentive to our needs. The food was mediocre. The noise level was very low. I'll Beyonce very pleasant. We will definitely be going again.
We went on Valentine's day, and we knew that it was going to be super busy. However I made my reservation online and when I got there I had to wait an hour and a half in line. We got seated 45 minutes after my reserved time. Plus the hostess sat us at a dirty table and told us she will send someone to clean it. Once the table was put back together and we actually sat down we waited another 15 minutes before the waitress came to ask us if we wanted drinks. We couldn't decide so we chose water. It took 20 minutes to get the water. Now it's been a total of 40 minutes before our food came out. We chose the lobster madness, but by the time it came to us it was cold and we had to wait for more lobster even though we saw the waitress passing out lobster to tables next to ours. Finally the waitress comes to our table and drops 4 lobsters on our table without saying anything to us. The lobsters were over cooked and cold. Totally not worth the price!! Kitchen 305 is all hype the food and service sucked. And again we knew it was going to be busy. But we would of forgiven that is the food was good.
We pulled in to the ramp of the Newport Hotel and valet parking was full and the valet staff was very rude and I was send across the street for self parking but that lot was full too. I had to parked three blocks away. We had a 7:45pm reservation and when my wife check in with the hostess @ 730pm she told my wife they were running behind 90 to 120 minutes for us to be seated. We decided to cancel and went to 15th street Fisherie in Fort Lauderdale and had a great meal with no wait.
Our favorite go to place for family night.The lobster is cooked perfectly and the staff is polite and bubbly.
Our Waitress Gaby was absolutely amazing! Best service I've ever received!!! She is so sweet!!! Loved her!

I thoroughly enjoyed the All You Can Eat Lobster menu which takes place every Wednesday. My husband and I was in town on vacation from New Orleans. The Lobsters were fresh and tasty. Our meal came with sides. The waiters did a fantastic job of keeping fresh lobsters coming as well as keeping the table clean. This was my first lobster soiree and will not be my last. I highly recommend this restaurant. Plus, you can't beat All You Can Eat lobsters for only $49.00 per person.

If i can give a review of 0 stars i would. This was the worse birthday experience at a high end restaurant & not worth the value of the TEMP_OC_CONTENT_HERE#039;s spent. The food quality is worth 12$ at most not 55$. The service is worth less than a 5$ tip not 20 bucks. The crab was cold with no flavors, it comes with 2 side choices: yea right..2 tsp of cole slaw & a tomato with melted cheese on it, the lobster bisque soup was so grainy, the bread was hard & very chewy. Before ordering, I told the waiter that it was my birthday & i wanted a dessert later, the waiter never mentioned a dessert after the main course. I wanted out of kitchen 305 as fast as possible & just requested a to go box for my crab to recook at home & the check. After waiting almost 12 minutes for the check to pay, he arrived. After giving the waiter my money, he returned back with the change back of 12$ & no receipt. When requested the copy of the receipt (change was incorrect) he informed us that KITCHEN 305 does not give a receipt. Its normally for the waiter! This enraged me! He then told us that he will need to take our to go box back & reached for my bags. He informed us that we are not suppose to take food when your eatting at a buffet. We took the bag back before he could take it as this was never mention prior. He brought the receipt which read was 12.66 to customer, he then toss out a 1 dollar for the difference from his own pocket. While telling the waiter our concerns & request the manager the waiter walked away as we were talking to him. The manager was called & was informed of everything. The manager only removed the waiter tip even after she was advised about the foods quality & in her defense she said that she was helping out in the kitchen. We left the waiters 1$ that was tossed to us & the missing change that was suppose to be given to us. As we left, the waiter stormed towards us with the money that was left and demanded that we take our money as it was disrespectful to leave 1.66.
When server came to our table first time, he asked what do you want for dinner. No welcome or can I get you something to drink. My daughter steak was over cooked and my "spicy " pasta dish was bland. It tasted like it came from a jar.
Do not waste yoir money.
we were 1-3min. Late due to car accident near by but we were seated as soon as we got there. The food were awesome, and we’re likely to go back for more soon. The servers were pleasant to us. I highly recommend to reserve your seat online or over the phone.

The restaurant was good but the manager was rude, they wanted to seat me my wife and my son on a small table with two seat. We went for my wife Wednesday, January 3rd reservation were at 7pm.
I have always visited Kitchen 305 with friends for dinner and have only but good comments about the place. I brought two new friends (potential customers themselves). We appreciate that you are going along with the trend of separate checks. Thank you.
The entire night and meal was ruined by the service - server, manager and kitchen. My partner’s entree was brought out as our appetizer, everything come out at once, my entree was over cooked and dry. Hard surfaces throughout the restaurant, so very loud. Not place for conversation. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Ottimo il menu e il prezzo dell all you can eat lobster alla fine si paga sui 70 dollari a testa e l aragosta e di ottima qualita. Evento disponibile in questo locale ogni mercoledi .
