Kitchen 305 Ratings and Reviews
I went with my boyfriend and another couple. The music was good but WAYYYY to loud. I had to rate the highest for noise and not in a good way because it was as really bad how loud the music was. We went on a Wednesday and got the "All you can eat Maine lobster". The lobsters were decent size but came with tasteless mash potatoes and what seemed to be days old corn on the cob. Service was good, server(can't remember his name) was quick and a little rushed but he was polite and kept glasses full and food on the table.
The visit was a bit disappointing. The waiter serving me was extremely slow and not attentive. The food tasted good but the mash potatoes were served cold as well as the asparagus but the steak and lobster did have a good taste. After visiting Kitchen 305 for their all-you-can eat lobster I was excited about the steak and lobster dinner. Sorry to say I was disappointed.
lobster was excellent and all you can eat!! doesn't get much better then that for me....however, the people watcher in me observed everyone around us having a super time. The waiters serving drinks were very busy.....and the drinks they were serving looked yummy!!
The food was "okay', nothing special. The place is okay for evening dining, but nothing "special" about it. The service is nothing exciting about it too. I think, this restaurant is too expensive, for locals. Sunny Isles Beach became an expensive place for wealthy tourists now. No 5 stars definitely, I would give maybe 3 stars, the most.

Horrible place. We booked a table for Mother's day. When we got there we were waiting for 45 min inside the car to be able to park the car (they only have valet). It was big line of cars but nobody cared. We we finally got there and a hostess showed us our table we were in shock. It was so dirty everywhere, napkins, food on the floor and then they told us because it's Mother's day they only have a buffet option. You don't want to know how buffet looked like. I don't understand how they still open. We left and waited for our car another 30 min. The worst experience EVER.
We went on Wednesday night for the All You Can Eat Lobster dinner. The restaurant was packed, but our reservation was honored immediately. The wait staff was excellent! They brought bread and took our orders shortly after we were seated. The lobster special came with soup or salad, corn on the cob and mashed potatoes. The Caesar salad was plentiful and the dressing was perfect. The lobsters were a decent size and very tasty. As soon as we finished the lobster, the server appeared and asked if we wanted another. The lobsters were freshly cooked and came to the table hot. After eating two and a half lobsters, there was no room for dessert. We will definitely go back for another lobster special dinner!
