Service was great, overall food was good however we were there for brunch and most of the egg dishes were over cooked like the poached eggs.
Went to King+Duke to celebrate my birthday with friends this past weekend. The service, food - ordered the bronzino was AMAZING!!! To top off the night, I ended dinner w the sticky toffee bread pudding! Go there and try it, it’s the best!! ☺️
Not great service this past time, we waited for a long time for everything
Great food great service
Perfect night!
Birthday dinner. Always a great experience
We had a waitress "in training" who was fabulous. If they hadn't told us she was almost done with training we wouldn't have known. She did a wonderful job.
Great Everything! 5 Stars...will definitely be returning very soon!
Food was terrible, however the waitress was very good. Unfortunately will not go back.
Our waiter, Jonathan was outstanding! We enjoyed such a lovely holiday dinner! One of our favorite places to dine in Atlanta ! Thank you for an incredible meal ! Oh ...the mussels, scallops and pork chop are the BEST!!
My mom came into town and wanted to take her to one of my fav spots. She loved her burger and Taliah was awesome! She was very genuine and generous
K&D has become out go to spot for a rare night out. We love the atmosphere (neat open grill area and cool bar) and the food is great. The pork chop was the best we've ever had and the mussels appetizer was fabulous. Service is always great, and Brian really knows his stuff. We'll be back.
We had a large party and our server was very accommodating. Everyone loved their meal. Thank you for a fabulous birthday dinner King + Duke!
Great food, service, ambiance. We had the king and the flavor were explosive and the Rib Eye was very tender.
The poppers are amazing and it is a treat to experience them. Not sure how they are made but they sure are amazing.
This is by far my favorite restaurant in Atlanta.
What a wonderful evening! Our waitress, Lauren, was knowledgeable, engaging and attentive. The food and drinks were spectacular and the presentation was beautiful. The ambiance was just the right mix of casual but classy and we felt comfortable to take our time and really enjoy the meal and conversation without any rush.
The food is good but overpriced. Nothing that is truly spectacular about the food. Our server Cameron was outstanding though.
This is one of my favorite places to eat in Buckhead. I have never had a bad experience and the food is always amazing! 10/10 would recommend!
I always have great food and very good service at King + Duke. There is always something new on the menu to try as well.
We had a party of 8. Our server was engaging, professional and attentive. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was excellent. Will be returning in very near future!
Great service, Toki was amazing. Food was good. We had to wait longer than I would have expected given that we had a reservation. The host apologized but it impacted our plans after dinner.
My experience at king + Duke was simply amazing. The staff was polite and courteous. My server Cody was patient and attentive. The food came out in a timely manner, The decor and ambience was comforting. The food was delicious.
Great service and delicious food. Conveniently located with validated valet parking.
Sunday night, not very crowded. Friendly staff, but, service slow and food slower to arrive. Prices a bit high for Atlanta ($51 duck entree) in a casual setting, and food was cold when served. Skipped dessert. 10+ minutes waiting to sign check after giving cc added insult. Too many choices in Atlanta for me to recommend this one.
King and Duke was amazing to work with for our event! They ended up putting us in a private room and provided excellent service for our friend's baby shower. Once the food started arriving at the table, I was sure we picked the right place to have this shower. I had the beet salad, biscuits and apple muffins. They were all amazing!
I'd recommend this place for the food AND the service!
This is one of our FAVORITE places to eat. The food is always amazing with GREAT service. Such a unique atmosphere, it is always a pleasure to dine here!
First time visiting loved the decor , portion size very generous, and the Lead Lady of the House Annie Bradley made sure our experience was spectacular. Repeat Customer, Check.
We enjoyed a fantatsic brunch at King & Duke! We were in Atlanta from Fort Worth Texas to attend a concert. This restaurant popped up on Trip Advisor ,and was near our hotel. The portions were more than we could eat and each item we ordered was top notch. We wish we lived in Atlanta as we would frequent King & David more often and would have taken what we didnt eat home to enjoy later. We ordered the cinnamon rolls (2 were served), biscuits with butter and honey (three were served), french toast, and the mash with potatoes, braised short ribs, poached egg and onion. TWe really hope that the couple sitting next to us ate our last biscuit.. we offered...they were tempted! This meal was ample and would have easily served 4 adults for a satisfying Sunday morning brunch.
The Heritage pork chop is the best ever! Big enough for 2 to share. The best was so tender and moist. My husband was craving good pork chop and this place over delivered! I will return for sure when I get the chance to return to Buckhead.
Our server Jenae was excellent. She went above and beyond to provide the perfect anniversary dinner for us.
King + Duke is consistently one of the best in Atlanta!
Freezing cold room; even host and server agreed it was too cold. When we asked for a warmer spot, we were told it was all cold. The restaurant was almost empty when we dined at 1:15 on a Thursday, but it still took more than 20 minutes for our soups to arrive. We were disappointed that some of our favorites had been removed from the lunch menu, but what we did order was delicious. Maybe back, maybe not.
Unusual and tasty food choices.
Everything about the restaurant is top notch, except for the amount of time that it took for the food to come out. We were on the early side of dinner service with maybe a third of the restaurant full and the food took well over an hour to come out. We had five entrees. Food was delicious, drinks were delicious, service was impeccable, but the food took way too long. Will come back and hope that the food comes out a bit quicker.
Usually love this place but very disappointed by the food. Ordered the 5 egg omelet and it came out incorrect (which is totally fine). However, when they had it remade and it came back to the table it looked very unappetizing. It was very messy with cheese melted everywhere and it just looked very unappetizing. Kitchen should have taken more time in remaking especially since I had to wait longer anyway.
We had a great experience for our first anniversary!!
So, my wife and I have a six month old baby girl--we used to frequent places like King + Duke. It had been awhile since we have had freedom to enjoy a night out. Tonight was the first date-night in a good while. We had a reservation at 8:30. We arrived 30 minutes prior and had a very pleasant time at the bar. Eventually, we moved to our table and Dwayne, our server, greeted us promptly. I asked him for suggestions for a starter and they were spot on--the lobster fritters are delicious. We ordered our food--my wife the duck and the lamb ribs for me. Dwyane also suggested the acorn squash as a side--it was mind-blowingly good. Two fantastic suggestions from him. My wife's duck was amazing as well. Unfortunately, the lamb ribs were so burnt that the bones broke when I tried to separate them. Within five minutes of figuring this out, a manager asked how our meal was unprompted. I hate to complain but showed him the ribs and he said they never should have made it out of the kitchen. He asked me if I would like them to prepare the same thing or something other in it's place. I opted for the duck. He then said he would be taking both off our bill--above and beyond service. Dwyane continued to be a stellar server and apologize even though it most certainly was not his doing. We finished our meal, paid, and made sure to tip our server extra for his great service and the food that was removed from our bill. Even though something went wrong with the meal, King + Duke was so classy in rectifying the situation, that I feel more strongly about their establishment.
It was fine. Food was a bit overpriced for the quality. We ordered the $16 shrimp appetizer which came with 5 pieces of shrimp. The shells were extremely hard to peel off. Unusually hard.
Service was the STAR. Our server went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. Food was phenomenal with great flavor from the hearth. Only complaint: no room for dessert!
Great service and food! Can’t wait to go back!
Great service and food
