Really variable service. Had my daughter’s birthday meal here. They took more than 30 minutes after we were ready to give our order (45 minutes after arrival) to take our order. We ordered all together. They brought my 3 yo’s food our almost an hour before our the rest of the party’s order. They did not follow dietary considerations for allergies and were one of our members to eat the dish they ordered how it was taken would’ve had to go to the hospital (fortunately they noticed). They brought out the appetizer after all the main courses had been served. The worst part of it all (why I’m even writing this review) was after all this the attitude was such that they were doing their best, and perhaps we were difficult customers, however these mistakes were made at a time it was not busy and every single thing we ordered came out differently than we had ordered it.

The meal overall was good. We hadn't been to dinner at Kincaids for a while. The soup/salads,
entrees were really good. The dessert, however, was weird. We ordered creme brûlée - it came
out like soup, not custard. It was not creme brûlée at all. They, did however, admit it was not
done properly and offered us another shot at creme brûlée. We didn't take the offer. Jennifer,
a manager, came over to our table to apologize. I felt they should have given a credit on the bill.

Fantastic food! We went for Oakland Restaurant Week and the selection of menus was very good for the price. The food was fresh and tasty, I loved my waygu steak - cooked to perfection.

My husband and I both ordered the Peppercorn steak because of the description on the menu. It turned out to be nothing like the description. There were no peppercorns and the topping which was supposed to contain blue cheese, but barely had any on it. He ordered his steak medium well and I ordered mine medium rare. They were both done the same.

All in all a good meal... Strange to have artichoke hearts in deep fried calamari. Prime rib was good. The serving of salmon was on the small side.

Great lunch combo special options. I had the clam chowder and open face crab sandwich. The staff was excellent. The decor was very nice and they have lots of tables that can get you a view of the water.

It was a number of years since I ate there. I'll be going back more often, I'm sure.

Great date night for couples. The food was delicious. The Lavender Cosmopolitan is a must. The Oven Roasted Crab & Artichoke dip is really good. Overall, I pleasant experience. Must do it again soon!!
