The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The food is excellently prepared and presented. Vast wine list and specialty drinks for everyone. I have never had a bad experience with them.

We enjoyed a wonderful flavorful dinner on our first visit to Kincaid’s. Our waiter was knowledgeable and fun and gave us great ideas for a return visit in the winter when all the pretty white lights grace the snow laden trees that overlook the front windows. That is exactly where we will reserve a spot!

Great main food and service in the bar area. The crab dip is just not as good and filling as it used to be. Too much mayo and onions. Done on the top, barely warm inside. Other than that, very good!

Kinkaid's has a big menu, so there is something for everyone. Not cheap, but portions are large, and if you choose to "eat a little," the soups and salads are wonderful, too. High quality with anything you choose.

Slow service and waiter; maybe because it was a Sunday night. Could see him talking for a long time a few times to the table ahead of us while we waited for various services throughout the night.

Very good server, food was good but not wow. We had steak and ribs each and shared a little back and forth. Went before a hockey game, great location close walk to the game!
I would go again.

The service was attentive and cordial. I ordered a salmon entrée with roasted vegetables, that was cooked properly, but lacked flavor and the vegetables were overcooked, hard, and tasteless. I know I could have advised the waitress, but did not want to wait for a replacement and did not expect any other dish would be better. The menu needs an overhaul and the kitchen needs a more creative and competent chef.

The food was delicious and large portions. We needed doggie bags. The service was terrific. Good recommendations from the menu. The calamari appetizer was absolutely yummy. We had the "date night" special. It was great value for great food.

Wasn't crowded but server too spaced out to get back to us with answer about an appetizer ingredient. Also, entrées way over-breaded/crusted.

Appetizer and salads were fine. The 2 main course Filet mignons were ordered medium and one came out blood red and the other was overcooked with no pink at all. Not the way they should have been cooked at all. Have been here many times without a problem. Was not a good outing for our relatives. We know the food is top knotch but they didn't see it that way.

Great ambiance and service. Extremely pleasant dining experience....but food was not up to par. Walleye was lacking flavor and freshness was questionable. Salad, bread and dessert we're fabulous, but the entree was the disappointment.

As a vegetarian I am generally hesitant to eat at a restaurant like Kincaids but they always accommodate us and we leave happy and full. We will be back.

I made reservations for dinner before a concert we were attending nearby. The waiter never refilled my water or asked me if I wanted another drink. The food was not great (I ordered the seafood salad and the salmon was brown and slimy on the bottom and the lettuce was not fresh). My boyfriend's steak was just ok, nothing spectacular. We were both thoroughly disappointed in both the service and food. We will not be returning.

Outstanding in every way, beautiful, immaculate, classy. Reception warm, friendly, professional. Waite staff informed, smart, sharp, fun and caring without being annoying, that is a science and you knocked it out of the park. My potential clients were impressed and I think it may have helped us close a deal!!!

Kincaids is always awesome, in every way. It's pricey so you probably don't go there every week, but when you do, it is a special event.

The food is amazing, from appetizer to desert. You are going to pay a lot for it, but if you have it to spend, this is the place to do it (it's our birthday restaurant of choice).

Kincaids has a really fun bar, almost more impressive than the dining room. The gin basil gimlet on happy hour was superb. Prime rib so-so but the potato mash and seasonal veg was outstanding. Best burnt creme dessert ever - avoid the key lime pie.

Went before the Imagine Dragon's concert. Arrived early (5:45pm reservation). Had the absolutely most wonderful server I have had in a long, long time - happy, friendly, attentive but not overly so. My 21 yo son was with me and the server couldn't have been nicer to him. We both had the Caesar salad which was fine (I appreciated the portion wasn't too large), and the Kincaid's Filet Mignon. The steak was very tender with very good mushrooms (would have liked more of them) and served over mashed potatoes. My son ate all his and I had a 1/2 steak to take home.

We were EXTREMELY disappointed in our short ribs dinners. We've been waiting all summer with our mouths' watering in anticipation of hockey season to have your short ribs. They were dry, chewy and had minimal flavor. This is in direct contrast to our experiences in the past. Very surprising. Actually it was unbelievable. I've bee ln eating at Kincaids since it opened in Bloomington. It was my mother's favorite. My attorney's office is in the same building and we often have lunch there. I have never had a bad meal at either location. Not sure what happened. Thought you should know. Best, Jim C. PS. We will be back.
