The food was disappointing and the restaurant had absolutely no Christmas decor except for a couple of poinsettias and a Christmas tree in the hallway leading to the restaurant. Disappointed with the dining experience overall. Our waitress was good but it wasn't her fault the food didn't measure up and the holiday spirit in the restaurant was nonexistent.
My husbands New York steak was tough. While our entrees were tasty, they were lukewarm. The s'mores dessert was outstanding!
This was our first time back to the Kings Wharf in several years. We took a friend for dinner and a play. We were so disappointed. We waited for service for 45 minutes. There was confusion with staff. Our meal arrived cold. I sent my vegetable back. The quality was terrible. We won't be back.
We went to King's Wharf prior to seeing Singing in the Rain at the Marriott Theater, which is right next to this restaurant. Our meal was excellent, although I felt it was slightly over-priced for all that was included. Overall the pricing is what you would expect from a hotel restaurant.
Our only really issue was the length of wait we had between completing our meals, receiving the check and getting to pay. We actually had a to flag down another server to find ours so he could take our credit card. Overall, still an excellent option and we had a fun night.

Thanksgiving buffet for 7: great selection of food - something for every taste and appetite, breakfast or lunch. Overflowing Champaign. Attentive, very friendly service. Took our time; was not rushed out the door.

We've been to this restaurant many times. This time was very disappointing. They sat us next to the kitchen entrance. There was a lot of noise and chatter coming from the kitchen. Our server never took away the plate that served the appetizer. My husband's prime rib had a sauce on it that he didn't like. On previous occasions the prime rib had no sauce. My baked potato wasn't done. All in all a very disappointing experience.
Didn't seem to have enough help. We waited a while for everything as did the other tables around us. The servers were pleasant just seemed frazzled. Probably will not return soon. To bad since the ambiance is really spectacular.
