Mariah, our server, was amazing! Even the assistant, Jake, was great! Can't wait to go back for the tender porterhouse!
Service was top notch. Food was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly. Will be back!!
I returned to the restaurant for a business lunch and was not disappointed. The service was excellent and supportive of the business conversation. The food was excellent. The menu is properly priced.
We took our grandchildren to Kincade’s or a special lunch. It was my first time at this restaurant but the kids had eaten here several times.
The food was average tasting for the price. I really expected a lot better.
We had friends from San Francisco in town and we wanted to get a good but relaxing meal before the Wild game. All 4 of us had a hard time finding something we wanted on either the bar menu or the dinner menu. The bar menu was very limited for meal type food. We all wanted something more substantial than brie/bread but not a huge meal. We did ask the waitress if they had a fish/chips and she said they did but it was not on the menu.
Always good service and food. We enjoyed the brie appetizer and the salmon entree' prepared just right so it was moist and tasty. Wine with the meal and a slice of pie for dessert capped our meal.
Great waiter and awesome meal....we got the prime rib and lobster and it was excellent....definitely recommend it!
The overall appearance of the restaurant was nice but the service was not good. I had to ask for them to serve us the wine we order. Vegetables were cold and tough.
We were visiting from Florida and loved the food so much that we ate there two nights in a row!
Our waiters were great, particularly dealing with our two teenage grandsons. They catered to their every need. The food was ok, except the spices on the prime rib were too strong and seemed off in flavor--probably won't order that again. The boys enjoyed their steaks and a friend enjoyed the short ribs.
Stopped in for some beverages & nibbles before a Wild game. Was very pleased to find it was happy hour as well!! Drinks were delicious...had an elderflower greyhound & raspberry margarita. We enjoyed Crab & Artichoke Dip that was amazing and also the Sweet Potato Fries with pulled pork & Brie.....such a wonderful mix of flavors!! The burger was great as well. So much quality food & a very small price. Super service as well. We will certainly return!!!
Place has gone downhill. Our service was awful, 3 of 4 steaks were not cooked as directed. My points didn’t get applied to my rewards account. I ate here the night I got engaged 7 years ago, never thought i would post a review like this. I used to love this place.
Slow service. Did not offer us voucher for Parking which cost $10. Found out later that they should have offered us voucher.
What a wonderful place for dinner with my husband. Great night!!!
Ahi tuna was spectacular!
Food was delicious, and not too expensive. Ordered the tomahawk chop- phenomenal! The crab and artichoke dip was amazing. Great place to get delicious food. Best meal out I've ever had.
The service was excellent. Appetizers were overprices and extremely small portions. Entrees were good.
Loved table 63 in the little cubby! Was so quiet and we could have a great conversation. Food as always - delicious!
Great food and service, consistently provided. R The grilled salmon is outstanding.
The food was delicious and it was a very relaxing atmosphere! Will definitely go again!
If the service was better, I would recommend it. We had to wait 15 minutes until our slotted reservation time of 515pm when there were dozens of tables open. The service was extremely slow, took over 2 hours to have dinner with long wait times in between serving our drinks and food. Was only 2 of us. Waitress messed up on our order and charged us for desert when it was included with Kincaids Week. Because of how long it took we decided to bit the bullet on the 5$ instead of fixing it. Food was a positive and good.

Beautiful restaurant with amazing food and great staff to guide you through the experience.
Outstanding food and service! Great place to grab a bite to eat prior to an event or just for a date night!!
Great place--Salmon was wonderful! Service was great!
Our server Sharone was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we had an excellent time!
Valentine’s Day date was great
expensive but VERY good. We went on Valentines day so it was very busy but they still did a great job.
Went there on Valentines Day! Got a great booth. Ambiance was awesome and our server was even better. We eat out a lot so we know what’s good. This was fantastic. Loved the bar before our reservation too.
This is where we go when we want a nice dinner. My wife’s favorite pea salad was not on the menu on Valentine’s Day, but the waiter arranged for it to be prepared. My filet was perfectly done. My wife’s scallops (though smaller than usual) were nicely done. The martinis with blue cheese olives were perfect.
I remember when Kincaid's was a gem. I hadn't eaten there in a few years, so I was excited to snag a last minute Valentine's Day reservation. Unfortunately, our experience was a real let down. The service was fine, but the food was a disappointment. Kincaid's used to have some of the best prime rib around. This time it was ridiculously chewy and was almost inedible. It was probably the worst I've ever had. I should have sent it back, but I was surprised that our server didn't notice my struggle cutting it, or the fact that I only ate a small amount. The porterhouse was decent, with good flavor, but it should be at that price point. Neither of our potato or vegetable sides were good: bland and clearly overcooked. The quality of this establishment has gone down drastically, yet the high price remains. We left disappointed after a $170 tab. There's just too many great options out there for that price.
I ordered a well done steak which was still pink on the inside the value was expensive the menu doesn’t have the prices on it I’m from nyc where the steaks are STEAKS someone told me to try this out never again
Our server was great. She was friendly and outgoing.
The food was great!! Our server did a fabulous job. She answered all of our questions and was very friendly and pleasant. I totally recommend this restaurant.
Most things about our meal were perfect, except one, and that was a biggee . . . the entre. The ambience and service were great, and our pre-dinner lemon drops were perfect. The artichoke appetizer was delicious, as was the dessert. But, we both ordered the prime rib and were very disappointed. The meat was just plain tough, and even hard to cut. It had some flavor, but I have had much better prime rib at lower end restaurants for a fraction of the price. Kinkead's is positioned as a high end steak and seafood restaurant. They just can't serve sub-par prime rib. While the rest of the meal and experience were good, we could not get over the bad main course (with it's high price) and won't be back.
The food and service was outstanding, our waitperson was both professional, and personable. We have dined here numerous times, never a disappointment.
Great wait person. We had a wonderful time. Can't wait to dine at Kincaid's again.
What a fantastic place to go when you have a special occasion. Great food, great service!! I just love it.
Nice fine dining, good for business or special occasions
Not the best experience I’ve had at Kincaids
