The service is poor and the food is overpriced. I do not intend to refer any friends or family members to this restaurant. Their used to be a lot better, used it for occasion several times in the past. Please improve your services and review your prices.

We have always experienced excellent food at Kincaid's, but I was very disappointed in my Louie Seafood salad for $28 ! There were 2 prawns--not grilled (most restaurants give at least 5), a good size salmon filet--which was overly salted, a little crab...and very little Thousand Island dressing. The drinks were very good. In my many times at Kincaid's--this was a "hit and miss" lunch. I've never been disappointed before ! Our waitress was wonderful !!
What a disappointment this place was! Our view was lovely and that is perhaps the only nice thing I have to say. They were, literally, out of roughly 30% of their menu. The waiter indicated that it had something to do with a change (perhaps in suppliers or ownership) but for a “fancy” place, this is completely unacceptable. An unfortunate choice I made to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from college!
Restaurant was dirty, waiters uniforms were dirty. Lots of drunk loud people at the bar so a nice dinner was out of the question. We couldn't even hear each other talk. Salads were good and the view was good but definitely not worth returning. Dinner was served prior to removing our salad plates so it makes for an awkward clear your own dish moment. Took our forks with our salad plates and forgot to return with new ones so dinner was quite cold. Never refilled our tea or water. So disappointing. Seafood pasta was very greasy, tons of oil.

The services and wait staff were impeccable but the food could of taste better. The menu choices were limited and they weren’t serving the buffalo chicken wings that we so much enjoy and my wife myself and others in our party.
We were seated waterfront and the hostess kept us informed of when we were to be seated. Server was very attentive. Food was delicious. Dessert was even better.
Expensive. Food was good. Long wait even with a reservation. Employees said computer problem caused delay. We enjoyed the food and gracious waitress.
Mothers Day brunch was unmemorable. Food just okay. The view was the best part.
Great service, ambiance, and food! Quality of food and drinks definitely worth the price. We will be back!
Everything was good but my husband wanted his burger well done they tried twice but it was still pink guess they just put it in the microwave. The waiter apologized and took it off the bill. But in reality I would have thought the chef would come out himself and apologize. That did not happen. So, my husband had to just eat bread and fries to get full. when we left the cooks said goodbye have a nice day
no apologies from them. If I were a chef I would do my best to make the customer happy. Kincaids needs
to train the chef's more. I have been going there since I was 5 years old or younger now I am 48years old
and VERY DISAPPOINTED of one of my favorite places to eat. Now my husband doesn't want to go back.
I’ve been to Kincaids many times for family events with a party of 30 to a party of four and the quality of the food, cleanliness and thorough planning from the front of the house has gotten worse throughout the years.
We like sitting by the window for the views and specifically requested a table near the window. We arrived early and checked in and noticed a lot of running around with the hosts and hostesses, scrambling but no one taking a lead into what needs to happen. They offered us a table within 20 minutes with a view but not by the window and since we were hungry we took it.
As we were walking to our tables there were two empty tables by the window, available but was told it was for earlier reservations. Come to find out, the tables in fact were available and was saved for friends of the hostess whom had a later reservations than mine.
People were taking tables and seating themselves before a host or hostess would seat them. What did the staff say, nothing! Absolutely nothing and handed out menus. No policing, not asking them to comply with the rules and wait, nothing. Completely ridiculous.
After the meal it’s not worth complaining to the staff as they could give two cares about it. I hope the restaurant turns around or it will end up like Hs Lordships, another memory.
The worst lobster that I have ever had. The carpets are filthy
Like it, love it and I can’t wait to go back.
The greeters, hostess and service were excellent. Our soup wasn’t hot, the calamari was good (not great - lacked seasoning); my kale salad was very good; my husband liked the artichoke dip but hated his Caesar salad and only took two bites. We didn’t discuss the food with our friends as we were too busy chatting and catching up. So, we can only assume the opinion was consistent overall as none of our plates were empty and no one wanted boxes to go for the food that remained. Too pricey for the taste of the food to just be so-so.
I had family visiting from out of town. The view of San Francisco from our table was beautiful. The food was very delicious and the wait staff was kind and attentive.
The restaurant has gone down over the years. This is why the dinning room was less than half full the entire evening. It was difficult to get wait service. During our meal and afterwards we sat as much as 20 minutes trying to get someone to attend to us. Especially when seeking to leave. We just waited but no one came. It was a birthday occasion that they knew of and they never asked us what we’d like the birthday guest dessert to be. That just brought something out at the moment we had assumed they forgot and we were ready to leave. What came out was something no even eats. The sad thing is that it appeared on the bill as if we requested that dish. In the past these experiences were done well at this location, but not any more. The food was saturated with sauces to the point you couldn’t taste the real dish.
Yummy food. (We knew it would be. We love Kincaid’s Burlingame.) The food was all well prepared. Drinks came quickly as did appetizers. The views of the water and boats made an excellent back drop. Parking was $8.25 (4 hours meal with validation.) we parked right there at Jack London Square. It was a perfect evening and Kincaid’s was the reason why.
Thanks folks !
And special thanks to our server / table side photographer.
We had a great and relaxing dinner. My daughter enjoyed her birthday celebration and we also loved the view.
Great location, Great ambiance, and Great Service. Nick, our server and Zach, the manager were awesome! Food is good, but it could be better.
Love Jack London Square, and we got a lovely seat by the window. We checked in on time but were made to wait an extra 15 minutes when there were plenty of empty tables in open sections (we think the hosts were protecting their servers who had gotten some big tables seated directly before us, but we were told “we are just cleaning some tables for you”, when we could see the table we were sent to the whole time). The food came quickly, but was disappointing. The crab salad sandwich was mostly mayo and cheese, with tasteless lumps of what we expect was real crab. The prime rib French dip was over cooked, the slaw was nicely crunchy but also without flavor, and the bacon Asiago fries has so much raw garlic to render it inedible. The best part of the meal was the bread on both sandwiches. The restaurant is not adhering to California’s straw law; a straw arrived in my drink, even though I had a reusable straw ready in my pocket (I suppose their straw may have been compostible, but it felt like plastic).
Overall we had a lovely Easter Brunch at Kincaid's. We were seated right by the window so we could enjoy the view, and we both liked the Blueberry Muffin French Toast. Service could have been a little faster, but it was a busy holiday and we weren't rushed so it wasn't really a problem.
Outstanding birthday dinner with super friendly service and fantastic food.
Service not good!
Waiteess was not attentive although the support staff was excellent. We had a party of 8 with gratuity incurred included so perhaps the waitress took advantage of that.

