Kitchen 305
Great food and our server, Amanda, was amazing, but the noise level was deafening! I thought I was in a nightclub.
Gabby Our serve was great, went above and beyond to make our dining experience great
The crab was great and lots of it.
Thank you, will be coming back for the Lobster ..
Horrible experience. Food sucked and waitress was rude.
We made reservations for the Valentine's 3 course special. When we arrived we waited about 20 minutes. When we were finally sat down we were told the special was sold out. As a Sunny Isles resident I am in walking distance to this establishment and wanted to find a nice date night spot. Unfortunately we will not be going there again
SECOND TIME , AND IT WAS JUST AS AMAZING AS THE FIRST...
Good food and nice place for friends and groups. Is not the best place for a romantic dinner or dates. Our reservation was for two, but the accommodation is designed to be sited next to others sharing the same booth. Excellent live music!
Our first server JULIA was really rude, but then when my wife & I asked for another server things got better .
Loved it. Cant wait to go to all you can eat king crab nite, Friday
The service was really bad, the manager didn't really care, the worst experience, never comeback.
Kitchen 305 is in my opinion a great value for all you can eat Maine lobster on Wednesdays only. The 2 servers we had for only 3 people were outstanding. You get soup or salad, bread, all you can eat lobster and a small ear of corn for $49.00 plus an 18% automatic gratuity. They always are asking "Do you need more lobsters". No hesitation, they just keep coming. The restaurant is located in a very nice hotel in the Sunny Isles section of Miami Beach. I would suggest making reservations as the restaurant can fill up. This past Wednesday when we went, it was not as crowded as it has been in previous visits. We want to try all you can eat King Crab on Friday nights for $55.00, but are concerned the crabs may not be the big King Crabs. Try the place, and I think you will love it.
Love Kitchen 305. Only exception is bench seats too low for me and it gets a little too noisy. Love the music the dj plays but cant enjoy it for the talking noise level. Still a great place.
This was actually my second time, first time it was on a Wednesday for the lobster and now for the king crab. Love it and will definitely will come again.
The perfect place for seafood drinks and music. The ambiance is perfect
went on all you can eat lobster night $50...the place was packed - lobsters were slow to come out of the kitchen -noise level too high - back room a bit of a mess....but very good value for lobster.
The waiter was the worse which I believe is why our food was terrible. He wasn’t attentive to our table at all. We barely saw him on the floor before we got our food. When he finally brought our food to the table the food was cold. We were forced to eat it because I don’t believe in sending food back because I don’t want to upset anyone and potentially have them do something terrible to our food. My first batch of crabs were cold and I mean literally cold. It’s like he got them out the freezer and didn’t warm them up properly. The second batch was the same. My wife had to get half of her food taken off the receipt because we wasn’t willing to pay for it. He didn’t deserve a tip, not even the 18% gratuity that you guys took out of a bill of two persons meal automatically. We got up and left dissatisfied and unhappy about this experience. I’ve been to kitchen 305 several times and never had a bad experience. It’s been years since we’ve been there and we expected the normal great service we get all the time. The ride back to Homestead was very long ride for two hungry individuals.
- Good value for money
- Service this time was not as usually
- Noise level is extremely high! Interferes with enjoying food
It's been awhile since our last visit, however, even with the increase in price from $35 to $49, IT'S all you can eat farm raised Maine lobster. Always a great place to get my fix every once in awhile. The servers were very attentive and dutiful in replenishing our empty lobster bowls and johnny on the spot in emptying the shells as we cracked and plucked our way through the shells in order to get to the prize. The size of the tails were consistent with the 1.25 to 1.5 lb tails and claws. We also had the clam chowder soup which was very tasty. We especially liked the large chunks of clam with the creamy buttery broth along with the potato and celery. The chowder was not a disappointment, it was definitely more of a delight.
I would highly recommend this to any lobster lover, but, I would also note it's best to make reservations for any time on Wednesday night, you'll be in for a treat.
