Kincaids is a treat. The food and service is exceptional.
Great service. Always great food.
I came out for dinner before a concert with my friends and the service was top notch and the food was OUTSTANDING !
love the Lavender martini, makes a great vodka tonic, all the food was scrumptious and the decor is pleasant too- we had the BEST waitress!!!
The staff were appropriate and friendly. The calamari was cooked beautifully as well as was the N.Y. Steak done just the way I asked. I/We would go again.
We attend the hockey tourney every year. Part of our tradition is to go to Kincaid’s for a nice meal without loud fans all around.
Great happy hour specials in the bar for drinks and bites. Awesome option for pre-hockey games!
We had great service. Literally- our server was awesome!!!!
Brie plate was uber yummy as always.
Rick was very menu knowledgeable, wine knowledgeable, and beer knowledgeable, we had a wonderful dinner and experience... ask for Rick he was GREAT! Black prime rib was INCREDIBLE., Ricks suggestion! Made an ANNIVERSARY special.
Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Kincaid’s. The Ahi Tuna and Sea Scallops we’re both excellent. The waiter was engaging, but not intrusive.
That was the best New York strip I ever had. The combination of blue cheese and vegetables was delicious. The service was great. Attentive but not smothering. The dessert was also delicious. I will definitely be returning.
Steaks took about a hour and a half to get to the table. Aged in house don't think so per the server.
Asked for and got a wonderful corner table. Service was outstanding. Food was great. Environment was just superb.
The food was great as usual and the staff is wonderful
Nice meal with wife and friends. The restaurant was full yet the service was great.
Amazing experience once again, this is an annual dinner for us on valentine's day. 2 new York strips were prepared perfectly and Rick went above and beyond, best service we've ever had in St. Paul!
The waitress was very friendly. The service was very good. We had a semi private room which was very nice. The food was excellent. The drinks were very good. The waitress did not continually bother us but was aware of what we liked and desired.
We had great service and delicious food. We will definitely go back again.
The food quality was only exceeded by the superb knowledgeable service from our outstanding server. Great ambiance and supportive place for conversation.
We like Kincaid's a lot. The food is always very good - try the salmon - and the service is outstanding. We had lunch during the restaurant week and the lunch was more like a dinner with the amount of food. Enjoyed a martini for a leisurely lunch .
Bjorn did a very nice job. Steelhead very moist.
We had a great server, Bjron, who anticipated our every need. We were there for Restaurant Week but checked out the lunch menu and am planning on taking my Uncle to the one in Bloomington as we eat out monthly and I think he would love the menu. I also love all the dark wood making the place very warm.
Nice place for good food and conversation. Great steaks!
It was a birthday celebration for my spouse’s sister. Courtney, our server, was spectacular- friendly, funny, attentive and very helpful.
Date day with my husband. Decided to check this place out during restaurant week.
Service was very good. Beautiful ambiance. Food was ok, but not worth the price. The open faced crab sandwich was covered in melted cheese and not in a good way.
Everything else was good.
Kincaid's is great! Quality food great environment. Our server was AWESOME!
We went on a Monday night during restaurant week. My husband ordered Prime Rib off the regular menu, I ordered off the restaurant week menu. I had the burger which was HUGE and came fries and coleslaw. With the salad and dessert it was a lot of food. For dessert we chose the burnt creme which was delicious. Service was great!
We had a coupon. It was honored with dignity, not distain. The food, and service was wonderful. I ordered a drink with vodka and was a bit taken aback when I got the bill as they used Grey Goose without even asking.
We sat in the bar area to take advantage of the Happy Hour on a Wild game night. Had the sampler - tenderloin, prawns & artichoke dip. Nice house wines & specialty drinks. Erin, our server, was attentive an provided excellent service.
Their fish is always very tasty alone with professional and friendly service.
Valentine's Day dinner was wonderful complete with sampler appetizer, salad, soup and entrée. Food was flavorful and so enjoyable. Temperature of meat was perfect with one of us ordering medium and the other medium well. Servers were attentive without being intrusive. We had a lovely time. Still my favorite place to go for a special night out.
The food and service was outstanding. We will definitely be back for another GREAT meal in the very near future.
Always great experience....never disappointed. Great atmosphere with knowledgeable, professional staff.
Terrible Valentines Day lunch. It began with a dirty plate, apparently an unwashed bread plate on the table which I ignored rather than spoiling the lunch for my wife by just setting it aside. Then the waitress recommended the Waygu meatloaf which we both ordered. After ordering she returned a few minutes later, embarrassed to say it was no longer available! This was an 11:30 reservation! Amazingly poor management.
Then we reordered the Chicken Dijon and the French Dip sandwich. The chicken was basically a dry breaded chicken cutlet and the French dip was flavorless and dry with only enough dip for half the sandwich. The side fries were unseasoned and no where near fine restaurant quality.
After eating less than half of our meal we thought they at least had to have decent desserts so we tried the Creme Brulee and Pear Bread Pudding. Oh my!
The Creme Brûlée had obviously sat in the fridge long enough to make the top mush. It’s suppose to crack since the torched top sugar layer is created at decent restaurants just before serving. You can buy better Creme Brulee that sits in the glassed fridge for hours at Kowalski's. The bread pudding was dry and flavorless......obviously left over from at least a day ago. We only took a few bites of the desserts, sipped a little of their surprisingly bitter coffee that must have been left in the pot for sometime, paid our check and left feeling sorry for the good waitress who had to serve us this mess of a meal. (I'd hire the waitress in a minute but fire the management and chef even faster.)
There was a time when this was a good dining option, and I’m betting the Bloomington Kincaid’s is still pretty good, but a $100 bill here for one of the worst lunches in memory, and less satisfying than a $15 Culver’s meal, is moronic. Talk about an awful downhill slide, this is a place to never return to.
I’ll take my wife to Lake Elmo Inn tonight to make it up to her. Happy Valentines Day......Not!
Just took over hour for our food even when people that sat down after us got food way before. I think they thought we weren’t going to wild game so took there time with us. We missed first 15 minutes of game.
Our server Kristien was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable of both food and drinks. She was so genuine which made our occasion that much more special! The timing of the whole staff was spot on. Drinks were well balanced and food was fresh at a perfect temp when served. We both had steaks (med rare) good tenderness and perfect char! Not the best I’ve ever had but very solid.
This is a very beautiful restaurant and our server was outstanding. Also, a lady called to confirm our reservation and she was also fabulous and helpful.
Fabulous food. Our waiter, Rick was exceptional.
The perfect evening.
