The actual place didn’t look like the pictures that were shown on open table. Food was good, service was good in some cases and lacking in other areas. What they did wrong, they made up for it in other areas. For causal dinning, it would be ok, for any special dinning, not the place. Kind of a bar and a place to eat all mixed up together.

Service and food was great, but it was frustrating that I didn't receive my points from Open Table. I chose the restaurant and time slot because of the 1,000 point bonus. Somehow I didn't get checked in properly, and my points never did show up. After I called the restaurant, the manager came up with a solution; however, I got 100 points in my account instead of the 1,000. Emailed Open Table and they suggested I wait a week to see if it gets credited. I'm thinking that's unlikely.

Just chose this at random while in town. The restaurant is in THe Hilton and off the hallway in the hotel where there is also common area and a Starbucks. That being said the food and service was good. Ambience lacked.

Everything we ordered at our table was great. My wife had some kind of seafood pot pie which she said was delicious. I don't eat seafood, but she loves it. I had the fish and chips. Fish is different than seafood, I know what you're thinking. It was great, I had to ask for the malt vinegar, but when I did the waitress brought it quickly. Our friends had the Rueben sandwich a flatbread pizza and a cobb salad. The only complaint was that the menu listed romaine lettuce in the Cobb salad and it was a mix of greens without any romaine.

My wife and I came here for the first time on a Thursday night for her birthday. We had our choice of seating which was a quiet table in the corner. There were maybe two other couples and some friends in the restaurant. Our server was Melissa and she was very attentive in a good way. Not over bearing and very friendly.

The food was amazing! We started with the beer cheese fondue. It was awesome. For dinner my wife had the fish and chips which she raved about. Very fresh and filling. I had the bruh mac and cheese. It was very filling and the portion was great. I don't do the extra fancy.

We also had a drink each and all together with our appetizer and dinner it came to like 60 bucks which we thought was extremely reasonable considering the location and portions.

I could see how parking could be weird since its in the bottom of a hotel, but at the same time since its at the top of king street it wasn't a big deal trying to find something.

We will def be back!

The service wasn't very good... Ordered a bottle of wine and it came out with a glass that was fresh out of the dishwasher and was still soaking wet and still had lipstick marks all over the rim. I mentioned this to the service and she continued corking the wine and left the open bottle on the table. She brought back a new glass and sat it there.... No tasting, and walked away.
So, it's safe to say that the server needs to learn how to properly serve a bottle of wine!
She walked away and we still wanted to order appetizers, but we had to wait for her to come back. All the while she was just standing at the bar, looking around, doing nothing.

At least the food was good... We really liked everything we ordered.

But we definitely didn't appreciate the bad service.

Ribeye was great, salmon was great, Bistro steak was overcooked. Sides were very good.
