Food was good, service could have been better. I did appreciate that the appetizer the server initially forgot to bring was free of charge. Even though valet also includes hotel guests, we wished it was a little quicker.
My table was dirty when I sat down and the food was fair from good. The portion sizes were good, but I order the Giant Meatball and it was dry. As a former cook, I expected for the price to at least get freshly grated Parmesan, they gave me refrigerated powdered "parm". Waste of time and money.

This was by far the worst meal that I have had in recent months and my friends the dined with me agreed. Three of us went for the all you can eat lobster night which should really be a no-brainer. Kind of hard to mess up a boiled lobster and yet they were dry rubbery and in edible. There was really nothing positive that I could say about this entire experience
The service was very bad. It took 20 mins to bring out a cold dried out lobster. It took another 20mins to bring a second cold lobster that was so dry the roll in the lobster just crumbled up in my hand, the lobster was uneatable. By time the 3rd lobster came out it was stone cool to the touch and we didn't even attempt to eat. My experience was brought to the attention of the manager. His solution to the problem was to only charge us for one meal when we didn't even eat any lobsters because they were unedible. this was the worst $70 I ever spent in my life I felt like I just throw my $70 to the wind. My advice don't go to Kitchen 305

It was horrible! I was seated after my reservation time and then we just sat at the table for 25 minutes and no one came to serve our table. I talked to the manager, but eventually we left and didn’t eat.
Went for all you can eat lobster night which was our last night in Sunny isles. From the pictures on their site it looked like more upscale than it really was. I made reservations two weeks prior to my arrival and when we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess said the only table for two that was available was in the back seating area. The back seating area immediately felt like we were in someone’s back yard who didn’t even bother to make sure the guests at least had comfortable seats. Needless to say the back area was tacky and low budget. However, I asked to move to the main room and the manager was very polite and accommodating. The music was also too loud and I could barely hear my Fiance who was sitting next to me.
Lastly, let’s talk about the losbter. The lobster was bland and over cooked and the sides were also tasteless. We were brought 6 small lobsters but you can only really eat the tail and the claws bc the main part of lobster is full of waste and just completely inedible. The best thing we had that night was the cheap wine that we were charged $42 for. In conclusion, if you’re on a budget and don’t mind eating bland food and going deaf, then this place is just right.
I really enjoyed my night at Kitchen 305, the band was very good and i liked their sound. Food was amazing, I took the all you can eat lobster at $49 and house wine was $5 a glass and the Pinot Grigio was very decent and glasses were full. Meal start with a freshly baked garlic bread that is to die for but dont eat too much if youre there for the all you can eat lobster or else you will get full lol
Always try to make the lobster fest while on vacation. Food was good, service not so much! Told management.

Were told they were only taking reservations in order to get the all-you- can-eat lobster. We made a reservation. When we get to table, we sat for 15 minutes before anyone even came to the table. When the waitress finally came, she said there was no more lobster being served. Bad management!
Lobster madness on Wednesday nights is literally madness...fortunately our service was excellent considering the amount of people...lobster was fresh and delicious ...great choice

Wednesday nights at kitchen 305 always make me happy . The lobsters and mashed potatoes are great. Salad is good. The $5 wine wasn't bad either.
The restaurant is looking very very tired. It needs to be updated. I think its dark so no one can notice but I notice every time I am there. What is even worse is if you get put into the function room. There is zilch atmosphere and that's dated too.
My server was wonderful. All the staff were good. Quick pickups , quick delivery of the lobster. I live in Wellington, FL so it is a very long drive to get there and back.
I have been going to "All you can Eat" lobster 2xs a year since 2007. We always bring another couple who have never been and always recommend , but no more. Lobsters from New England, where I am from, had always been fabulous. This past week, poor looking, dirty, some smelly, and some rubbery, should have stopped at 1st plate but assumed it was just those and more would be back to "normal". Complained to the host who sent out the chef who was admittedly explaining why this batch (16) were bad. Didn't ask and wasn't looking for a comp, and none was offered. Will not go again at $196.00 per our 4 guests.
It was Monday so not to busy but the food was great and so were the drinks. I would go again soon.

I flew down to Florida from DC especially for the all you can Feast Lobster night.
The place was hopping, exceptional live band and of course the Lobster was amazing. My family and I had a great time but the service was not great. She was ok nothing special.
Some of the lobsters were overcooked so it was slightly rubbery. But overall we had a great experience at Kitchen 305.
Bear in mind that tip in included on all checks.
I had reservations for 8pm, I had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. There were many customers that were very upset with the wait. There was also many instances where customers got upset and left because they ran out of King Crab legs on the night that they feature that special. Overall a very tough night for the manager and his staff. They did make it up to me for running out of the crab legs, very cool gesture. Overall for me, we had a nice meal and the food was very good.
Maine lobster feast comes to Sunny Isles Beach! The unlimited, all-you-can-eat lobster feast is a dream come true! The service was great and the lobsters kept coming! The restaurant is huge and unbelievably busy....which also makes it unbearably noisy! But it's worth it! The lobster is fresh, delicious, and plentiful. GO HUNGRY!

