Terrible overpriced food, bad service. Not worth it, go down the street to McDonald’s would be a better option.

We never even got a chance to eat because we were told we had to move our vehicle after we had the valet had told us it was ok to park in front. We clearly advised we were going to Kitchen 305 to have dinner. After our other party arrived and was told that they would have to get a purchase a parking pass, then park across the street that not even including having to walk back across to the restaurant to then have to pay an additional included 18% gratuity and a 9% tax! That is absolutely outrageous! That place has really went down since COVID and to think I was bringing my sweetie there to celebrate our 3 year anniversary! wow what a bomber that was!

The menu was extremely limited. It also should state that there is an 18% service charge added to the check. The lobsters were good. The mashed potatoes were good, but an extremely small portion. The beautiful view of the ocean was closed off. For the price, there are far better dining experiences with a selection of more than 7 items.

The worst ever restaurant I have ever visited, service is super bad, was waiting for server to make the order 27 min and the restaurant wasn’t full, food isn’t tasty, size of dishes is super small and frozen🤮 prise is soo big for the garbage food

Had the 2 whole Maine lobster special. Soooo over cooked, our 2 pcs. of asparagus and 2/3 cup mashed potatoes came out 30 mins before our lobster, out of 8 lobsters, 6 of them were full of eggs even though the tails were pre-split. The melted butter came in a 2 ounce plastic portion cup which was cold in minutes. The environment was very loud, the service was 'minimum requirement'. We were really disappointed.

we came here for the lobster. when approaching the host stand i showed my reservation and the manager said she doesn’t know why open table keep opening up reservations but it will be a 30 minute wait. i walked into the restaurant and seen open tables. i explained to her that since we have a reservation it shouldn’t be that long with open tables. she then referred to a sienfield episode saying she doesn’t know what’s going on.
fast forward
we sat for 15 minute - we get water. we ask to order but it’s not our server
15 more minutes. we order actual drinks and our food because at this point we’re starving.
i get my mojito my boyfriend doesn’t get his and our 2 other friends don’t get their drinks.
our appetizer comes out 30 minutes later. we are now there a total of an hour. still waiting on my bf mojito and our friends drinks
5 minutes later only my friends food comes out. she is still waiting on her drink.
20 minutes later 2 other meals come out. and i am left waiting for my drink. my friend is done eating and still hasn’t received her drink.
15 minutes later i get my food and my friend gets her drink.
we’re done eating and now we’re waiting for the server. we have been there a total of 2.5 hours. ridiculous.
i told him it was crazy and he gave us free valet. 10 dollars off of a 300 dollar check. insane to me.
i used to love this place. and come here all the time. it’s disappointing

I think they were very understaffed Our waiter was amazing - great personality but stretched too thin. When we got there he was the host, the waiter, and managing the bar. We had to wait forever just for two cokes. We would’ve ordered dessert but we didn’t want to have to wait another 2 hours just for a slice of cake.

Terrible service. We waited for more than 30min to get our drinks and about the same time for check. Food is good, but unfortunately the chef will likely keep losing customers due to the very slow service.

Disappointing, we were a fan of their unlimited lobster night which has been discontinued. Instead they offered a twin lobster dinner for $24.95
The price was good so we gave it a try.
Calling it a dinner was an overstatement.
No bread, no salad, just a small side plate with a spoon full of mashed potatoes topped with three very very small asparagus spears. Lobsters we're OK but nothing special. The bottom line for us is it is not worth the one hour drive from Palm Beach County.
We will wait and see if the all you can it lobster special returns, even with a higher price.

Didn’t enjoy the dinner this last time around. Normally I have and enjoy their “surf n’ turf”, but not this last time around. Received a whole lobster, instead of a lobster tail with the steak. Had to crack most of the lobster the last and the lobster did not taste fresh. The dinners previously were with a lobster tail. I hope they return to their previous menu. It was always a enjoyable and pleasure eating here.

were on Friday. The food was great, huge portions with lobster, very tasty and cheap, but there is a big shortage of waiters, they don't have time for anything, and are literally torn between customers, waiting for a check for 40 minutes.

Food was good and service too even though they were so short staff. They need to hire more people, when we left there was a line out the door and the current employees are overwhelmed and one chef for the whole restaurant. I’m not sure how they survive working there

We were seated after a brief wait for the host to show up to greet us. After only a few minutes we decided it was way too hot in the restaurant to eat a meal so we told the host we were leaving. He apologized for the extreme temperature. I would guess it was 85+ degrees in the restaurant.

Had booked reservations for two. Received confirmation of reservation via email. Drove 45 minutes to location. Payed for parking. Went inside and found out that the doors were locked with no sign stating that they were closed due to the Coronavirus. No updates or apologies received.

All you can eat Lobsters were a disappointment. Some of the lobsters didn't even seem big enough to have been caught. Watch out for the auto 18% tip, service suffers because of it. And the dance music dj is soooo loud you can't even have a conversation.

Was extremely disappointed with the service. We went for all you can eat tacos! In two hours of sitting there, we had two rounds of tacos. It took an hour of waiting each time. Also, there was very few people in there so it was not busy. Never heard a single apology!
