King's Fish House - Rancho Cucamonga
To create the ultimate seafood experience, we traveled down the highways and byways. We pulled up a seat, put on bibs, and soaked up the seafood experience: The no-name dishes with unforgettable flavor, the fresh-caught oysters and clams piled high, the hand-lettered specials on ancient chalkboards, and the savory simmer of every combination of spices imaginable.
The pleasure of preparing and sharing seafood was simple and genuine, and it brought out the best in everyone. Often, we felt as if we’d been welcomed into somebody’s home.
That’s what King’s Fish House is all about — and we’ve tried to bring all of these ideas together into one single, spectacular place, filled with camaraderie and celebration, and the things we love best. Welcome to the House that Seafood Built!

Our food and server were great.
Good quality seafood in a nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating at Victoria Gardens.
Wild ono sandwich and grilled octopus were our favorites. Less impressed by the shrimp taquitos.
Atmosphere was amazing, service was on point and the food was amazing.
Great attentive service
Birthday celebration for friend. I am glad we had table reserved and ready
The food was great, some wasa little luke warm. The s ervers were nice but they didn't check in on you very often and the food was coming out slowly and my water was empty for a while.
We had a gift card to use so that prompted our visit. It was a nice evening. Our food was tasty, service was good. Our kids were happy. And it was cool inside which was a major plus, considering it was still 90° outside at 5pm
This was my birthday celebration meal and first time dining at King’s Fish House in Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga, California. Great choice of cuisine for seafood lovers. The huge appetizer plate of raw mussels, clams, oysters, large shrimp & scallops with five different dips was first-rate fresh & delicious. The swordfish tacos with lettuce/veggies hit the spot with its interesting mix of sweet, sour, tangy & crunchy sensations. Although the total price of the meal was higher than expected, the overall experience was wonderful and worthy of a return visit. Thanks also go to Dominic, our waiter, for his attentive service and upbeat personality.
Unfortunately, after we were seated, an extremely loud 📢family of two adults and two teens were seated next to us. Other than that, the noise level was not too bad. Our appetizers and food took forever ⏳ to get to the table. 2 of the 3 sides I ordered were cold❄, but honesty, everything still tasted amazing.😋 Cold or not, it was still REALLY good. Our server, Dante 👋🏽, was friendly, professional and tentative. The atmosphere is much more casual 🩴🩳 than the last few times I've been there, but I go there for the great food, so that doesn't really have a great deal of interest by me, it was just something I noticed. Will always go back, the food is too good not to.
I’m sorry. I apologize. Sorry about that. That’s what we kept hearing from the hostess for some type of confusion about our reservation. Then our server kept on making mistakes. Forgetting things we ordered and asked for. Then the food comes out. The $60 New York steak and lobster. The lobster was good but the steak was tasteless and had big huge veins in it. Prime is not presented this way. The 1/2 dozen oysters is good. This restaurant is expensive and that’s okay but it delivered cheap so it’s not worth it.
Wow - this place has always been consistent but tonight was a different story. Let’s start with the quality of food or should I say lack of quality! Lobster roll was rubbery and dry and ALL fish dishes were over cooked - twice! Probably will not return.
The drinks and food are usually good.
Appreciated staff’s accommodations for my dietary needs, the server’s attentive service, and the taste of the seafood. Our bottle of wine was marked up pretty high and was probably the only negative note.
I love this place. Food is always wonderful and so is the service!!! Fabulous place!!
We tried the Captain’s Platter and we will never order it again. We knew it was all chilled seafood but everything was just sitting in melted ice with zero flavor or seasoning. The sauces that accompanied it were not very good either. I honestly enjoyed my son’s fries over anything on the platter. We will go back because the ambience and service was great, but make sure to try something else instead.
Always excellent. When we book on open table they always get us seated either on time or before if we happen to arrive a little early. Servers are friendly & quick but we never feel rushed.
OMG! Our servers Victoria and Felix were both FANTASTIC! Very hands-on. They both made sure we had everything we asked for. They took away our empty plates and glasses. They made our dinner very pleasant and comfortable! Kudos to the both of them!
Food was amazing, lots of items to choose from. Wait staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.
Jeanette our Hostess was patient and met our needs gracefully.
Great place to have a family diner.
Staff is amazing
Always a great late night choice
The service whisked away the plates so fast we were feeling rushed and hadn’t really finished.
It was very good overall, we have been to this restaurant many times because of the food and location is close to our home.
King’s never disappoints!! Had a great time celebrating with friends!! Thanks King’s!
We went out for the first time since having our baby, Bonnie was our server and she was great. The food was exactly what we wanted. My wife was excited to have oysters again after the pregnancy and we Kumamotos were in which was terrific!
Excellent service, nice ambiance we had an overall good time.
Good service, good seafood. Plenty of seatings available. Always a positive experience when we dine here. Quality of service and food is consistent.
Had to wait a few minutes to get seated for my reservation. Other than that, service and food was great! My waitress made sure we always had something to drink. I love coming here whenever I am in the mood for seafood.
Very good service and delicious food.
Very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend for fish lovers.
Food was excellent and service was great. A lot of restaurants don't have enough staff but King's Fish House did a great job of serving us. We had a 6:00PM and only had to wait 5 minutes to get our table. Very enjoyable evening out!
As always the food was great. A little slow in receiving our apps, but when we did get the apps, the salads and soup came also. That is not what we wanted to get: everything on top of each other. Our entrees were good. The crab cakes were fabulous. Our one guest said the salmon was tasteless. No flavor. They had to add pesto mayo from the artichoke app to make it appealing to eat. Come on King's Fish House, we have had the salmon before and it had flavor, but not this time. The catfish was ordered fried and well, it was too dry. Lackless flavor as well. We will be back and hopefully the cooks/chefs will improve.
Great drinks, fantastic crab cakes, wedge salad was delicious, and loved the steak and lobster tail.
Husband’s 70th birthday. Celebrated with friends. Every single one of us (6 people) commented on how good our dinners were. The whole experience could not have been better. They gave us a free bread pudding to share and it was delicious. We were all extremely happy the waiters and waitresses did not sing to to my husband. That is something none of us enjoy. We all just love a low key celebration and that’s exactly what we got.
Thank you all.
We love King’s! Great menu, service, and drinks.
Our first time to this restaurant. The food and server was great. If I had one thing I didn’t like was the loud noise from outside the patio.
Oyster sampler was great so was the app platter. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu
Nicole is an amazing server!
We will definitely be back.
Always a great experience
Wonderful food and service! Took a friend for the first time and she loved it! I recommend the blackened halibut and their basil vinegar dressing for the salad!
Water was delivered to table with fly in the ice. Placed an order for grilled salmon and Wild Mexican shrimp plate. We waited 30+min to be served and the salmon was severely undercooked. 2 of 6 shrimps were chewy/didn’t taste right. Waited another 15minutes for replacement salmon. Management did apologize for the quality of the food and did not charge me for the fish. Highly disappointed; this place used to be good.
