Food service and location was wonderful we will definitely be back
Great views but unfortunately the food was not very tasty. Service was Not the best. We have been here before & we had better experience.
We just had the best time.
We were not rushed and our waiter left us alone so we could catch up and enjoy the afternoon!
Incredible!!! Great service Pamela our server was spectacular. Thank you all for your kindness ❤️❤️❤️❤️
We left the restaurant saying that from The ever amazing lobster bisque to the best Keylime pie we’ve ever had, our meal was fabulous!
Unfortunately, I found this restaurant to be really mediocre and overpriced. It's a similar concept to the Chart House, but the Chart House does a better job in every respect. I was greeted by a hostess who made a point of telling me that I was late for my reservation (sorry, but there was a disabled person in my party and it took a long time to walk from the parking lot to the restaurant). Once we were seated, I noticed that the restaurant was maybe half full at best, and stayed that way the whole time, so my being a few minutes past my reservation time was inconsequential. The server was very nice but service overall was slow. The food left much to be desired. The focaccia bread is greasy and heavy; the clam chowder was overpowered with bacon; the prime rib was tough and dried out; steak was undercooked and had an odd flavor. Overall, just not great. Chart House is a similar experience with similar menu and the food and service are superior.
The food is not good quality and isn’t prepared very adeptly. If seafood is your mainstay, you need to do it well. I think they’re relying on their waterfront location to carry them. I would not recommend this restaurant Sorry guys .....
Tonight we celebrated my husband’s birthday at Kincaid’s. We both had the scallop special, which we agreed were the best scallops we had wver had. The pier remodel steered us into the large parking structure inatead of the parking lot by the resaurant, but the aignage made it veey eaay to fine our way. Leonardo, our water, was extremely gracious and attentive. What’s not to love?
The Tuesday Date Night menu is a great value for the money. I highly recommended it. Food was very tasty.
Went for Sunday brunch and it is a good trip setting.
Service was really slow and the food was cold.
Great all around. Food was outstanding. Server was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I would definitely recommend Kincaid's for dinner or brunch. The only reason I did not give an overall 5 rating is because it was our anniversary (23rd). After an appetizer and entree, we were too full for dessert. I made this clear to the waiter. He brought a dessert anyway with candles...I assumed on the house. I did not review my check thoroughly and after I had paid and was leaving the restaurant noticed that I was charged $7.95 for the dessert. Disappointed. On our special night, the last thing I wanted to do was get in a snip about the bill so I let it go...or so I thought.
Beautiful waterfront setting, excellent food with good value. Only negative was that there was a large noisy party seated in the middle of the restaurant and it was very difficult to enjoy our conversation. There really was no place to move to escape the loud noise, but eventually they were served and quieted down.
Our server Leo is the best!
Great view and sunset!
Booth upholstery ripped, wood scratched, super slow service, food was served cold....
Not ever going back!
Good food. Beautiful sunset. Great service and our waitress was very engaging and delightful. Highly recommend for special occasions. Unfortunately too pricey to eat there frequently.
We enjoyed our entrees and the attentive service! However, the parking arrangement was less than convenient.
Service was brutally slow, not sure if they were understaffed but the restaurant was not crowded. Waitress seemed overwhelmed
We had a great view of the bay and loved the food and drinks.
We were fortunate enough to have Edgar as our server (whom we have had before). He really knows the menu and takes great care of you.
The last time I was at Kincaids was 12/31/1999! Decided to go back for my daughter's 25th birthday. Food was good - but service was poor. I don't necessarily blame our waiter - he looked like he was working the whole area and overwhelmed. I had to repeatedly ask for refills of ice tea and water - at $4.00 for an ice tea I would like it to be full the whole time! We even asked the servers for help and never got it. We were actually standing up to flag someone down for help. When we were leaving my daughter said "I wish I had another glass of lemonade." That was our lasting impression. I spoke with a friend after our experience and she said she went recently and had the same experience. This was last Sunday at 12:30 for lunch. Thank you.
