Excellent food and atmosphere
We had a wonderful time at Kincaid grille! Would definitely recommend this place for casual fine dining experience!
Classy, fabulous meal-as usual.
Very nice time
We had a great meal and great service! The wine pairings with our food were excellent as well. We will keep going!
Thank you :)
Enjoyed a nice dinner out with good friends to celebrate a birthday. Food, wine and service was amazing.
Very nice ambiance and food was delicious! Compliments to staff for friendly and professional service!
Great New York steak, perfectly cooked. Attentive service and low noise level. Great job!
Great food, excellent service! Don’t miss the soufflé!
another wonderful dining experience at Kincaid Grill!
We enjoyed the 5-course tasting menu, along with the wine pairing. Everything was delicious, but the Alaskan Black Cod was outstanding.
Our waitress gave us a wonderful choice of wine and recommended great one for me! She was cheerful and excellent.
The food was great but the real reason we went was for dessert. The soufflé was out of this world! Next time we’ll just go for dessert but everything was great.
About three years ago I had the best meal of my life. Can't believe I waited so long to come back. I had extremely high expectations when I arrived and is worried that they could not be attained. Not only where my expectations attained, but they were surpassed. The wait staff is extremely friendly the food is the best I have ever had. I really look forward to my next visit
I went here with my girlfriend of five years just to treat her and celebrate her new job. I had no idea what I was stepping into I was just going by reviews. I was happy to see that the reviews were all true the food was absolutely outstanding I had the black card with risotto and she had the scallops. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was impeccable we we shared the chocolate soufflé for dessert hey we had a wonderful bottle of wine. The wait staff was incredibly attentive and informative. I highly recommend this place.
We arrived on time for an 8 pm reservation and the restaurant had 1/3 of total seats available at the time but the hostess took us back to the table that was closest to the kitchen and was not fully set. I am really unsure of why she walked us past multiple other set tables to what is arguably the worst table in the house. Those other tables remained empty for the remainder of the evening as our reservation was a late one. A little more thoughtfulness of her part would've turned a good evening into a great one. The food was excellent and our waiter was friendly and attentive, just a little effort from the hostess would've gone a long way.
Black Cod and Scallops were cooked well. Remaining greens and starch preparations were uninspired, bland and masked the quality of the seafood. Restaurant was cold. Brrrr! Our waitress did recommend a good wine selection.
It was great, except that our table and my chair was wobbly.
First trip there and will definately be back. Food was wonderful and service was spot on. Our only issue was it was a bit noisy and hard to have a quiet conversation.
Excellent service and food. I took someone who is very picky here for the first time, over a week later they can not stop talking about the food.
First rate experience.
Saw the Duck on the chef special menu and timing was right for my Mother's Birthday! She and my brother (a retired cook) can be hard to please when eating out. They both proclaimed this the best duck dinner in town! Everyone in our party of 5 had exquisite meals from bread basket to dessert. Excellent, friendly, witty server. We had a great time and will be back.
Simply one of the best restaurants in Anchorage. In a league of their own, from food to service.
Nice quiet ambiance at unexpected location within a small strip mall.
My wife ordered the filet mignon and I ordered the scallops. Both were delicious and we ate every bite along with the small sides that came with each dish. We also split the lamb chop pieces which were fantastic. I wish there was a full meal option for the lamb. I also had the Caesar salad which was fine but nothing special.
As far as drinks, my wife looked through the wine menu which seemed very extensive. I had a bottled Belgian abbey ale, which is my favorite, but the menu was very limited, especially their on-tap options.
Overall, definitely on par with other nicer fine-dining places in town (Marx Bros, Sullivans, Simon & Seaforts). We will be back!
Always reliable for outstanding service and thoughtfully prepared dishes. Usually we get the fresh Alaskan fish entree but we had had Salmon the day before so my companion had his manly meatloaf while I opted for the tasting menu which was excellent with small portions of memorable food: lightly pickled pear with greens, turnip soup with lobster, grilled swordfish, mini wedge of chocolate cake. Wines by the glass selections are the best in Anchorage if you like international wines.
Always a fine experience. The gumbo is some of the best in town and the perennial shrimp and grits is amazing.
Quiet and close to home. Excellent service, presentation of dinner first rate. Portion size small for the price.
The pre fixed menu and wine pairing was amazing!
The food here is fantastic! I took my boyfriend there for his birthday and they put a candle in his dessert for me. Upscale, great service, and the best meal we have found in Anchorage. Great for special occasions and celebrations.
Wonderful service and fabulous food. Always a great meal!
The food was wonderful. I had the 5 course meal with wine pairings. The entree’s came out to the table evenly spaced, not hurried, and I throughly enjoyed myself.
Mom’s Birthday dinner was delicious from start to finish!
Issue with my ravioli dish was resolved with total satisfaction.
Always great food and great service!
Had NYE set menu. All courses were over the top. Lobster course was table favorite. Outstanding experience
Had a wonderful night! Our waitress Jessica was amazing!
It was fantastic as always! Kincaid Grill always impresses and goes above and beyond!
It is hard to put into words since Kincaid Grill has always been my favorite restaurant. They never disappoint. Yes, it is fairly expensive, which I don't mind one bit when you are getting the quality of food you are paying for. . . so much better than paying a lot of money for pretention and bad food. I recommend Kincaid to our clients, friends, and family, but I should stop or I won't be able to get a seat myself!
As usual, THE go to spot in Anchorage for an amazing meal and service. No place better in town.
Business Christmas dinner. Treated my employees to a “thank you” dinner. Most had never experienced Kincaid Grill, I think you hey left with a good impression. I always do.