Celebrating my 55th Birthday was so nice with my two besties. We had a good time despite a snafu with food items which was immediately corrected. Thanks Kincaid’s for making my Birthday so pleasant.

The ambiance was very nice, restaurant was relatively quiet. The food service personnel were very attentive but we never felt rushed. The bartender service was also very good but understated, The as always was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food here is typically good. Very pricey however with some menu items.
Hello and thank you for taking the time to review Kincaid's in Jack London Square. we are pleased that you enjoyed dining with us we hope to see you again soon! Have a great weekend!
Our waiter needs more customer service training. Should be polite he needs to interruptin a conversation like “excuse me”....Some knowledge of alcohol beverage so he/she can make suggestions especially if customer is not sure what to have.

Birthday- loved the experience
Happy Birthday!!!! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your visit. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
I ordered the breakfast, English Muffins, Bacon, Potatoes and Eggs. I told the waiter, eggs soft. When my dish came, the eggs were hard and look like they were old, So I reordered the eggs, still was not soft the way I like them, but better, the potatoes had good favor, but looked old and was given a very little amount. English Muffin and bacon was fine. I use to visit Kincaids back in the day for HR and it was good. Oh, The Calamari appetizer and the Lemon Drop was on hit.

Very nice...window view was pretty, food was good and our service was excellent...!
I hadn’t been to Kincaids in several years. So disappointed with our dinner. We had a reservation but certainly didn’t need one. There were 2 tables at 6. When we left at 7:30 there were 7 tables. It was sad but understandable. Our steaks lacked quality, vegetables were over cooked and mashed potatoes were lukewarm. I would rate the food a C- The high point was out server. She was friendly, responsive and attentive. But her friendliness couldn’t overcome the bad food. We will not be back. Sad to see a restaurant that used to thrive fall so far.
Absolutely great evening with family food was scrumptious and everyone was pleased with their meal...all different. Our waitress Christian (not sure of spelling) she was patient, helpful in sharing tips on the meals, personable and very accommodating. Thank you for our wonderful experience.
Fabulous food. Beautiful view of sailboats and paddle boarders. Wonderful time celebrating birthdays.
I've walked past Kincaid's at least a dozen times and I'm so glad I finally popped in. Great view, friendly service (especially the delightful Swedish bartender named Pia), and terrific food. I'll definitely be back, with friends or a date.
Three out of four entrees were acceptable to good. My prime rib was sub-par -- the meat being very scrappy and cooked medium well instead of medium rare as ordered. My vegetables were also a strange mix with under-cooked onions and over-cooked (almost burnt) carrots and squash. Calamari appetizer was OK with good dipping sauces and garlic bread was excellent.
It was a really nice place to eat. Nice view and the employees were amazing. Definitely would go eat there again!
My experience was wonderful: great food, fantastic view and excellent service.
