Kitchen 305 Ratings and Reviews
We came on a night but didn't stay because on your website it stated that night was all you can eat pasta. When the waiter told us you no longer serve that we stated but it's on your website. He said yea that hasn't been updated so we left. You really need to keep your website current. You lost 4 paying costumers that night.
Really busy night as they had a birthday party and another dinner group in-house.
We saw our Waitress maybe twice. When we asked for suggestions she wasn't very helpful and was in much of a hurry.
Lobster Bisque was cold when it came out.
She seemed irritated when asked for to-go boxes.
Nothing at all remarkable about the food!
We went for Lobster night it was okay. The value was great, $50.00 for all you can eat lobster. I wish they put more effort into the service and presentation.
Our waiter seemed rushed as if he was trying to churn out as many tables as possible. Even if that were the case, it shouldn't have been obvious to us as the diners.
The first plate of lobster was served with lemon, butter and garnish. Anything after that was a served in wooden bowl as the waiter was passing by our table to the next table. As we cracked them open, they seemed to have more gristle than the first one. Killing my appetite before I finished my 2nd one. Aside from the first lobster, the bread was delicious.
I would consider going back, but not to take advantage of the lobster special. Been there, done that.
Overcrowded and noisy. The hostess asked if we would like to have a kids menu, we did, but this was never brought. After 15 minutes waiters did not come up to take our order, we were just ignored. So, after 20 minutes we decided to leave. Went to Red Lobster, which was great.
We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday! Gaby was awesome!! She made us feel so welcome and made my husbands birthday celebration special!! We will come back for Gaby!! Love her!! And love the establishment!! All you can eat lobster on Wednesday and lovely music how can you go wrong!! Go here if you want to have a fun dinner!!
A completely disaster !!!! Dont go !!!
Like every year I visit Miami I am going on Wednesday night for "Lobster mania" ! They serve Maine lobsters, all you can eat, at a 50 usd / person plus taxes and gratuities. The wine list is not very long but with good white wines and decent price with excellent quality.
My wife is not lobster fun so she had several good choices from the menu.
Had reservation for 5:30..Arrived a few minutes early, was told to come back at 5:30. Came back at 5:30 and stood in line for 25 minutes before we were given a table assignment and finally seated. Hostess was confused, and not very friendly. Food server Gian Carlo did a
very good job. Friendly and courteous. Valet parking was a cluster ##** and totally disorganized. Food (lobster) was outstanding. Would recommend this restaurant with disclaimer that seating and valet situation was horrible.
Amazing service, our server was outstanding and exceeded our expectations, just like the food. The food was top of the line. We came for the surf & turf special and we couldn't have picked a better night. It wasn't busy at all at around 5.30, and it was kid friendly as well. Our food came out really fast and it was perfect. There is nothing I would've changed about our dining experience. Thank you Kitchen 305 for a wonderful experience!
So disappointed. Been wanting to go to this nearby restaurant for a few years and finally made the time. The "special" - king crab legs, were overlooked and watery. The house recommended paella had very little seafood. The mango salad was ok , although the mangoes were frozen. We got there just as the band started playing and they were so loud, even though we were fairly far from them, that we couldn't hold a conversation at the table. The staff, however, is excellent... the manager, hostesses and the waitstaff were friendly and very professional. Parking at the Newport for restaurant patrons is $10 flat rate per car. Ridiculous.
I go to this restaurant a lot for the all you can eat lobster. Each experience is different. This last one was very disappointing. We were put into a room that felt like there was going to be a bar mitzvah. It was very isolating. The staff was incredibly busy and it took too long to order drinks and the food. It also took a long time to receive those drinks and the food. I know its not the server's fault. The lobster didn't fail, it just took a long time to get them. After we ordered extra butter we had already finished dinner..
We took our mom for dinner and she loved this place. The live music was nice but they needed better speakers. Our service was excellent except for the wine server; that was a little slow. Overall we were very happy with the restaurant and will definitely return! We will definitely refer our friends to this place.
