   Food is “fine”. Nothing special or memorable. Typically over priced for the Djstrict. One appetizer, three mains (one salad, one sandwich, one grilled fish), two beers and one cocktail was $200. Won’t be back anytime soon.

   Came to celebrate my birthday. They acknowledged it right as we checked in and gave the two of us a generously sized bread pudding as a birthday treat. First class on that! Food was very good. We shared calamari appetizer to start. Very tender and tasty. I had macadamia nut crusted halibut and husband had yellowfin tuna. Each came with two complimentary sides. A little pricey but this was a special occasion and after all, you are getting fish in the desert! Lol. They do carry other fish items that are more reasonable. Everything was delicious and we will be back.

   We had the malpeque oysters, salmon, grilled shrimp and butter cake. Everything was on point and delicious. Food was served quickly and hot. The garlic mash was very yummy also. Outdoor seating was so nice, the misters kept us cool and comfortable. Great lunch spot!

   The restaurant was very busy for a Wednesday night. Our server was ok but she didn't check to see that some of the pre-dinner items had not been delivered. The food was ok. My friends enjoyed their dinners. I had ordered fish and chips. The fish was good but the fries were cold.

   I ordered th grilled scallop dinner. Came with 2 sides. The regular price on their sides is between $8 - $12. The soups are the same price range. No option to sub a cup of soup for a side. Could only sub a green salad smaller than the regular salad (server's words) for a more expensive 'full size' side. The bread was warm, some sort of soudough, darker in color than a regular sourdough, and very tangy. Scallops were great, I chose plain grilled. Flash fried cauliflower tasted burnt (it wasn't but had that taste), the 'housemade mac & cheese' was more mac than cheese. When I got to the bottom of the mac & cheese you would expect some cheese on the plate, but there was not. When the menu said 'housemade' I expected cheesey and decadent. When I was almost done, the server finally came back to check on how my meal was and when I told her about the cauliflower she offered another side, which I chose spinach. It was so bitter, but temperature was hot, unlike my other two sides. In the photo I had already taken a bite of one scallop. Wanted to try an app but with $20 average could not justify it for one person on top of the price of the meal. Not sure I would try it again. When I arrived at the 'entrance' a worker was helping a couple out, but said I could not come in that way because it was a handicap only entrance so I had to walk around to other entrance. No big deal, but a better sign would have been good and what did it matter, she was right there? It was quite empty when I was there for an early dinner so cannot really say how loud it might be when restaurant is full. There is also a server's prep station in the middle of the restaurant with a booth that backs right up to the center where I witnessed a server scraping food, possibly packing a to-go bag, but would have been less than a foot behind someone's head if there was someone in that booth. Just not good for the poor people that would be sitting there. A definite dissapointment overall.

   We have bragged about Kings fish house. So we brought friends. We were here about a month ago and we ordered the same thing we did this evening the first time, the $83 crab legs were amazing. And the trout my husband ordered was a good size This time, the portions were super small. For an $83 LB crab legs dinner, I was astonished. And the trout was super small. My friends did like like the fish and chips and the fish dish. I don’t know what has happened, but my husband and I were very disappointed. The service was very good, very attentive.

    We decided to try the King's Fish House after many years and I hate to say this, but it still was not that good. My husband said his mahi mahi was very bland. My shrimp was not very tasty. I think the only thing that was pretty good was the fried shrimp our friend had. Guess we will wait another 10 years to try it again.

    Service was great! Fish was cooked exceptionally well, but the sides were not up to par with the price point or the quality of the fish. Mac n cheese was dry and cold. The asparagus was practically raw. Dessert options were good, the buttercake was amazing! Some great options on the menu, but others are a miss.

    Loved sitting outside! Going through main dining room to get to outdoor seating, you can tell the difference in the noise level. Noise level in main dining room is too loud. You should look into some noise canceling aesthetics.

    Kings fish house Henderson is an excellent option for dinner. Far enough away from the congestion on the strip but near enough to feel comfortable. Driving home after a wonderful, seafood dinner.

    I was totally disappointed with Kings Fishhouse. The service was sup par. I had a reservation and still had to wait over 30 minutes for a table. Also the food was not and the service not good at all. I've been there several times and this was the worst.

    We chose to eat here on Mothers Day and enjoyed ourselves. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and added Brussel sprouts to my meal, my husband had the Surf & Turf and the kids chose grilled cheese. All our meals were cooked perfectly. I felt the bartenders were off, not in their best game. My first drink was a Moscow Mule and I sent it back, I then ordered a Mojito and it was delicious. Hubby ordered ol faithful Long Island. Lastly, we had reservations and we waited about 10 min for our reservation…. We’ve had worse and better. I highly recommend making reservations.     Customer service was great. Quality of food was not what we expected. While my sushi platters were very good, My wife's chicken dinner was overcooked and dry. I can understand why prices are higher but the quality of the food and the size of the porions have gone south.

    Depending on what you get, some food is pricey. The taste was very rich in flavor & so good. The staff was so friendly & very thankful I had made reservations over a week prior. Will for sure be back to try something different each time. I know Black is the dress code for workers but wish there would be different colors/lighter material in certain months because of this horrific heat. My hat off for all you employees who make it a great place to eat👏👏🎉❤️

    We had an early Mother's Day lunch at the Green Valley Ranch King's Fish House in Henderson. With multiple servers helping each other, service could not have been nicer! Food variety is always excellent. We've been to this location three times within the last 30 days, and I'm guessing there will be more visits in the near future!
