   Kincaid's doesn't disappoint. I chose to meet my friends here and we were seated near the large expanse of windows. Our server was professional and efficient. The ambience was quiet despite the dining area being relatively full at lunch time. I enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Salad and lobster bisque. The portions were just right for a light lunch. I appreciated the convenient ramp parking too.

   We had an amazing experience! Best waitress ever Lori Johnson didn’t miss a detail gave great recommendations. The food was cooked perfectly and the taste was superb. It wasn’t just a good steak. The mashed potatoes were to die for good. they have a great team there and it’s a wonderful atmosphere so you can hear conversation!

   Our server, Mark, was outstanding. He answered menu and beverage questions, kept the coffee cup filled without interrupting our conversation and handled the bill promptly. We both enjoyed our lunch meals -- clam chowder and lightly breaded chicken for my spouse, an interesting pea salad (very nice presentation and ingredients mixture) and shrimp scampi for me. I also had the N/A pomegranate Arnold Palmer to drink - beautifully layered and tasty. We had a window table with view of the patio area. Restaurant was very quiet during our early meal, with no one seated ate nearby tables, but was filling rapidly as we finished. Tables are closely spaced - single-file walking to get to/from the table. Parking in the attached ramp is no cost and easy, with elevator or stairs to get to the restaurant at ground level.

   The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. We had a nice table for two next to the glass wall. The only minus was slow service. The staff was great, but the kitchen backed up when it was very busy. I would still go, but don't go if you're in a hurry. Next time, I will bring a deck of cards or something to pass the wait time.