Great food, great atmosphere, scenic location. Food quality is very consistent and great.
My sister and I had lunch here today. I am always impressed with how quickly we are greeted, seated and addressed by a waiter. We were seated promptly at my "special table", received the menu quickly and given water within minutes. We placed the orders promptly. We ordered Arnold Palmers for our beverage....with free refills. Because we weren't that hungry we both ordered a sandwich/soup dish. We both had the clam chowder and the artichoke/crab sandwich. Again, it was DELICIOUS! Our server was extremely pleasant and very discreet when checking on our needs. The restaurant was quiet enough so we could have a good conversation, which is SO different from so many other restaurants. Between it being difficult to carry on a discussion with your friends/date and the VERY loud music in most restaurants, Kincaid's was a welcomed treat!
I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the dreadful tartar sauce accompanying the fish and chips. But the French fries were to die for, the fish excellent, the cole slaw amazing.
We got there a little before they closed and they were still of utmost excellence. No drop off in service whatsoever—which was very kind since my flight got in late. 😎
It would've been helpful and MUCH EASIER to be on time, if the restaurant and advised that the parking lot was closed and that it would add 15 minutes of walk time to get there AFTER finding parking. Very confusing and frustrating. Front desk/manager was indifferent to the plight of their customers.
Delicious Sunday brunch. Annalise was our server and she was warm and bubbly! Food was delicious, mimosas were lovely and the view is incredible
Delicious food, wonderful view, personable waiters and polite folks. I would only say that I would like larger portions😁👍
My food was dry. My husbands food was over cooked and lacked flavor as well. We based our food choices on the description of our server but it was largely inaccurate.
Also, my mother ordered the full lobster.
I would have thought a proper bib, bowl to put the shells in and a proper wipe at the end would have been included. But none of that occurred either
My husband and I did “date nite” and had a great meal!! A great selection and super generous portions.
The. Device is always on point and food was delicious.
I always have a great experience here. The food, drinks and service is always amazing. I highly recommend going to the restaurant and ladies order the Lavender martini it is always tasty.
First time for us. My sons bday celebration. Arrived for Sunday Brunch around noon. Not crowded but services was very slow. At one point I had to get up and ask for our waitress because it had been a very long time and she was nowhere in sight. When we ordered I asked if my breakfast came with potatoes. She said no. I had to order a side if I wanted that so I did. When my food was served it already had breakfast potatoes. And of course I got the side as well which was not cheap. So I asked her about that and she said
“Well it’s more than just potatoes, it has bacon and stuff”. Which of course completely ignores my question. Either way she never came by to ask how we were doing after the food was delivered. I only gave 10% tip which everyone at the table thought was too generous.
Over priced, salmon not very good, veggies to raw, potatoes still hard, barely cooked, clam chowder just OK, nothing special. (served on the cold side instead of hot) The fried calamari was nothing but over cooked batter. No calamari in sight. Jamieson, the waiter was a chatter box, but his service was pretty poor. Forgot to bring a spoon for the soup, slow at getting back to us. Was not that busy at his stations either. The restaurant was NOT crowded.
My only complaint would be restaurant was not busy and our food took long time.
Food was amazing and our serving was very good!
Both my friend and I have always loved Kincaids. Sitting out over the water at sunset cannot be beat. The food is very creative, beautifully presented, and delicious. The menu offers an extensive selection of fresh fish and seafood, as well as meat and vegetarian options. Unlike many high-end restaurants, Kincaids does not skimp on serving size. You definitely won’t leave hungry.
Great place, great food!
My American Waygu sirloin ordered medium rare was dry with no marbling. The steamed Brussels sprouts were under cooked and hard. My wife's short ribs were excellent and her roasted Brussels sprouts were fine. Her mai tai was the best either of us has tasted.