We go for the lobster night on special occasions . The lobsters were not sweet so we were very disappointed with the flavour.
Placed was packed!!! So it seemed like we were late ... but we weren’t. When we got there I went behind a really large group and they told me the line started behind them. Well I was supposed to check in with the hostess first. They were super awesome and got us a table anyways. You walk into a smaller quaint room with live music and it’s a little darker and romantic, then into a larger banquet style dinning room and that’s where we sat. It was pretty pound inside bc the music was loud so everyone was speaking loud. Now my son is super sensitive to loud noises bc he was a preemie, so my mom went to speak to the manager who BTW was super swamped to see if she could switch us to a different table. Well there were no tables available and we stayed out, but I did notice that he lowered the music so the noise level went substantially down 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 So kudos Mr. Manager and FYI I saw you!!! Running around making sure that his staff had the support needed.
So let’s talk service ... Marisol was super busy but it was to be expected 7:00pm restaurant packed to rim, she was awesome. Soup and bread were good, but the lobster was the ⭐️ star of the show. Chef and kitchen staff - 👋 high five you guys rocked out. The lobster was hot and succulent and the tails were pre cut and track removed (yes I notice the small touches) they weren’t to big or too small ... just right and abundant. When we were almost finished with the first one she brought out the second, and she checked after that if we were ready. My 4 year old son was also with us and we had spaghetti with butter and cheese 🧀 and some corn 🌽. He was in heaven !!! He had an ice cream sandwich for dessert 🍮 and we opted out to not eat anymore.
So if you are thinking about eating here, I would not hesitate and I would make a reservation right now, they will not disappoint!!! The value of the meal is definitely, great dining experience.

Wednesday night all you can eat lobster. Lobster meat was a bit over cooked. The side of corn was dried out. Asked for fresher corn and received the same quality. On a positive note the New England clam chowder was delicious. The service was good until we had to wait quite awhile to get out check.
Rush hour and the service is good , come to see often and always with a smile .
The lobster dinner was great , steak overcook .
Loved the place, I tried Wednesday's Lobster and Friday's King Crab.....both experience we're excellent and our waitress very very attentive, friendly, good service, thumbs Up!
Rude hostess, had reservations and hostess literally brought me to a dirty table. Told me to stand at the table and wait for it to be cleaned. I walked away and waited for someone to clean the table. She walks up to me and says you can wait at the table. I said NO. I do not want to wait at a dirty table. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. When table was finally cleaned and we were seated which took them about 10-15 mins, we were greeted by our server. Thank goodness she was nice and good. If service was bad it would’ve been a nightmare of a night.

My boyfriend and I went to Kitchen 305 for a belated Valentine’s dinner . The Friday night special was All You Can Eat King Crab....my favorite!! The portions were generous and our waitress, Gaby, kept bringing more! Our service was exceptional as well! We definitely left extremely satisfied!
Loved the Friday night all -you -can eat Alaskan Crab Legs! We come back for it every time we’re in town!
The best part of the meal was the service. Everyone was very attentive to our needs. The food was mediocre. The noise level was very low. I'll Beyonce very pleasant. We will definitely be going again.
It was valentines day, and our anniversary. I had reservations and we we were staying at the hotel. The restaurant was Loud and had terrible service. We waited over an hour with a reservation..They were seating many people in line in front of us that extended out of the hotel lobby door that had no reservations. Then we waited another 30 minutes at a table. That wasn't even cleared off, and no server. The noise was very loud you couldn't hear anything!
We went on Valentine's day, and we knew that it was going to be super busy. However I made my reservation online and when I got there I had to wait an hour and a half in line. We got seated 45 minutes after my reserved time. Plus the hostess sat us at a dirty table and told us she will send someone to clean it. Once the table was put back together and we actually sat down we waited another 15 minutes before the waitress came to ask us if we wanted drinks. We couldn't decide so we chose water. It took 20 minutes to get the water. Now it's been a total of 40 minutes before our food came out. We chose the lobster madness, but by the time it came to us it was cold and we had to wait for more lobster even though we saw the waitress passing out lobster to tables next to ours. Finally the waitress comes to our table and drops 4 lobsters on our table without saying anything to us. The lobsters were over cooked and cold. Totally not worth the price!! Kitchen 305 is all hype the food and service sucked. And again we knew it was going to be busy. But we would of forgiven that is the food was good.
