We ordered two martini's. My boyfriend's martini arrived in a "typical" martini glass. Mine arrived in a Frank Sinatra 60's era glass that was half the size. I asked our Server to bring me one in a normal size glass. I was told that since I ordered my gin martini stirred, as it should be, it gets a smaller glass. Hmmm, never heard that one, and not acceptable. I requested a normal size glass. When he returned he had merely poured my half drink into the larger glass. I then asked to have him actually fill the glass. He then came back with a shaken drink, which destroys the flavor of the requested drink. I asked to speak to the Manager. Upon hearing my request she argued with me three times before I finally told her I didn't care what their stirred vs. shaken policy was and requested a full drink. I was exceedingly polite, other than the not caring remark, and the situation was finally corrected. I felt compelled to assure her I was happy to pay extra for a full drink. I would have let it go at that unfortunate, extended experience, but when my $29 Seafood Louie Salad arrived it was shredded iceberg lettuce, 4 sliced cherry tomatoes, two shrimp, a smattering of crab meat, and a small piece of salmon. That's not worth $29 anywhere.

Having said all that, I'd like to commend our Server, Roy, for excellent service. Following the Company policy, albeit flawed, was not a negative reflection on him.

We have been to Kincaid's a few times. This was the first time we were not satisfied with the service. I made a reservation for a Saturday night, arrived on time but waited 15 minutes to be seated. Our server took a long time to greet us and come back to take our food order. Our food arrived 45 minutes after we were seated. Many open tables so I don't know why service was so noticeably slow. It may be a while before we return.

We were disappointed during our last visit. We had to remind the server to bring the wine, my salmon was half cooked, the server said happy birthday to the wrong person several times and she didn't ask us if we wanted dessert or coffee.

We were at your restaurant during the holidays and had a wonderful dinner. Not sure what happened last Saturday.

We go to Kincaid's once or twice a year and usually come out very satisfied. The last couple of times however, the food was good, but not great. The service was very good as usual. This might seem a bit picky, but my husband and I both commented on the fact that the tables were absent tablecloths - we seem to remember tablecloths which contribute to this restaurant being one for special occasions.

Kincaids is my favorite restaurant for view and ambiance. I always enjoy my meals. My steak was cooked perfectly, the vegetables were amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the truffle oil. My only critiques would be 1) I wish the menu was a little more creative 2) my salad was drowning in dressing. I love dressing, so for me to say it was a lot says a lot.

EVERYONE working at Kincaid's Redondo Beach is terrific. Food is delicious (not only the entrees but side dishes as well).

As always, Kinkaid's delivered a fabulous New Year's Eve meal. This is our fourth year spending one of our holiday meals at Kinkaid's. We are looking forward to more to come!

Kincaid's met our expectations 100%. I wish we could have gotten a table facing the ocean, but it was getting dark outside anyway. The food, service, and general atmosphere were top-notch. Highly recommended!

Great Food, and great service. I would definitely recommend it to seafood lovers. Their Mahi Mahi was one of the best i ever had