Requested a table next to pool - area is almost empty - the hostess was very hesitant and she did placed us on the same area but the lousiest one- not very approachable hostess- seemed has a control issue☹️
The food was great! I ordered the surf and turf and my wife ordered the NY strip. I loved the food and service was great as well!
Bringing my daughters for the first time, and it was one of their birthday's. I invited the rest of my family to come along. And we had an awesome time. Listening to the music, and enjoying the wonderful crabs, none stop!
Kitchen 305 is a great restaurant. It's has a very fun atmosphere.
Very good small lobsters on Wednesday. All you can eat. Quick service.
We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday. Gaby was an excellent waitress and the food was delicious. Would definitely come Back. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Great unlimited lobster special. Staff very accommodating. Everything was great.
when seated we had great service. place was empty, surprisingly since it was peak time on a sat night. they were out of all the flat bread pizzas, along with a few other menu items. we were also told the bottle of wine we ordered they were out of. kind of disappointed especially since we had been there in the past(few years ago) and had a great experience.
Only thing I would say the lobster is a bit hard and need a little seasoning
You will be seeing us again for lobster Wednesday absolutely fantastic
Too noisy. We walked out
Rob the waiter was outstanding. Hot lobsters coming quickly to the table. Rob was on top of it. No waiting. Best service.
I go for the lobster. Fresh, Delicious, all -U-can eat.
Great fun, they just keep bringing them out.
The Lobster special is a good deal, however I thought they could have been a little larger.
Went to try their Lobster special Wensday night. The value is good. Lobsters not the best but were ok for the value. The automatically added gratuity of 18% to any party size were excessive because service is far from the great. The $12 for a small creme brûlée so so quality was overexcessive. Restaurants of this caliber charge about half less. So those 2 things were over excessive. I gave it 3 and a half stars.
Went to kitchen 305 on a Friday night for "all you can eat crab legs". Me and my girlfriend were super excited. The place is nice, really loud though. The music was blazing like it was a club,I rather liked that. It was a busy night so,understandably,it took our server about 15 minutes to approach us. When he did,he didn't waste any time on the pleasantries like"hi,how are you tonight". He just asked me "are you here for the special?" "Yes,sir!" Cool. I had to ask him to get us some water and drinks, which he did quick. Thank you.
And then....after third portion of crab legs for the table, the server told my girlfriend that they were out of crab legs. And asked if we're ready to pay, when she gave him her card,he said that he rather if we pay cash. Excuse me?
First of all,its a $55 a person for ALL YOU CAN EAT CEAB LEGS. We could eat more!!!
After I asked him if he thinks this whole situation is unfair to us,he went to the kitchen and when he came back,he offered us 4 lobsters instead. That was really nice. We refused though, and decided to take our party someplace else. He discounted our check by 20%,which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall,a nice experience. Service lacks professionalism but I would still reccomend this place.
Good lobster ! Fun times
The worst restaurant, I'd ever attended, bad food, expensive, you get the tip of 18% included for nothing you pay parking, the worst
We drove an hour an a half to get here for unlimited crabs and then to be told there were no more crabs smh. My birthday was ruined and the manager just offerred a 20% discount on our next return smh. The only good thing was our waitress Jennifer she was awesome
The all you can eat crab legs ended early for us when our waitress brought over a bowl and informed us that they had run out. The fixtures over head were covered in dust and dirt. This evening was supposed to be a celebration for us we had gotten married and my parents had a vow renewal on their anniversary and was so greatly disappointed. You can barely hear the person across the table from you. Will never go back.
The All you King eat King Crab Legs was on point!!! Loved it!!!
Food quality has declined from dining 2 years ago. Ny strip was grizzled for $31, no side included. No value. Had better steak at Longhorn Restaurants. Crab can tell is frozen, only few pieces tasted fresh. Very disappointing, expensive meal for two, at a $180 total.
